Comment: Carstar did a fantastic job on the repairs for my Honda. I found them through AAA. They are Honda and Tesla certified. The paint matches perfectly. I cant even tell there was an accident. They dealt with it other partys insurance company directly since it was not my fault. They also updated the car rental agency with length of time I would need to keep the rental. The staff is very professional and answered any questions I had. The three people I spoke with were Erika, Roxy, and Jeremy. They were all kind. I paid $0 for repairs.Thanks for the good work! I would recommend them to others needing auto body repair work.

Comment: Super helpful and easy to work with. Made my Tesla look brand new, even on the inside as they vacuumed up all the dog hair on the floor mats. That was a nice touch and unexpected. Hopefully I dont have have to, but if another fender bender comes along, I would go back to them with no hesitation and recommend others do too.

Lastly, the shop kept our car uncovered in their lot disassembled for 6 months. There was a lot of dirt and debris in our car. They did detail it and it looks brand new. Overall a very happy customer.

Then I received a phone call just prior to picking up my car and told me it would be $350 more to calibrate the rear bumper. I felt they definitely should have put that in my estimate. Otherwise Car Star City Motors did a fantastic job on my Lexus rx 350. I highly recommend them.

Comment: I had an amazing experience with CARSTAR. They are one of the only Tesla certified repair shops near me, I was reluctant to use a shop other than Tesla. After checking out their reviews, (5-star), my mind was put at ease and I moved forward with CARSTAR. The entire process was seamless for me. They worked directly with my insurance to expedite the approval for the repair. Parts needed to be ordered directly from Tesla so I was expecting a 1 - 2 month turnaround; you can imagine my delight when it was less than 2 weeks from start to finish. I picked my car, affectionately called, Baemax, this afternoon and she was perfect. It was like I never backed into my garage like an idiot. They even detailed the interior. No-one wants to go to a body shop, but if you must, this is the shop you should select. Incredibly professional, knowledgable, and friendly staff. THANK YOU CARSTAR!

They actually told me I had a zero deductible because it was a comprehensive claim and was not my fault. They offered me one of there own rental vehicles or a rental from Enterprise. They also are bilingual and spoke Spanish to the person that hit me. Our vehicle came out flawless. I highly recommend Car Star. Ask for Albert.

They blow mainline out of the water and there are on top of service. When I could not get answers they did . Most importantly to point out they let me have a borrowed vehicle until my rental was set up . People behind desk explain to u what’s going on.
