I gave this establishment 5 starts but I wish I could give them 10 , I was looking for a place to get a phone service & this place was the closest to my new place , I went there not only did he help me but they really didn’t care if any profit they were making as much as they cared to provide excellent & professional service with minimizing my cost as much as they can & waited for the process of my slow phone to update all my info , apps etc.. I normally don’t write a review but this place definitely deserves it and earned it , if you need any help with phones or computer/laptop repairs this is the place to go and I guarantee you to walk out smiling and returning for anything you need done because I know I will and I’m taking my laptop for repair soon .

Rob the owner is almost always at the store. He repairs devices n has a great selection. I had a virus recently and he took care of it 4 me free. I been going here 7 years. Best Boost store hands down.
I always come to Robs Boost store because of his genuine care and concern for his customers. Rob is knowledgeable about all the products in the store and tailors each sale to his customers needs. There are a lot of Boost stores closer to my home but Rob has earned my trust. My whole family is loyal to this store since 2007.
Just happened to be driving bye and pulled in to ask a question in regards to my plan. The store clerk was very tentative to my questions and needs. I end up buying an accessory for my phone from the huge selection on the wall. I will definitely be back for my phone upgrade. Highly recommend it.

Excellent store very friendly and courteous. I drove an hour and very happy I did. They sold me an iphone for a great price. Wish they would move to my side of town the cell stores over here try to rip everyone off. I will make the drive again. This will be my only store going forward.
I am here to write about the best experience I have ever received at a phone store and one of the best service experiences I’ve ever received, in general/anywhere. Renaldo is the reason why I’m leaving this 5 star review. I would leave more stars if I could!Renaldo was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided service that was above and beyond! It was so kind of him to give us a great deal! He focused on the client and made sure that the product we left with was perfect for us. We are very grateful for his time and service. We came from Grosse Pointe, a bit of a hike from Garden City, and definitely plan to return in the future for all of our cell phone purchases. I’m very lucky to have come across his FB Marketplace post drawing me into the store.Renaldo performed the transfer of service from our old phone (broken) to the new phone, swapped out the SIM cards, put on the new screen protector, and even put on the case for us and you could tell that he didn’t mind helping us at all. I told him that I was going to write a review because of how impressed and grateful that I am with his service! This was a marvelous experience!! Thank you so much!

I dont even have boost mobile service, but I stop in there from time to time for accessories such as screen protectors & cases. I ve even had a couple cracked screens repaired by them. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I 💯% give them 2 thumbs up!

From the looks of this place you would never guess how many different services they offer or the care they would put into there customer interactions. Highly recommended if you have any needs for your communication to visit this location. So many stores been disappearing from this area its no wonder this one had been here over 20 years. I went to several stores for repairing a phone an everyone said it couldnt be done or wanted insane amounts. This guy made it happen and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Huge selection of accessories an nearly every phone you could think of in stock from new to refurbished. Highly recommended

Either this Rob guy doesnt know what hes talking about or hes just a liar. Called and asked did he have any unlocked phones and he sold me a phone that was still tied to an account and was not even unlocked. So this renders the phone useless for me. This store is a joke and I encourage anyone to avoid this store at all costs.
