I had a great experience at this store. Ahmad Nasr was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the right phone, at the right price and he looked for the best way to help me lower my monthly phone bill. I appreciated his patience and understanding with me. I left the store feeling very pleased and that I had been treated with respect and professionalism. Ahmad gave me a great customer experience!!!
Was in a major time crunch and the very friendly and knowledgeable staff made shopping a breeze without feeling pressured. Would highly recommend this store. Excellent, rare customer service. Jacob was efficient, personable, and had me in and out with an upgraded phone in an hour. A great experience...with really nice, super competent service people. Jacob talked with me on a personal level while always being on task with the upgrade. He never lost track of the fact that we were transferring the data and getting the phone set up. Very very excellent experience and will recommend this store to others.
Awesome service with Will to get my son set up on his first phone. Can’t say enough about how wonderful it was and easy! Will be coming back in the future- anywhere else is a hassle and no need to go online as this was faster than I have ever gotten a new phone sorted. Thank you for everything.
I was shopping for a new iPhone. We are current customers of AT&T. I knew which phone I wanted - an iPhone SE. Jacob met me right away with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude. He proved to be knowledgable and interested in saving us money on our regular monthly payment, which he did. I was glad he was in the store on my return trip to purchase. I’m happy to recommend him and I really like my new phone. Nice to get such good service.
[Jan 30, 2021] I had a wonderful experience at this location, but I would like to call special attention to my sales consultant, Jacob. Please consider taking your business to this location!Jacob was very helpful in both my selection of a phone upgrade and in his due diligence to make sure everything was set up and transferred over from my old device. Jacob really made my overall experience a positive one, and I would highly recommend this location for AT&T cellular services.Furthermore, I would easily recommend that Jacob be recognized for going above and beyond in customer service. Please consider him for a promotion, a raise, or at the very least, recognition and exemplary employee of the month/quarter!
Sean, Jacob, and Will were all extremely helpful when my phone decided to completely fail on me. Though they were unable to resurrect my old phone from the dead, they took the time to try. With my phones untimely death, they ensured I had a smooth transition to a new device. I also returned the following day after deciding to upgrade to increase my storage. They were always kind and very patient. I highly recommend this store.
I came in the other day to upgrade my iPhone and Will and Theo are super great!! They welcomed me in and I sat right down and we got started looking at options. Will helped me put liquid glass on my phone and Theo helped me pick out a phone case. Both were very kind and helped get in and out with no issues.
This is one of the best AT&T stores Ive been in and I continue to go to now for about five years everybody there knows me when I come in and pay my bill or ask questions they help me right away I would recommend the store the Associates at the store amaze me with their knowledge
Will and Ryan gave excellent customer service . I’ve been in customer service for 30 years and these 2 are some the best I’ve come across. They were courteous, patient, informative, and really cared that my wife and I received the phones that would best serve us. They also took time to explain what plans would save us money and why. If everyone cared as much as Will and Ryan the World would be a much better place. Thanks guys for caring !!!!!
We tried another store to get new phones and new lines but got little empathy when our order was difficult, i.e. upgrade service add new line and add watch from another carrier. This store resolved everything on one stop, got the phone I wanted and followed up. Cannot thank your team enough.
I am so incredibly impressed with everyone at this AT&T store. My family has been coming to this store for the past two years and we will never go anywhere else. They are honest and sincere and very very helpful, no high pressure and genuinely want to make our visit a pleasant one and strive to get us the best plan for us.I’ve dealt with four different people there, Lucas, Will, Ahmad and Taniece, they were each equally outstanding and very personable.My daughters and I had stopped at a different AT&T store in AA because it was convenient at the time, we felt very uncomfortable, turned around and came back to this store. 😊Highly recommend to anyone looking for sincere and honest people with a desire to do what’s best for each family/individualsTracey
Sean was excellent. I went in due to a broken screen, and Sean was able to help get me a new phone in no time. He was polite and, as elsewhere mentioned, willing to go above and beyond. He had an excellent attitude and demeanor, as did his co-manager! They were both extremely patient, and made what would have been an otherwise unfortunate event a lot more enjoyable. Highly suggest using this AT&T store.
I walked in the ATT store to buy a glass protector. Jacob greeted me and helped me pick out a glass protector and put it on my cell phone and took his time to review my account . We found out I did not have insurance and we quickly took care of that . I recommend Jacob and Ahmed. Walked out with peace of mind!
Sean was an amazing help! We were having an internet issue and he helped us get set up with a new set up that will allow me to work from home without frustration. He also helped switch my husband over from Verizon with no issues whatsoever! I will always come to this store! Great employees!
Tremendous customer experience! Will Larkin’s was a pleasure to work with in selecting and activating my new phones. I have been an AT&T customer for many many years and have worked with many retail sales consultants. Will is by far the best. He was attentive, patient and explained all of the plan and phone options. There was no sales pressure or rush. Will made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Will!
Came here today after having a horrible experience at the Stadium location. The “manager” there was not helpful and rude. However when I came to this one Jacob was super helpful and got me in and out in like 30 mins unlike the Stadium location which I had already spent over two hours there and still hadn’t been helped. Everyone was nice and helpful here!!
Was here recently on several consecutive nights to get a new phone and (the next day) swap my old one with that of another family member. Worked with Sean, Rhyan, and Will. All were professional, courteous, well-informed, and helpful. Great store and staff. Bonus: appreciated the inside info on the new sandwich shop going in nearby!
The staff at the store were great. Very friendly,considerate and helpful. They were unable to correct the activation problem and spent hours in contact with Att. 72 hours latter my problem is still not completely resolved. The store personnel are great and I strongly recommend them. The single star sits on ATT!
I had tried to port my families phones over online and had no luck. I gathered all my info and went to this store and Sean was so awesome. He sat down with me and we ported over all my phones for my family. Sean was very nice and so helpful. I honestly expected the experience to be difficult. But Sean knew exactly what to do and it was the complete opposite. It was a great customer experience.
We just recently moved to the Ann Arbor area, and came to the Att store nearest to our new home. We had the most amazing service by two gentleman. Ahmad & Sean were so helpful and patient with all my questions. Great experience! I love these guys. In (albeit late), straight answers and choices. Stepped through the process, got my new phone functional and very nearly identical to the one I replaced (battery issues after 3 yrs... No Biggie). Had fun in the process. Coming back for more! Updating my wifes phone this weekend... Won;t go anywhere else!
Came into the store expecting to sit around and wait,NOT the case .But if I wouldve had to, it all wouldve been worth it . BEST experience at an at&t store ever..Sean and Ahmad hands down were the best . As the only faces customers may ever see while purchasing new technology, there smiles and helpful demeanor will always be more than enough for me..no one else will do after this experience .5 stars..THANKS GUYS..
Great costumer service! Ryan specifically helped our family through a very stressful process of connecting new phones. He helped us through every step and made sure we where taken care of. Been to many ATT&T stores around the area and none have been as helpful as this one.

Lucas went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. In transitioning from Boostmobile to AT&T Prepaid, Lucas contacted Boost for me, to get my account number, he ported my phone number to AT&T, installed a new SIM card in my iPhone and enabled our multi line discount. All in 22 minutes. I highly recommend this store for its customer service and attention to detail.
Had major phone issues yesterday. Went to Apple store in Ann Arbor and was shot down for any help. I found the local AT&T store and although very busy at the time, waited for help because they were so polite about the wait. Will came to my rescue, sat with me patiently and came up with a brilliant solution that saved me $600! THANK YOU WILL! Excellent store for anyone interested in a friendly and professional experience.
I went here to restart my AT&T service after a short stint with another provider (rhymes with tint). I was very frustrated with my service and probably wasnt in the best mood when I was there. Despite that, Rhyan was very helpful, professional and courteous. Too make matters more complicated I was trying to switch my daughters service as well and she lives in another state. Rhyan didnt even bat an eye! He arranged for new phones and initiation of service much quicker than I anticipated. Absolutely the best AT&T store I have ever been in (and that includes ones in Texas and Washington state)!
My phone dropped in a lake and broke. I was very nervous about getting a new phone because I was unsure about how much it would cost. I came to this store and saw Ahmad. He set me up with a new phone, new phone plan, and new TV plan and was able to save me money. Awesome experience
Deena and her staff are absolutely incredible! I have been an ATT customer in 3 different states and 2 different countries and the treatment I get in this store supersedes the rest! What I feel like would be a miserable task of opening 7 additional phone lines for multiple members of my family has been made a seamless transition by the team members here! I absolutely reccomend this store to anyone who wants the absolute best in customer service, phone, wireless, tv and all the other awesome services they offer! Thank you guys for helping to make my crazy life a little easier!
Wife and granddaughter received wonderful care plus the suggestion that i stop by and have Rhyan go over our plan which had 10 phones on it. He saved us a significant amount on a plan with far more data with 50 GB/phone as opposed to 22GB for the family but significant slowing down our up/downloading at “busy”time. As the threshold was reached. Att is getting better with their unlimited plansTerrific pleasant and efficient service.
Rhyan Baldwin at the AT&T store (in the Meijer plaza) spent over an hour with us helping to make decisions and transfer my mother-in-law’s near antique cell phone (ha!) over to my family plan. He saved us a bunch of money by upgrading our family plan to include all the same services but at lower price, AND got my MIL all set up as a family member. I highly recommend this shop and Rhyan (or Sean). Thanks guys. You’re doing it right!

I came to the store to activate a phone...I walked out with a phone guy. Like having a mechanic, or a plumber, or any professional that you trust, Ive found mine in Zack. He knew it all, spoke in laymans terms so my 41 year old brain could understand, and he turned me on to a few products I didnt know I needed.How did he accomplish all this? He asked questions, then waited for my answers. Simple, sure, but thats the sign of great service to me: find out what I need, help me get, and just for good measure, tell me about something new.Like I said: Zack is my phone/tablet guy.
Ali Habash was the most patient and helpful salesperson Ive had in a long time. Always knowledgeable, respectful (I came out of a Samsung 4---i know, right 😂) and highly customer service oriented he welcomed and answered my many questions over many months. Thank you, Ali for making the journey a fun and educational experience. Highly recommend Ali and this ATT location.
If you are an ATT customer, DO NOT go to this store. Went in for a couple phone upgrades while wanting to keep the same plan. Store was helpful in getting my devices upgraded but my bill the next month was jacked up - totally incorrect...had $157.88 of incorrect charges. Had to contact ATT directly and then they had to contact the store in order to get everything corrected. ATT recommended that I do not go to this store again.
Beware of Sales person lying! Especially If English is your second language, or first language, either way stare hard at the bill. My mother has limited English, and she was cheated by a salesperson, a young man that enthusiastically offered her the hundred dollar promotion. Her phone was stolen, and she went in was offered a three dollar a month two year plan for a replacement iPhone. Turns out a charge of 400$ was pending over the next you know for XXXX years. Not an ethical store. There is no number for me to contact there. I tried to file a complaint via Att by calling 611, they bounce you around. So consider yourself been fairly warned.Deana Shuman the manager there did reach out to me after seeing this note here, and addressed my complaint by writing up the salesman, and applied a credit to compensate our trouble. I do appreciate the gesture.
I went into this location about a month ago and was sold on a promotion that was brought by Samsung if I bought a Galaxy device. Long story short, Samsung declined my promotion because the device I bought was not that in which was involved in the promotion. I was upset, of course, because basically the only reason I purchased the galaxy device was to receive my free item via the promotion. The store false advertised to me. I confronted them in regards to the situation and simply just wanted what I was promised. They completely understood and had me in and out within half an hour with my free item as originally promised. This shows they cared about my experience and satisfaction. Although I am disappointed they false advertised and I hope it didnt happen to others, I will say that they did what they needed to so that I walked away happy and was given what was promised. I have been with AT&T for 5 years now, and this is the first issue I have had with them. In the end, they handled it well and I will happily remain a customer. Thank you Chris, Jeff, and Fontaine.
I wanted to thank AT&T for hiring people like Ali Habash at their Ann Arbor Saline Road Store. He saved my day! I dropped my Iphone in water on Sunday and was facing a frustrating and hectic Monday morning without it. I had a tight schedule and could not research and shop for a new phone. I remembered that I had bought my mom an iPhone when I bought mine and she had never used it. I grabbed it and headed to AT&T without much hope of finding a quick solution. The Ann Arbor Saline Road store is really convenient. I met Ali and explained the situation. Despite knowing that he would not get a quick sale from me today Ali genuinely cared about my troubles and set about methodically figuring out options for me. This was further complicated because my mom could not remember any of her passwords etc. When he hit a road block, and I was in despair ready to give up, he just calmly took another avenue. He is very knowledgeable and if he did not know something he knew how to get the information with lighting speed. I expected to hopefully just get my moms phone running so I could make some phone calls and continue with my work today but Ali was able to transfer all of my phones data onto my moms old phone so I could get my phone and text messages and not loose my contacts. He really saved the day for me and he was so polite and easy to work with. So often when you walk into a store you feel assaulted by the sales person. This was such a different experience. I felt listened to and genuinely helped. And you know what - when I buy my iPhone you can bet I will buy it from Ali... even if it costs more. He is an exceptional professional who made a difference in my day that I will not soon forget. Thank you Ali and thank you AT&T.
Worst ATT experience I ever had. I upgraded to the IPhone 7 when it launched and traded in a IPhone 6. 9 months later I have not received a cent for my phone for 6 months . I have spent hours on the phone with ATT. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY STORE.Update: Almost a year after this event I got a call from the new manager and to her credit she worked with me to get the $600 promised in the promotion. Ill never get the hours of time calling the maze of ATT customer service back. Since then I had jumped to Verizon and Fios after being with ATT and Directv for over years. Service is better, faster and cheaper.
Waited 45 mins. Nobody cared. Everyone customer and employee seemed busy playing on a phone or tablet. It doesnt appear that any business is conducted. You cant figure out who are the employees or manager among the people in the store. Nobody welcomes you. You dont even know if or when youll be helped. Jerrelle, the manager, has an attitude and when talking about me while helping his associate solve my problem he refers to me as she which I found extremely rude.I needed to go back and chose to go to the downtown location on E.Liberty even though the parking situation is not ideal because I will NEVER go on the Saline Rd branch again where the customer cant feel being respected.BTW, AT&T on E. Liberty rocks, no wait and it took them 5 mins to help me with enthusiasm.
Best AT&T store in the area.We needed to do a simple change from TMobile to a new pre-paid AT&T account. We went to the one on Carpenter road (3787 Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197) and spent 20 minutes there before finding out that their system was down for just pre-paid plan options (what? thats discomforting). They said it should be up in a few hours but when we called later in that day they said it wasnt up yet and would be the next day. We called the next day to see if it was up and the guy there had no idea what was going on and spoke condescendingly to me.We called the store in Kerrytown but they also werent helpful. Finally we tried this store and were met with a cheery voice and a Sure, thatd be no problem to take care of for you! We were in and out of the store super fast.The quality of this store was *much better* than the one on Carpenter, as well.
Round and round we have gone with the people that work at this store. They have our account so screwed up that they dont even know how to fix it . Huge mistake moving from Verizon to them. I will update this review if they ever fix our billing a service issues. We will only give them maybe another two weeks.
The wait is ridiculous without anyone even willing to greet you and let you know how long. Lack of inventory - not worth the wait. Employees act like a bunch of high schoolers who think they are the cool kids. Look elsewhere for common courtesy and businesslike treatment.
You have the ultimate professional at the ATT Saline Rd store his name is Zack Jaghab. He was able to treat me with extreme patience and was very knowledgeable of your services and showed me how to save money with Direct TV and how to utilize Hot Spot etc. He got me a updated phone and took time to show me how to use it. I am a 70 year old stroke victim and he never made me feel i was a bother. I will always stay with ATT and refer all my friends and family to switch to ATT and of course for them to see Zack. Please reward him generously for his hard work.

2022-05-14I have been an AT&T customer for about 30 years. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a store, customer service phone call or even with the loyalty center. The manager Matt assisted me and his knowledge, patience, understanding and willingness to help were everything I needed on a very challenging day. Both him and this store get my highest recommendation and I dont care that I pass about 4 other AT&T stores to get there this is the only store I will be going to from now on.

Their professionalism and knowledge helped make it a smooth and easy process. Whoever reads this: Ask for Connor or Ajay and you wont be disappointed!

2022-02-23With a somewhat difficult transition from my old iPhone SE to a new iPhone 13 mini, Ajay Caal handled the situation very well with a surprisingly cost effective and optimized procedure working between two AT&T existing discount offers which involved buying an iPhone 12mini and immediately exchanging it for an iPhone 13 mini. Much appreciated.

2021-07-06Excellent experience here!…I thought I lost my wallet while setting up my phone, but actually just set it on a table there, and didn’t see it. So while I went to search for it, it turns out that that Ahmad not only called the number on my family plan, so I would know what happened, he actually drove the address on my drivers license to get it to me!!….I call that service above and beyond the call of duty, and fully recommend this location! In addition, he transitioned me to my new phone very easily!…
