Comment: I have been with Catalli Insurance since 1987 and every time I have a change in my insurance policy, they are quick to respond. Recently I have been working with Joe Hertogs who is very professional and responsive. Over the years, I have changed vehicles several times and Joe is there to make sure the changes are made promptly. He recently told me I had a AAA discount and I did not even ask for one. Catalli also has been insuring our home for general liability, fire and theft and even though we live in the foothills (possible fire danger), the annual coverage is still reasonable. If you are thinking of changing insurance brokers, I highly recommend Catalli Insurance Services.

Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, always looking out for customers, sometimes even suggesting a lower premium rate.When I have a question, simple or complicated, I call the office and I always get an answer without going through an unlimited number of transfers. I get a person on the other line that takes the call, and I talk to a human that gives me an answer, or somebody calls me back with an answer. When calling Catalli’s, I don’t talk to a automated voice that’s is computerized that’s a waste of customers valuable time!! I highly recommend Catalli’s for all your insurance needs.
