We showed up at about 5:55 pm, thinking they were open until 7, but they were only open until 6. I didnt show up with an easy problem, either. Jennifer took great care of us, didnt say a word about the time, just helped us pick out a new phone, complete with case and screen protector, which she even applied for us. When we left, we realized about the time and had kept her there late. Thanks, Jennifer for being so helpful!! We never wouldve walked in 5 minutes before closing if we had realized about the time change!!
Thank YouJeanine, was awesome. I brought in my 74 year old dad to get an iPhone upgraded to a new one (who still didnt know all the ins and outs of his iPhone 7) the service was just awesome. She was very personable, helped set him up with a veterans discount, set up his email, helped with his icould back up, downloaded his games, and made sure his hearing aids where hooked up and working! we both appreciated the excellent service. A true asset to your team!
We had been with Sprint for more than 20 years and had nothing but issues after they were purchased by T-Mobile. Finally fed up, I called this store and talked to Jennifer about what it would take to switch to AT&T. Jennifer took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and then in the store. We got all three lines switched over that day. They also had a tent set up outside to work with people, masked, before they came in the door and they had sanitizer all over the place, which was comforting during this pandemic. 10/10 would recommend.
ATT is struggling. Theyre shutting down 3G and directing customers to either call CS or go to the store to ask questions about their phone replacement program. Went to the store at around noon on Friday 10/29/21. One employee, and a 40 minute wait to ask even the most basic question.
I went in to purchase the new iPhone 11 Silver & White edition. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Jennifer worked with me and was very kind and helpful, helping me to easily switch everything to my new phone and getting it activated. She also helped me pick out the clear Apple case to go along with it. Id recommend going into this location to anyone looking to make an upgrade.
This location is currently closed for walk-in service, however their internet listings say that they are open. When I arrived today there was a sign on the door with a number to call to schedule an appointment.I was able to use the free wi-fi from the Panera Bread next door to get on Facebook messenger and ask a friend to call them for me. When she called, she got their voicemail. The second time she called someone answered, said nothing, put her on hold and then disconnected the call. I was sitting in the parking lot outside and was easily able to see that there were no customers inside the store at that time.It shouldnt be this hard to try and spend money at a store. I ended up going to the New Hudson location and making my purchase there.
Our family and our businesses have frequented this AT&T location for many years and have always had an amazing experience with every visit. More specifically, Jennifer Wutke is definitely our favorite Retail Sales Consultant. She is always extremely accommodating and helpful!!!
Ilene made my day! She made my upgrade so easy and fun in these trying times. I am so glad I decided to stop in today. She helped me pick out everything and put it all together for me. I will use my 11 Pro Max at work everyday....so it needed more cover protection. They are open! Come over! You will be glad you did!
I just had a beautiful experience with the new crew at the ATT store in Green Oaks/Brighton. This store used to be an ATT corporate location prior to November. I guess there was a major shake up in November whereas ATT closed a bunch of stores. A huge ATT exclusive Indirect retailer moved in about the same time--they actually bought up 84 other corporation locations recently. I was a little apprehensive coming into an indirect retailer for my phone upgrades but this exclusive retailer seemed to know its game. I couldnt tell that it wasnt a corporate location! The gentlemen whom helped me and my 86 year old mother was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our needs. The store was very clean and covid protections were in place very well. If youve dealt with another dealer in the past and it wasnt favorable, try this store out for contrast.
The sales staff in this store are very helpful! My mom went in with already being stressed and frustrated with Verizon. She left with a new plan and 3 new phones for an amazing deal and better service. We call this store for all of our AT&T needs. Thanks to Jennifer Wagg we now have ATT uverse as well!! Highly recommend this store for so many reasons, the main one being excellent customer service! Thanks Jenn !!!
Ilene A. is my go to lady at this location. We have 10 phones on our act and someone is always needed something. She is very Knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there are courteous friendly. I do wish they had more shorter tables as those high-tips are hard for me to get up to.
Awesome experience with Jeanine! Only had a 5 minute wait and then she was able to get a new phone service set up for us and our old number transferred within 15 minutes! Much easier than other phone number transfers weve had to do in the past with other service providers.
One of the nicest customer service reps at the Green Oaks location, Ilene was so helpful and was able to resolve my 3 month long issue in just a matter of minutes!! Thanks Ilene!!They are serious about honoring the covid restrictions so make sure to wear a mask and be prepared to social distance.
Had another great experience working with Jennifer Wutke. She explained the new Unlimited Plan and said it made more sense to stay with my old plan as I use the hotspot frequently. I appreciate her honestly, as the person I spoke to last week in the call center was misleading me. I will be back for my future purchases.
Horrible in-store service. Told me they could not help me because there was no ‘note’ on my account giving them permission. I called customer service the second I walked out the door. Customer service accessed my account and saw the ‘note’ and proceeded to complete all of my requests that the store apparently said was not possible. Who knew I would have better customer service via a phone call vs. in person. Might as well get rid of all the at&t stores. Can I give 0 stars? P.S. Gene from my phone call was amazing and very helpful.
I went in to upgrade my phone and it wasnt busy so I was taken care of immediately. Staff was not very friendly, but that doesnt bother me too much. She got the job done. Only problem was I was shocked when I got my next bill from ATT. Only the charges for the phone and the extra line were disclosed. My initial bill and monthly charges were MUCH higher than I anticipated. No extra charges were discussed with me. I had to chat with an online AT&T rep for a long time to finally get things squared away. AT&T needs to be more transparent about charges when you first sign up for the phone, not when you finally get the bill. Not a great experience.
Went to return our brand new Galaxy S5 after having it stop working 2 days past the 2 week warranty! Our salesman Patrick was very friendly and attempted to be very helpful but was thwarted by a manager in the back! Patrick went back to see if he could replace the phone and was told no by the manager who was too cowardly to come out and explain why our phone was broken after only 2 weeks! I was unfortunately a bit short with Patrick as my disappointment should have been directed at the manager! Thank you Patrick for trying!
The employees here are AT&Ts redeeming factor. In the past few weeks I have been into this store twice, due to the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. Both times, I was in there for over 2 hours. Despite it being a huge inconvenience, and messing up my schedule for the day, I cannot give them less than 4 stars. Both times, the employees were helpful, kind, and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot.
Excellent service by Sean at the store in Brighton, MI tonight. I was greeted by Sean immediately upon walking in and was told I was 5th in line and that they will get to me ASAP. After about 15 minutes Sean helped me upgrade my wifes iPhone. He was very knowledgable and quick. I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you Sean!
Awful customer service!!!! I cant believe how unwelcome I felt. I left the store with in a few moments and will never go back. I have been an ATT customer for 20+ years and this was the worst experience. I will try the other store in Brighton, hopefully they are better.
Horrible experience!!!, Rude Staff. Rude Manager. They were short and mean and not helpful.Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. I went in to buy an iphone with att service and left thinking I will never use ATT service again. Now I have a Samsung phone with Verizon. Thanks Best Buy and Thanks Verizon. Shame on you ATT for letting such unhelpful people run and work in your stores.
At&t takes no responsibility, at all for the i phones they sell, there company line is Make an appointment with apple that can take days! Sprint is a more customer satisfaction driven Co. they respond like they know what its like to be without your phone, they give you a replacement phone, and put the burden on their self to get the broken phone fixed.this is not based on one experience with either Co.Back to Sprint.No customer service after they make the sale.
Awful customer service! The person was either terribly uninformed or just lying. Told me something completely different that what i was told online and by other agents. When I told him I’d take my business else where, the reaction was”ok”. This place doesn’t cars about return business.

2022-05-29I get the attitude from the 2 employees, but at least be normal.. went in to cancel my plan to switch to another company. I need to take off auto pay and get my transfer pin. Both gave me question after question. And not nicely. Well that phone your getting is not good, upgrade with us, why leave, its not a better phone., what do you do for work?, Blah blah blahEnough, black and white I want to leave. Then find out after they told me they cancelled my auto pay. Called at&t. No they didnt... Sorry At&t 😵

2022-04-13Im so glad I went to AT&T in Brighton at Green Oak Village Place yesterday. My salesman, Andrew was kind and very patient with me. Im a retiree and was leaving a phone service Ive had for 11 years. I got a free 5G phone with AT&T service at a good price!

2021-09-26Rob and Cassidy were great. From the first minute I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly fist bump. They reviewed my account and even saved me money on my bill with a better plan. With only two reps working at that store--hopefully they get some recruiting help from management. We love going to this store.

2022-02-15So I came around 11:30 on a Sunday and was told I needed an appointment or to go to a different store so we did, it was closed, so I called back multiple times and was sent to voice mail so I went up there and asked about the appointments got a 1:30 appointment, showed up, someone else was helped before me, and then it took almost 30 minutes for me to get help, however the lady that helped me did an amazing job and was able to get me what I needed.

2021-10-04Im supposed to get a free upgrade every 2 years for my phone. Went in today to get that upgrade but got told it would increase my internet bill by $20 a month. Not really sure why theyd even attempt that but congrats, you not only lost out on the sale of an $800 phone but also a customer you were making $431.32 off of a month. Hope it was worth trying to get that extra little amount.

2021-07-18She was very helpful and got us set up well. They asked us for an appointment time since they were busy. Just a half an hour away. It took an appropriate amount of time since we set up a new phone and transferred data from the old.

2021-01-11I had an amazing experience. Hunter was so helpful, I definitely recommend working with him. He was very knowledgeable and was very honest. Unlike a lot of phone salesmans, he genuinely cares about his customers, he even gave me his personal number just incase I run into any problems. I had such a good experience with him he will be my first stop with any problems I have.

2021-01-14Incredible service by Hunter! I arrived without an appt with my two young girls and he knew I needed some support to get a new phone with AT&T. He asked if I would return for an appt in just an hour, so I did. He was so thorough and helpful and even loved that my kids were a bit nutty in the midst of it all. Thank you for your understanding, patience and hospitality, Hunter - you have shown valued customer service and I will return for sure!

2021-01-26Hunter was grandtastic! I upgraded to new phones and my Apple Watch from another company to AT&T as the service is better in the area I live. Hunter made the experience quite easy and it was not time consuming as in the past with other carriers it was. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great local store and experience in town.
