Comment: Absolutely horrible. Do not book through them.Reply -I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent events surrounding my account and an unauthorized purchase. I have encountered several issues that need your immediate attention.Firstly, I would like to bring to your notice that the emails related to cancellation were being sent to an inactive email address, which I do not use. This has caused a significant delay in my ability to address the situation promptly.Secondly, I have evidence proving that I was not present at the specified address during the time in question. Additionally, I did not sign any consent forms or confirmations with your company, and this should have been taken into consideration before denying my refund request. I feel that my side of the story has not been given proper consideration, and the denial of the refund adds to my frustration.During the weekend in question, I was in Yosemite, where I had no cellular service, making it impossible for me to be aware of any issues or charges until after the fact. This has adversely affected my financial situation, as the amount in question is substantial.I want to emphasize that the unauthorized purchase not only went against my plans but has also put a significant strain on my finances. I did not receive any service for the charge, making this purchase entirely unwarranted.I am committed to resolving this matter and will persist in seeking a refund for the unauthorized purchase. I kindly request that you reconsider my case, taking into account the evidence I have provided. I believe in a fair resolution to this issue and hope we can come to a swift and amicable conclusion.

Jenny helped me with listing my property, making sure that it’s best features shine, emphasizing our proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and the ocean, to our amenities, and upkeep. I’m very proud of our condo, located steps away from downtown Santa Barbara, and Jennie makes sure the property is taken care of, and maintained beautifully. Comment: I have been very impressed with CasaGos management of my rental property and I have found the perfect property manager in Jennie Strait!I was quite nervous about renting my home before meeting with Jennie.Indeed she had to meet with me numerous times in order to satisfy my never-ending questions and address my numerous concerns. Since those first meetings, Jennie has continued to be extremely responsive. She has kept every promise made to me, including providing decorating tips and tech support in prepping my home for rental. She has managed to do all of this while maintaining a fully professional relationship with me. Jennie has been unfailingly gracious and supportive throughout the entire process! Furthermore, I am certain that my guests interactions with her have been as wonderful as mine, insuring a positive experience for everyone involved. Walkable neighborhood near beautiful parks and less than a five minute drive to virtually anywhere in Santa Barbara.CasaGo is a first-class operation that responds professionally and promptly to any and all questions or requests. Comment: First let me say Casago is the way to go when doing a vacation rental! Nowadays it is always tricky to make sure you are getting what is represented and so when I find an agency that is trustworthy, I try to use them over and over. Casago is now on my list of agencies I will use. The bungalow I rented was everything I hoped and more. It was well located, very comfortable and quiet. Casago even left me initial supplies and a box of very delicious fresh chocolates candies. I was coming in late so they texted me pictures and instructions to make sure I knew exactly how to find the rental and how to get in. They followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and were over-the-top with customer service. As an added benefit, the owner of the bungalow gave me privacy and even made sure that services like housekeeping and gardening were at my convenience; the owner did not want me to be disturbed. I wish the bungalow was vacant for more time; I would have stayed there for months if it had been available. You can rent your vacation rental from Spencer at Casago with confidence that it will be an amazing experience!

Not only did we find the rental of our dreams but Spencer helped facilitate the lease, move in, and more so seamlessly while we were making a very quick relocation from Pasadena to Santa Barbara for work. Both Spencer and Kevin are extremely quick to get back to me anytime I have reached out, especially as it pertained to any repair that was needed at the house. Relocation is very stressful especially when it happens as quickly as it did with us and our 5 month old baby! Casago made everything simple, stress free and easy and have been accommodating in a way that puts us at ease in our new home. Their attention to detail made our home move in ready and their transparent communication was equally appreciated. Thank you guys!!

Comment: We recently stayed for five weeks at a Casago-managed downtown Santa Barbara condo. The condo was beautifully furnished and equipped, and perfectly maintained. The pictures and description on the website that we looked at before renting were 100% accurate. It was a pleasure arranging the rental and otherwise working with the property manager, Spencer. We also enjoyed working with Kevin, our home manager, who met us at check-in to show us around the property, and was readily available to us during our entire stay. We would highly recommend Casago without hesitation.

Comment: We had an excellent family vacation in Santa Barbara. Spencer and Kevin at Casago property rentals were very attentive to our needs. The house we rented in idyllic Summerland ( good restaurants, beach and shopping) was excellent- one of the best weve ever rented. All Decked Out was the name of the house. Upon entering the house, the panoramic ocean view was spectacular. The smart house was clean, pristine décor, top of the line appliances, Sonos system etc. Very handy to hwy 101 making it central to all activities around Santa Barbara. Thanks Casago for the smooth arranging of the rental for us. We look forward to renting the house again.

Comment: From the beginning Spencer from Signature Vacation Rentals was perfect, attentive and helpful. He met us at the All Decked Out rental in Summerland and showed us around the house. What hits you first when you enter this home is the magnificent ocean view from the floor to ceiling glass doors that disappear into the walls. We spent many evenings on the large outdoor deck watching the gorgeous sunsets. The house has beautiful clean lines and functality. The movie theater with the projection screen down stairs really spoiled us. We rented this home for six weeks. It was very relaxing and we were sad to have to leave.

Comment: I am moving to the Santa Barbara area, and while my partner and I were on a wait list for housing, we wanted to make sure we had a back up place to stay. So, we rented the California Bungalow through Signature Vacation Rentals. My experience has always been that rental companies are slimy, greedy, and rude, but Spencer at Signature Vacation Rentals proved me wrong. He was incredibly helpful in securing my rental, and he made the application process incredibly easy, and made the moving experience even easier having the peace of mind that we would have a place to stay for an extended period of time. The contract was very thorough, and the pricing is very reasonable for the exceptional property and service, as well as the many amenities it offers.Months after we booked with Spencer, we ended up canceling our reservation because the housing we were waiting for became available. We contacted Spencer, and we worked together to find a new tenant, and since they found a new tenant, they gave me a full refund for my deposit. WOW! I was incredibly blown away at not only how kind Spencer was through both the reservation and canceling process, but also how hard he worked to help find a new tenant so we could have our money back.Spencer and Signature Vacation Rentals are an exceptional operation, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any and all of your needs, whether it is a brief trip, or an extended stay while searching for housing.
