Comment: This is my update, you can read the original below...When our items arrived, they had obviously repacked things in the trailer. They crew that unloaded couldnt even open the trailer door as things were so crammed in. Originally the first crew had items packed in the back of the truck that was pulling the trailer but when they got to our new home it was all crammed into the back of the trailer. Many things were broken, spilled and damaged. I thought the way that they packed things in the trailer they would consider what it was and if it could be damaged but evidently they dont care how they pack it as long as they get everything they want into the small trailer. They did not even take into consideration boxes that were labeled fragile. The crew that showed up to unpack were very nice. But to be honest, I would not choose CC Relocations again nor recommend them due to all the damage that was done to our stuff. There were things that were damaged that were irreplaceable, as many times I have moved in my life I have never had this happen!First review:Randy was great, he came and gave us a bid at our convenience and was very friendly. He followed up quickly whenever we called regarding all of our questions.Preston, Josea, Ricardo, Siul, and Kevin were there on time and covered and packed all of our items in the 28ft. trailer. They were so nice and you could tell it was not their first rodeo! Ricardo is definitely the King of Tetris! Ill post another review after our move is complete!

Comment: I’m so glad I found this company! I got a nice looking card in the mail with their advertisement and gave it a try. They sent a representative to check out all of the pieces that I have to move ahead of time. He set a date and determined it would require two people to move everything. They showed up on time and confirmed the day before and the morning of the move. Both of the guys, Kevin and Jose Luis, were very pleasant and fun to talk to, they were also very professional, and good at what they do. They looked at all of the pieces and figured out how to load, and they made really good choices about how to load the truck. They remembered exactly where I told them everything was supposed to go. I was already exhausted, even though I was hardly doing anything, and they didn’t even seem phased. I would definitely use this team again, and the price is very fair!, There were no surprises. The last time I had to move with a different company, my experience was not as good as it was this time, I could not have asked for better!

Comment: Everything seemed great until we arrived at our new home. Everyone was kind and during the unloading of my furniture and boxes. My 84 year old mother was very sick .I told rhe movers in advance where furniture went and helped direct other items while taking care of my mom in a beach chair because the furniture was last to .be unloaded. They went to pick up a TV stand a mile down the road from my brothers house. Then they left. After I was able to get my mother comfortable I went upstairs and found the master bedroom furniture in middle of the room still wrapped up. I texted them and they said last words After a few texts Again I am really sorry Debbie, guys do make mistakes in where they put things and its usually caught and fixed before we leave but unfortunately it wasnt this time. Im very sorry about your mom and hope she feels I contacted Randy the next morning because I found my tv was cracked when cable guy came out . I filed a claim and have spoke and left messages for Randy without him contacting me back. Also 15 boxes marked clearly for which room were stacked in garage with garage boxes and I am still slowly getting one by one since my mom who was hospitalized twice and needed home care since we moved here May 9th now requires 24/7 care from me paying over 10,000 and having to put my bedroom together and carry boxes upstairs and I had other broken items which I just wrote off I am upset with the lack of responsibility and being ignored for 1 simple claim. Dont be fooled by thr kindness. Beware they had me sign contract before unloading and there was no walk through afterwards . This was my first out of state move

Comment: Used CC a few weeks ago to move from one upstairs condo in Orange to another in Foothill Ranch. Randy was very responsive and timely and answered all my questions. And the guys were great and took care of all my things and were fun to talk to. And their price was very competitive too. Would highly recommend them and will use them again when I move. Comment: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scheduled a move a week in advance for a friday. They called me the Tuesday before to say that they will not have anyone available except Thursday or Saturday. I went with Saturday. Saturday morning rolls around and they dont show up at 7am like they were supposed to. Called the company at 8, no answer, but I got a text back Can I call you later? Did not receive a call back, so a little after 9 I called again. No answer. Finally at 10 someone calls me to say that they dont have anyone to move me. Yes, they did not show up on the day of the move. Making it even worse, they did not even bother to return my call until 3 hours after they were supposed to show up. Ended up having to get a Uhaul to move myself.

Randy was able to come to our home the next day after our initial conversation to provide us with an estimate. Curt, Joaquin, and Jacob packed and loaded our items with great attention and care. Comment: Randy came to evaluate our apartment ahead of time, which gave me confidence that his estimates were accurate. (Ive been burned in the past. I have many shelves of books and apparently more furniture than most companies expect to fit ins two bedroom apartment.) Randys estimates were tailored and sounded reasonable based on my previous experience of how much stuff I have to move, and his recommendation of adding more people on the team to compensate for the long walk to the elevator in my apartment complex seemed really smart. The team of four, led by Eric T, worked efficiently and made sure to ask me what I wanted with various items. They not only got done on time, they actually beat the time estimate! And they got some big furniture around some tight corners to place where I wanted. Great experience.

Comment: Spoke with Randy who came out to give us a quote for our move. He was one of the first to respond when I called. All the others wanted me to do all the work to get a quote and plan the move. Randy took care of everything. His crew handled our move in about 5 hours start to finish. Furniture was disassembled and put back together. No scratches on anything. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Comment: Sawing business owner’s reply makes me even more upset. Why you can’t be honest and tell the truth that you mess up the scheduling yourself. You charge customer by hour, there is no need for me to tell you I have less stuff that what I actually have. Your called me saying you don’t have the truck and staff on my scheduled moving date before you came to our home since your sub contractor wanted to cancel the move as well. You did not tell the truth to your sub contractor. Honest business owner at least acknowledge their mistakes.

Comment: I hired this company for a local move. They were very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. We moved from a home to a rental and storage unit. They also quoted me (in which I will be using their service in the spring) for my out of state move once my new home is complete. Randy, the owner, came out to walk through our house and gave us a very accurate and competitive quote. On the first day of our move the packers - Joaquin, Chuy, Johanna and Jesse -came out with all the supplies and packed our entire house in 4 hours. They were very detailed and careful. Comment: This was the easiest move we ever had. Ive worked with Bekins in the past and CC Relocation is far better. The movers worked efficiently and fast. They were very helpful throughout the process. We had several moves through them and they accommodated every amount of furniture (no matter how little or how heavy) for us in the timeframe they quoted. We bought a new house with new flooring and wall paneling and everything was intact after the move. Chuy, Ricardo, Siul, Curt, Arturo, Cesar, Manny and Joaquin were a great team! Comment: The CC relocation arrange two man crew Ricardo and Siul for our move. They arrived 10 mins earlier and got into work straight away. They spent total of 5.5 hours for the whole move, and did not even take any break, was super hardworking. They were careful with our furniture, wrapped up all our mirror / glass items. Handled everything with great care and efficiency. I was so pleased with the service. They also provided wardrobe boxes for all the clothes, very convenient. Will definitely use them again, and I will be sure to recommend them to friend and families. Definitely a 5 star service. Not to mention price was very reasonable!!

Comment: While booking, Randy was very transparent with me about the pricing. He told me how much it would cost and the final bill came just below that. Ricardo and Art helped with the moving. They were on time and moved all my stuffs without a single scratch on any furniture. They were fast and completed the entire move in 5.5 hours (Including TV/Furniture setup) while I estimated 6+ hours. It saved me some money. They charge you on prorated basis. If the total time taken to move stuff is 5.5 hours, then they charge you only for that and not for 6 hours. I dont know how many companies do that. If you are looking for reliable movers with good pricing, I recommend CC Relocation. Keep up the good work guys.
