Comment: Was happy to pick up my Tesla model y. Only had it for two weeks and discovered my dash wasnt flushed(it wasnt obvious at first). It looks like someone messed with it and didnt close it all the way. This is causing issues with the AC vent from working. Then the passager side button was fixed with a make shift screw. Now I have to pay Tesla $300 to get these things fixed. Would never buy from carvana again. And as far as the limited Warranty they offer, its only for major mechanical stuff so I have to pay out of pocket. But I shouldnt be getting a car with an opened dash or a makeshift button. If they couldnt fix it correctly, it should have been disclosed before buying it. Very disappointed.

Comment: Car is good, as I picked a very low mileage well known to be reliable vehicle.But I would’ve just had it delivered if I’d known the car pickup would be lame. I showed up with my family to take advantage of the car machine at 6:05pm (appointment at 6:20pm) Place is locked up and not a person at reception can be seen through glass at lobby. Walked around and told to go to the front( all doors labeled employee entrance where customer parking located. I was expecting a more fluid car pick up and demo but the car machine audio was extremely quiet and I couldn’t hear over my advocate talking to another advocate. Also car was put in a bay, I was told once I grab the keys it’s mine, then they dropped another car in same bay and felt rushed to move it for the other car buyers as they were watching me examine my vehicle..My advocate knew absolutely nothing about my vehicle and rims were dirty(easily just gave it a detail after leaving) He also couldn’t answer any questions I had as he didn’t know and was lacking the experience and knowledge of his job. As soon as I took key the car Advocate walked away never saw him again. Had to bother other car advocate while he was helping other customers to snap a few photos for me and my family.Maybe because it was End of business day the customer service and service in general was lacking..

Comment: Process took less than 30 minutes including uploading the necessary images. Price was the best I could find out of more than 10 different car buyers on line. We had the car picked up and the person from Carvana was amazing. He was helpful and professional. I appreciate the follow up with detailed instructions on what to do with the documentation needing to be sent to the DMV and to cancel the auto insurance.

Comment: My experience so far hasn’t been great. It’s been one frustrating thing after another and was expecting a better experience based on other reviews. Delivery is not convenient to you, its more convenient for them. If you have to switch days, go ahead and add another week to your delivery schedule. If you want to pick it up? Even though your car is available, you can’t pick it for days. Doesn’t make sense. My driver blatantly lied to me and my delivery was scheduled for me. No say in the matter. Overall it’s easy to pick the car, after that good luck .

When you call their roadside assistance they want you to stay with the vehicle with the keys lol, no matter if it’s in the middle of a freeway! No thanks. No first $800 payment for you guys. Comment: We picked up our vehicle yesterday. The only reason I am putting 2 stars is because of the vehicle purchase process. It was the easiest ever. Signed some final transfer documents at pick up. It did not take more than 15 minutes to get in and out. Now the bad part... 150 point inspection?? I dont think so. I work at a mechanics shop, and I know my way around a car. (I am not a mechanic). Cabin air filter was not replaced, engine air filter was not replaced, wiper blades had not been replaced. Now I will have it put up on the rack to lift it and see if it has any damage underneath. Im going to do an oil inspection on Monday at work. According to the carvana website, they do an oil change as part of getting car ready for delivery. I expect it to be dirty. Today, I tried to open the moon roof. Its inoperable. I contacted Carvana, and supposedly, Silver Rock will contact me to get this fixed. I am not paying for the $100 deductible they have since they should have fixed this prior to selling the car. If they dont l, I am on my second day of my 7 day worry free return. I will be returning this car. Thankfully, I didnt put anything down on this car. I will post pictures soon.

Really, I just spent over $20k, and I have to put air in the tire. So, I take car to gas station, put air in and drive home. before getting home, tire light came on again.Then, once it got dark, the dash lights didnt work, I could not see half of the dash. Again, this is all on the day I picked up the car. When I called the next morning, the advocate was very friendly and helpful up until they expected me to pay 2 deductibles for the two issues (dash and tire) even though it was sold broken.At that point I decided if this was my experience, I want out. So I told the advocate I wanted to return it. Which I did. Now a week later I still havent received a penny of down payment of nearly $10k. I reached out and was told it would be another 3 to 5 days... Yet, the car is back for sale on their site, still not fixed.I do not recommend doing business with carvana.

Two years later, I get contacted by a collection agency because the new owner, Carvana sold to, got into an accident and didnt have insurance. I called Carvana and hung up after 1.5 hours on hold.I just called today and, after a long hold, explained the situation to the rep. He hung up on me. No complaints there.The car I bought recently is great and the process is pretty straightforward but here’s the 2 issues I had. First, I opted for delivery to my address and at the last moment I got a call from the advocate trying to convince me to pick it up from them so she didn’t have to come to me. She gave me about 3 different reasons why she couldn’t come. I told her I arranged my whole day to be available at home and could not make it to them. Also, if I’m paying $500 for delivery, I expect it to be delivered as planned. Finally she said she will just drive it to me. Everything went fine once she arrived, it just seemed like I was trying to be fooled into picking it up to save her the effort.My second issue is that during the entire process, I was under the impression that I would not be putting more than $200 cash down but at the last minute that was changed to $500 and I didn’t realize it until it was too late. The way it was presented in the paperwork made it seem like the $500 was the shipping charge, nope it was a whole separate $500. Spoke to an advocate and all I got was a generic apology for the confusion.

I would honestly recommend you to go to a dealership (even with their reputation) or Carmax.I went through the WHOLE process. Searching, financing, trading, ordering, etc.I was excited to get a new car and trade my old one in - but my order was delayed two weeks. I had payed for shipping, so I wanted to inquire if this was effected - to which I was told that due to the contracts we sign as customer it does not matter if it is delayed - we still pay. I swallowed that pill and decided to be patient and wait.Less than 12 hours before my next scheduled delivery I get an automated message informing me that my order would be delayed another two weeks. I was annoyed and pressed for answers with bot, person, and manager. I was informed that the car I purchased was being worked on to make sure it was in satisfactory condition -- this was an immediate red flag. I cancelled my order and have not looked back.The website listed the car I ordered as great condition and no problems, but for some reason it was delayed a month and each person I talked to gave me the run around.Save the stress. Go elsewhere.

I found out on the 7th day of my return policy that my A/C didn’t work. Having it checked out today ( January 10, 2023 ) under the 4,1000 miles SilverRock warranty.Update review. The A/C compressor was bad. So much for the 150 Points Inspection!!! SilverRock warranty refused to pay for dealership parts that the repair shop suggested only paid for aftermarket parts ( $1,593 )

They sold me a $60k car with a bad catalytic converter, 15 miles after driving off the lot check engine light is on and after speaking to them over the phone I have found out they LIED about the car passing emissions smog test, and there is no record of it passing. So they illegally sold me this car and are pushing all the repairs onto their warranty company to brush off that they did not do any smog test and sold me a car that was NOT inspected. Please do yourself a favor and go to a certified dealership I promise it’s 1000x easier and less stressful.

Sent me to places that doesnt clean windows claiming the overspray on the windows is tint where a tint shop said theres no tint on the windows. first time buying a car from the dealer and the last apparently the cars are supposed to have a full tank of gas mine came with a half .. as for them fixing the windows issue it was overspray on all of them they denied the claim..

When we decided to sell our 2014 BMW X3 in Nov, I decided to give a try and see what will come out.I am very glad about the decision. The whole process was super easy, smooth and low effort.I submitted an online quote and got an offer from carvana instantly. I wanted to try with carmax and few local car dealers so I didnt schedule an appointment with carvana initially.After Thanksgiving break, I realized that we are out of bandwidth due to multiple home efforts. So I came to carvana and scheduled an pick up service from home.The whole schedule process is very easy and intuitive. After the online schedule, I got contact from carvana local shop quickly. When the time comes, Justin drove a carvana cargo truck to my front door. Within 30 min, Justin finished all the vehicle check and most paper work. Since the title is on my wifes name, I called her out to sign the final papers. In few minutes, everything was done and we were handed over a company check as agreed previously online. Then Justin loaded the vehicle to his cargo truck and left.For quite a while, We couldnt believe our vehicle was sold with such ease and pleasure. Or, did I mention the carvana price is 70% higher than BMW dealer trade in offer?

Comment: When I first looked at cars as saw my car that I have now everything went smoothly until I realized they canceled my order the first time around. I had to go the process all over again and it took an arm and a leg to get a hold of someone live on the phone. Long story short, the process is a little bit unorganized and another thing, I figured out that they don’t necessarily make sure the car you’re buying is prepared to be bought. I drove away with very low tire pressure in my tires and had to stop to get air in them. I didn’t have any other problems after that tho. I love the car I got all in all.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the inside of the vehicle I purchased was not thoroughly cleaned. I showed the sales representative the food stains throughout the car and food crust on the leather that surrounds the shift lever. He explained that it had been detailed and that it’s just things they can’t get off (as I scraped some food off with my nail). The inside was a gross disappointment. Comment: The service at pickup location was was outstanding. Everything else has made me rethink ever buying a car online ever again!! Driving my car home from the dealership I noticed many issues. Called Carvana, waited a week to go in for service to their authorized repair location (30 minutes from my house and car undrivable during this time). Clutch and brake issues, exterior flaws not noted by Carvana’s online description. It also had a separated exhaust pipe put back together with a hose clamp that failed per the shop. I wondered how does a car pass a 150 point inspection with a hose clamp holding the exhaust together?Well over $6K in repair work and almost 2 months of repairs later, the car is still having issues at the 6 month mark. So far a new clutch, brakes even belts had to be replaced along with exhaust work and bodywork. How did it pass a “rigorous 150 point inspection” and need brakes and belts, not to mention a whole new clutch assembly? Carvana stated a few items may have been overlooked during inspection but we fixed them”.They then denied a buy back. Fast forward a month to yesterday. I took the vehicle to CarMax Escondido and was offered 4K for a car I bought for 20K just 6 months ago. I was blown away. Turns out they ran a Experian Autocheck report and the VIN flagged for odometer rollback. This was not disclosed when I bought the car nor mentioned at all. Now I cant even trade this POS in for fair market value.I called Carvana yesterday 10/20 with this new information and received a call back today 10/21. They declined any wrong doing and once again denied a buy back, stating the mileage was fixed. However this report say otherwise. I included pictures to validate everything I stated in this post.I would never have purchased a vehicle if this was made known to me at time of purchase knowing I would never been able to sell it for market value with this item on its history. I would have passed on the vehicle.I want a buy back Carvana and full reimbursement immediately.

Making me jump through unnecessary hoops to switch out a car that I had from them that I didn’t want because the policy is seven day return guaranteed and made it impossible for me to switch cars because I didn’t like the current one that I test drove. Every time I submitted a document they would make up an excuse why they couldn’t use that document and once I uploaded and supply them with the current document that they asked for they would change it up again on me just making it a necessary. Will never use Carvana ever again and will be an advocate on convincing people never to use this service

Apparently Carvana has a registration team who works with a 3rd party who submits the registration documents to the DMV. Went back and forth for over 2 months on what they needed from me. It would be great if they had given me a complete list of docs. Then I received conflicting information from Carvana. One email said all docs received the next said not all docs received. Bottom line my temporary expired 26 August it is now 10 October still no plates!!! Cant legally drive my vehicle. My next step is to get an attorney involved.

But now its up to me to call around town looking for someone who will work with carvanas warranty provider and will replace the backup key. Im hoping it wont be too difficult, but, this should not have happened.update: a lexus dealer, in tandem with carvanas warranty provider, silverock, is replacing the key free of charge to me. Kudos for a successful resolution.

I did however, find that setting delivery date was a little delayed over a change made online for an address update. I called representiave to assure update was made correctly and was told that delivery dates change when we edit it rather than if we call in and have staff edit it. This was a bit annoying and it didnt make sense to me how can editing information online affect delivery date so we lost a day for delivery and were told that they couldnt verify a pick up location without the risk of losing delivery date again. I did find this frustrating but overall felt all else with carvana was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.

In the time of getting my vehicle Ive probably spent 4 hours on the phone, my vehicle came with multiple unlisted scratches, and it was delivered with the Needs Service warning blinking. The employees all have different levels of experience, so you never know if someone on the phone will actually solve your problem or not. Overall, Im happy with my car, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Once i had been driving my car for about a week i was told someone miscalculated on Carvana’s end which led to my payment being higher and i needed to call my third party financer back or return the car. This issue was not only unprofessional but chaotic! I was transferred from representative to representative and after 5 different conversations with different representatives i was told I’d receive a call back… that never happened.. Stay tuned, it gets better! I called back again and was told another contract had been sent to my account… to my surprise this contract was wrong as well & i was told I’d be sent the money via check for the difference (two months later I’m still waiting)Now to the mechanical issues, their 150 point inspection is bogus! the very first day i got my car i complained about the brakes rattling & was told someone would contact me. This once again was not true. I followed up and was told to go to a local Firestone to get the car inspected. Apparently they put fresh brake pads on mangled Rotors!!! I called both carvana and silverock to complain of this issue and they told me that’s “normal” wear and tear and refused to cover the cost…. Even though i stated from the very first day my concerns, i followed up when no one contacted me and did my overall due diligence since having the car, they still could not cover it or stand by their product….

The delivery and drop off teams performed well.The badWhile it is easy to get someone to talk to by phone, the lack of follow through on promises was greatly lacking. There is also a huge disconnect between the two entities.All of the effort to communicate with and receive customer support from Carvana was from my end. Carvana advertises the high reliability of their “Certified” vehicles and boasts about their 150-point inspection, yet the vehicle I was interested in had a bad strut, oil leak, the tire pressure was 12-16 pounds over the recommended psi, and the alignment and steering were off. (This vehicle had been pending on being sold prior to my attempt to purchase it.) This makes you wonder.They lost a good potential customer. I would NEVER venture to deal with Carvana again.

They told me to change the condition from good to okay and they would reschedule for pick up with a new quote for the next day. Annoying but I get it...so i make the appropriate changes, get a quote for $500 less and a different advocate shows up. (Im quoting advocate because they certainly arent advocates for customers selling their cars) New advocate shows up, drives the car...hes worried about a sound...pops the hood and the engine cover is missing (this is a 30 dollar piece of plastic that doesnt do anything mechanically for the vehicle). He says he cannot purchase the vehicle. So now 2 advocates have come out without purchasing my car. And ive already cancelled my insurance so now im out of a car and the quotes promised to me. I call them on the phone and explain everything. They seem very confused and promise to call me back on Tuesday (it was memorial day weekend) never get a call on Tuesday. Call on Wednesday and am promised resolution. It doesnt come until Thursday....in which they then offer me $2500 for a 2015 ford focus in which their previous quote was $7800 (after changing the condition and loosing $500) i laughed and called carstub and they arrived same day and bought my car for $7800. Please save your time and frustration and dont use Carvana!!!

Called to try and get a rental so I can get to work, but the warranty say I have to buy my own rental and they will pay me back.who has that type of money just laying around for when they car breaks. Dont go to carvana, they have the worst warranty company I have ever seen. Carvana deals with a finance that every day that you are late theres an 10.50 interest charge,thats every day that you are late.Thanks carvana you really put me in a huge mess. Comment: Was really excited to possibly buy a used BMW online. No dealership hassle. Seemed easier. What could go wrong? Well the car I wanted was in high demand. As soon as I found something I liked and it was a good price, it became purchase pending right away. I was left to select from overpriced vehicles that I couldn’t even see or touch. They all had scratches and imperfections.Then I checked my local BMW dealership 2 miles from my house. They had the model and color I wanted and the vehicle was pristine. Not a scratch on it. I could barely even tell it was used. Did I mention it was about $2-3000 less than Carvana wanted? They gave me a much better APR than Carvana (3 points lower) and almost four times the amount for my trade in as Carvana wanted! It was BMW certified too!The dealership made it easy. They even fed me tacos! I was in and out in about 3 hours from start to finish, including test drive and lunch. In theory it was an interesting idea, but in reality Carvana is lacking big time. Oh, and CarMax is even worse. My APR through BMW was about half of what CarMax offered me. They didn’t even offer me any lube to go with their offer, or tacos!Don’t waste your time with buying a car online. Nothing better than building a face to face relationship, especially when making such a large purchase.

Comment: The buying experience was good and the drop off of the car was awesome. But since having the car I have had so many problems with it that I would never buy from them again. The worst of the problems consisted of a full transmission failure and I needed to have it replaced. There were several other issues but this one tops it. I bought it with 35,000 miles and I have 80,000 on it now. It’s an Acura MDX. I would of never imagined this much mechanical issues from an Acura. Partly because I have owned Acuras previous to this one. I would not trust there company, if you do buy make sure you get the extended warranty.

Comment: My experience with the people I have interacted with at Carvana has been nothing but positive. My only complaint is with the software. Initially the issue was that the Carvana app wouldnt save my search criteria, so I actually used cars.com to review choices in terms of which cars would be the best deal for me. By the time I was ready to buy, I had determined that Carvana did seem to provide the most advantage for the money, but it still meant I had to load my criteria several times before finding my car.But the bigger problem came with dealing with the requirements after I chose my car. I had initially uploaded some documents on the website which I had to upload again from my phone, and the phone app still seemed to say I needed things I shouldnt or say action was required but not show me what. Thats when I would call them, and, as I say, that experience was 100% positive, and the delivery process went very smoothly, with the car arriving in great condition.So while I think the software engineers have some work to do still, the company and the program is strong and reliable, and the ability to check with a human being easily made for a great experience overall.

Comment: Carvana is the LARGEST SUSPICIOUS ONLINE IDENTITY THEFT ACTIVITY. Be aware of it!! Dont be tempted by some lower car prices; they are BAITS. They collect your name, SSN, address, phone number, a picture of your DL, a personal picture of you, your insurance info, and much more. Once they collect all your critical information, then the car disappears from your account. Just as a reference, I have already signed the contract after they approved my credit application.After talking with one of their representatives (advocates), they claim that the car is a lemon car and it is unsaleable and because of that, the car had been removed from my account and purchase was canceled. Then, I found the same car listed in their website for sale again. I have had more than four phone calls with their advocates, all these calls were waste of time simply because they all well trained how to go in circles around the main point until you give up.

Comment: Carvana has done a nice job with creating a clean, user-friendly experience for car buying. However, the product itself is lacking. Their claims of a thorough pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle, and strict mechanical and cosmetic standards are lip-service. The vehicle we had delivered required a new CV axle, new control arm due to worn ball joints, and new stabilizer bar control links. These-especially the leaking and faulty CV axle-would have been obvious to any decently experienced technician. Instead, it was left to the customer (me) to have these items repaired. It was at no cost to me, as it is covered under their 100 day warranty, but it took up two and a half days of my 7day test driving period.

I called Carvana and they assured me during their 150 point check all fluids were replenished prior to delivery. I asked Carvana rep when was the date of the oil change and she had no idea of the date. I took it into Mercedes Benz for an inspection and they said the oil was low, the coolant was low, their was an oil leak, alignment off, transmission mount needed to be changed. $2,500 dollars later- Carvana paid $1800 and I had to pay the rest that was not covered under the 7 day warranty. Would not recommend since they lied about the 150 point check.

I didnt want to deal with sales people and other dealership hassles so I started the buying process with Carvana.I found what seemed like a great truck, for a great deal, and started the process. We were on a road trip from South Dakota, and were in San Diego, when we scheduled to pick the truck up in Tempe, AZ. There was a fee of $420 to pick the truck up in Tempe because they needed to ship it there. So, we drove from San Diego to Tempe, and incurred all the expected expenses, gas, food, hotel, only to receive an email the morning of the same day of pickup that they could not get the truck to the Tempe location. The pickup had been rescheduled for 1 week later. So we drove back to San Diego, extending our trip another week which we had not planned for. I chatted online with one of their advocates who told me they could reimburse me up to $300, less than the $420 fee charged by Carvana, not to mention the travel expenses. Got another email a couple of days before the 2nd pickup attempt,saying there would be yet another 1 week delay. I called them and spoke to a customer service rep who told me it was at an inspection center and could not get to the Tempe vending machine until the scheduled day. A couple of days later I talked to a supervisor who told found out they were checking an issue a door, and another with the roof. No one had mentioned any issue until now.All the online advocates, the phone rep and the supervisor said they would get back to me with info about the truck, refund, and reimbursement. None of them ever did. I cancelled the order, and got a relly good deal from CarMax. You missed out, Carvana.Worst customer service ever. I gave them 1 star only because I couldnt post this review with zero stars.

After purchasing the car, I realized I didnt like it and used their option to swap for another one, with assistance from one of their agents. The agent told me that the money down I already paid for the original car would just be swapped over for the new car Im swapping into and that was the only financial change that would occur.However, what they didnt tell me (and they admitted they forgot to tell me) was that they phantom charged me an extra $4200 for the car from my account which put me in the negative and refused to provide a refund until after the holidays. So I was stuck with a negative balance for several days during the Christmas holiday.They refused to compensate in any way for their acknowledged mess up and said the only thing they can do is provide a refund when the car was eventually to be picked up.The customer service was nice, but the transparency was awful and I refuse to use their services again.

This was my second attempt for them to pick up my car because I had some wrong paperwork last time and they honored my previous offer which had expired because they said they made a mistake telling me what paperwork I needed. When I was asked to take the car to them the first time after scheduling a pickup and they told me they couldn’t safely pick it up on my street, they worked it out so that I was not inconvenienced. That time it was Austin and he was great too and double checked the paperwork but wasn’t able to take the car. I got a little mad but I wasn’t mad at him, he was awesome! Comment: This is the best way to purchase a car!! So easy and no hassles, no 4-6 hours of finance manager dealer hell. Just had to have the contract signed, drivers license and insurance. They dropped the car at my house I was able to test drive and check it out before keeping it for my 7 day trial. They left me a folder with all the info for road service, towing and if I did not want the car call an 800 number and they will come get it. They give you 400 miles to test drive for the 7 day trial. I ended up keeping my vehicle, so I do not know about the return process but this was the best experience I have had buying a car.

Comment: I had a pretty terrible and frustrating experience working with this online dealership. I ordered a car that was delayed twice for over two weeks, so I changed my mind and ordered a second car. Due to mechanical issues, the second one was also delayed two times. It took them so long to track and mail the return of my first cashiers check, and for the second check it is not yet returned yet though over one month is passed. Though they had promised to send me a check for the FedEx I paid extra, I never received one. They put me on holds for over 30 minutes always and refused to respond carefully. I worked later with Pacific Honda in San Diego and had wonderful experience. I highly recommend working with other dealerships in San Diego if you are looking for reliable and quick response.

Instead when it got delivered it looked like the car wasnt taken care of for years. The outside looked nothing like the pictures, the inside had things wrong with it - one spot under the drivers seat was so bad it was starting to form a hole near the door. The person who delivered it said it didnt start right away & he needed to jump the car & let it run for 30 minutes for it to work decently. They 100% falsely advertised the car & Im assuming do this all the time. I feel really bad for people who are desperate for a car & end up settling because theyre falsely advertising & they dont want to wait for exchanges & then AGAIN go back to researching more cars on their sites. Comment: I never leave reviews, but I thought it absolutely imperative I share my story because I’m sure there’s many other women out there in the same situation. I just got out of a horrible domestic violence relationship and then my car got stolen. On top of that I take care of my elderly mother who hasn’t received her social security check in months because they messed up her address in their account. So as you can see i have my hands full (especially with my four year old son). Insurance was taking for ever to get my claim resolved so I tried to get a rental car. I literally called every rental place in town and only a few had available cars and the ones that did were $90/day. I’m a supervisor of a credit union so on a normal day maybe I could swing it but there was no way I could do that. Finally on Thursday I decided to check out Carvana. I had head about it but was skeptical. As soon as I clicked on the app there were already 9 cars in my wishlist. I thought about it overnight and the next day I decided I was going to go for it even though I had no idea what to expect. First I checked the value with the lending manager at my credit union. “What” she said “you better go back and check that doesn’t sound right” so I sent her a screen shot. To which she replied wow that’s an amazing deal. So I pulled the trigger I went with their financing so I could get the car ASAP and even the lending team was great! She called me right away told me what I needed to submit and finished the loan in a day (not sure how that’s possible). So now i am getting an amazing deal for a beautiful car that’s being delivered straight to my house on Sunday. I am so excited!!!! It only took a few days start to finish and I didn’t have to sit in a dealership with my wild 4 year old for 6 hours! It’s a win win, and best decision I’ve ever made. I have already told all my friends and family but if you on the fence give it a shot there’s even a 7 day return policy!!!! I put and update on Sunday. I cannot wait until tomorrow! :)

As I got down to the wire, after getting the return option extended and no response from the warranty dept., i returned it. I found a replacement in October, inspection went well. I thought i was all set. I received temporary plates. Temporary plates expired in 60 days. They expired. I received another temporary plate for 30 days...those expired. I then was told I needed to get a smog test, did that got a 3 month temporary plate set to expire on May 8, day before mothers day. I called a few days before to find out what was going on and was told I cant get anymore temporary plates and wouldnt be able to drive the car!!! They couldnt tell me what was going on, but no registration no plates. So here i am today waiting to give my dream car back because I cant drive it and no one has any answers. Oh wait. They did tell me to go to the dmv myself and see what I can do..that was recommended on May 7!! I put new tires, tint and inspection done and now Im left without a vehicle!! I love the concept but there system is flawed. Im definitely considering hiring an attorney. This ending has been devastating 😢

Other than a brief issue with the website, the experience could not have been better. Our truck was delivered on time, they took our trade in at the same time, they are handling all of the registration --- it was just easy. Our delivery technician, Dave, was amazing and polite and everything was just wonderful. I highly recommend. As a matter of fact, recommended to a neighbor who then had a transaction with them one week later. Great experience there, too. :)

Comment: DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. I know during these unprecedented times, buying a car online is easier than going into a dealership. That is what I thought as well. However, my entire experience with Carvana has been nothing but a disappointment. I had been car shopping for over a month and I finally found the perfect car on the site. Very low mileage, great price, the exterior/interior that I wanted, etc. From the beginning of the purchasing process, I had a hard time connecting with agents and were on long wait times. I received different information from different agents and it took me over two weeks to finally schedule a delivery date. Carvana does not allow co signers and there was no flexibility with APRs so I had to finance through a third party and there was no mention that the third party I used, Carvana didnt accept co-signers either. Therefore, ended up signing on my own. The day of delivery, I was so excited! They dropped my car right off at my house and the delivery agent asked if I wanted to go for a test drive and so I presumed. I turned on the car and there were 26,500 miles OVER what was noted on the site and the CONTRACT I signed. I was livid. After my test drive, I told the driver and he got on the phone with carvana care. All they could offer me was $100 for their mistake. $100.00.... I decided to keep it for the 7 days to see if I could contact management to get this sorted out. I dont think they even inspect the vehicles before they take it out for delivery. Again, I tried calling but waited on long hold times. Whenever I got disconnected from an agent they never called me back after they said that they would so I had to reexplain my story again to another agent. Finally I spoke to management, all they said was this was a mistake on our end, well need to rewrite a contract for you to sign again with the right amount of miles but we cant offer you a discount on the vehicle. So then I asked if they could add extended warranty on the vehicle since now there were more miles on the car than I expected. Again, they said no due to legality reasons and told me the best option for me was to return the vehicle. Not only did they sell me a vehicle with false milage, it was a breach of contract from my initial signing, and they wouldnt even work with me to add warranty after they were in the process of rewriting a new contract. After 3 days, I returned the vehicle and did not hear from them again. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from there unless you want to deal with endless amounts of wait times and receiving potentially false car details.

He said I have 7 days to return it or swap it for a different one, so I decided to give it a shot and to try to see if I can get it professionally clean and sanitized. I called the customer service and they said they can only give me $100 to get it professionally clean however I Got and estimate to get it professionally clean, steam and sanitized at $300. I spend my time and money and o decided to return it because the smell didn’t go away. i told them that’s that was not posted in the description that was previously owned by a smoker and I told then that’s false advertisement!! Comment: Very simple and easy to know your rate and find a car. They do a soft inquiry on your credit so you know what you qualify for and down payment required. Steps were easy, website was easy to use. Uploading docs was a breeze. The agent who brought my car was very friendly and informative. The day it was brought in it was raining so I didnt test drive it to much. The next day I could smell a burning smell with smoke coming off the turbo. So i called silverock because that shouldnt happen when i just got the car. They said to take it to a shop for inspection. I took it to the hyundai autoshop. They verified there was a leak in the turbo but since it was underwarranty they would jusy take care of it. I called carvana to see if I can get some sort of credit because since the bad turbo was missed the price should reflect that. The price on the website did not indicate any problema with the turbo. The agent said he would not be able to give me any sort of credit because i didnt have to pay out of pocket for repairs. My time to me is of value. I was without for a couple days even though I just bought the car. I wanted the car so i accepted it and got it repaired when other customers probably wouldnt even hesistate to send it back for another one. The whole experience was great before broken turbo ordeal. I would recommend carvana but only when they are able to adjust price or give credit to cars that have issues not stated in the online car viewer.

Comment: They bought my car, it was super easy and they paid $4000 more than carmax and $3000 other car dealer.They gave me an offer, than set up an appointment, they come with a towing truck checked the car and gave me the check and left all in about 10-15 min. No lowballer no bs. They are my first address when I need to buy or sell car.Thank you.
