I arrived at the hall for my friend’s wedding and was getting my hair and makeup done and there was no AC up in the loft and it must have been about 90 degrees And one of the girls went home to get a fan for the up stairs because you can’t even open up any windows and they only had AC down stairs. After my friend was married at the alter we had an usher holding the door open for the guest to enter the building to go to there tables and the owner yelled at the usher to close the door because they had the AC running, which wouldn’t have made a difference since it was hot in there since the time we arrived that morning. So many people left because it was very hot in the building.
Thay tried shutting down the bar during dinner and would even serve pop or water and we put 900 down for drinks thay continued to take tabs from people and some how still went over are bugit told use shut the door multiple times as the ushers held the door open for everyone at the wedding after the ceremony. Im not try to rewin it for them iv never left a review on anything but everything felt messed up and a scammed
We had a great time golfing here! Not sure if its because its friday morning, but we only paid $22 for 18 with a cart! (Each). The course was WELL taken care of.
I have enjoyed this course every time Ive been there. The value is incomparable. I tend to use it for solo rounds as practice. The front nine is very fun with good variety including an island hole. The back nine is more challenging with plenty of wooded boundaries and hazards. The practice area leaves much to be desired, but its there. The clubhouse is pretty dated, but the course is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Between the low cost and it being very close to my house I will be back there many more times. Everyone should at least try it.
Wanted to switch up from the home course so my buddy and i made a small trip out to castle creek this past weekend and we were not disappointed. booked through golf now and had no hastle upon arrival even having another duo booked at the same time (which we were not forced to pair with). the staff was very friendly and helpful. fairways were well kept and the holes were simple and fun. i’d recommended this course to beginners/intermediate golfers. beware of the tall grass edging the fairways, this course does punish you if you can’t keep a straight shot. would love to return
Castle creek was great good food nice place and close to home would tell anyone to use this facility for everything showers weddings receptions fundraisers etc randy and Kim are the nicest people and very good to work with will help in any way whatever the occasion.
Overall not a terrible place to play. Fairways and tee boxes were not cut short like most places. Short course. Eagles and birdies galore.

Castle Creek. The course was in good shape. People that worked there were friendly. Carts ran good and strong. Fun course to play, more then just your driver and iron and putter, you get to use most clubs in the bag. Over all great first experience. I look forward to playing this course more over the summer.
5 + hours was the only bummer of a fun layout, nice condition and some testy greens. Will give another try but just cannot play that slow. Marshall Maybe? Remind folks 2hrs or less per 9.
Great Value! The course was in pretty good shape for the amount of rain we have had. Overall Im impressed with this course and will definitely play here again.

Beautiful place! Went to a wedding here and loved the castle look. Staff was friendly and efficient. The grounds were well taken care of and everything was very clean.
Was a nice family level course. Could use some cart paths and some drainage work, but overall I would definitely come back and play 18 again.

Very nice lay out, very different from most. Its a little on the short side, but it doesnt take away from the course and its still a challenge.

2021-09-18We set up today for venue tomorrow...beautiful place and organized ..Staff helpful and friendly..you can sit inside or outside if you wish ...we decorated the room from 4 to 730 and it looks awesome...would definitely use this place again

2021-09-02This is a great place to golf. The course is well kept and clean. Its challenging but not too much for a casual golfer. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant.

2022-06-04We go here often for special events like Imlay City Chamber of Commerce Gala and auction, and the Imlay City High School Jazz Band. The owners, Randy and Kim, always do a great job with the food, decorations, and setup.

2021-08-19The course is in pretty good shape. Had a great round of golf. Fairway and greens were good. Only problem I had was yardage markers were not real visible unless you were right on top of them. I guess I need to get one of those yardage gadgets. If you havent played here lately I suggest you give it a try. By the way, Robin did an excellent job taking care of us in the bar.

2021-11-17Prom there was amazing! Boyfriend practicing for his league was amazing! and even though people that drove by honked their horns the staff were very nice to everyone. (you can tell somewhere fustrated.) But didnt lose their cool!

2021-10-14Fun course, no sand traps but a number of dog legs, some narrow fareways. Greens were slower than Im use to but they are in good condition. All in all a fun course.
