Comment: $3 a taco. Tried the carne asada, pastor, and cabeza. Sadly al pastor did not come off a rotating spit. Also, pastor came with diced pineapples. They add some pineapple and they grill the bread so it is crispy.They also had some tables so it was nice to sit outside and eat in the sun.UPdate: I had forgotten about this place. I did go back for tacos and it did not disappoint at all. Its a truck with outdoor sitting and its well hidden behind a fence. But the tacos were great.

Comment: I got recommended this food truck and decided to check it out! I ordered 2 chicken tacos and 2 asada tacos and devoured them both. There are tables to sit at outside and a large covering for shade. The staff is friendly, food is fresh, the portions are good, and reasonably priced! I will be returning :)

Comment: Ive been to this place over and over. Hands down the best Mexican food in the South Bay. But beyond the food, the owners are also incredible. Recently my high school age daughter had a food-related project for her Spanish class. The staff at Catos welcomed her to the truck, walked her through the food preparation process, and gave on-camera interviews explaining their career and customer service. I was blown away by the attention and care they gave her. I lived in Mexico a few years and the food here is exactly right. Give them a try!

Comment: We went there yesterday and we could see they have very good hygiene practices. For example the lady changed her gloves after she handled our credit card, and she sanitized the surface before putting our bag on it. And our burritos were sooo good ! Dont hesitate to stop by 😉

Im glad, or else I wouldnt have found this truck!These tacos were simply delicious! The pollo asado and the carnitas were cooked perfectly. Too many places over cooks the meat leaving it chewy, hard, and tasteless. This place cooks the meat to perfection! Grilled onions, radishes, limes and grilled peppers are also included making the tacos rich and full of flavor.Definitely coming back here!
