Comment: I would not recommend Carvers or Mercury at all Ive called for roadside assistance a few times and had to wait up to three hours every time. I called the other day and was told that my policy could not be found I needed roadside assistance because I ran out of gas I was told customer service is closed and I can be referred to another Tow Company to pay for a service! I called back 2 days later to make a manual payment and they found my profile within 10 seconds! Im not happy at all as a customer

Carver will give you the best insurance at the best price. When shopping for insurance for a mobile home I own they were half the price as everyone else for the same coverage. They even got me better road side assistance than AAA. You also get a personal touch with them. No big automated messages or different people on the phone all the time. Do yourself a favor and go with Carver.
