Didnt service my dads phone which was under warranty and ended up selling him a new phone because she said his wouldnt work on the new 5G upgrade. Customer service when I called them disputed the claims she made and said that his phone would work fine. Wasted 4 hours inside because of this mess, then had to go to a local store for actual help because they didnt put the warranty on the new phone!
We had an awful experience at this store. We went to upgrade our phones after talking to the t mobile rep on the phone and getting prices for upgrades We went into this store and the salesperson was rude and was acting like we were making up the prices the t-mobile rep quoted us not a half hour earlier. We wasted our time got no phones and left angry
Terrible Terrible store the representatives is rude I live next to this T-Mobile store and I drive extra miles to another one because everytime I go to this location they can never help the other stores help with no problem. I’ve been a customer for 10 years never had any problems at any other service center but this one .
Big Sean was absolutely phenomenal! I brought in my old iPhone that I wanted to trade in at a tech store, and he was so great at walking me through how to back up everything so I wouldn’t lose all my info when I switched over to my new phone. He was also awesome with my 4 year old. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Big Sean!
Except for one guy (Brandon) everyone stands around doing nothing. Tells you they are working on your situation then leaves you sitting there wondering and asking every employee who walks by what is going on with your phone issue. Sometimes they never come back, they just hide out in the back room till you give up and leave. Im really tired of the back room. Let your customers see what you are doing. I dont trust a company that acts like there is a secret room where they can go and hide from the customers especially when asking for our unlock codes for phones. That is totally a no no.They charged my card for a deductible for a replacement phone then told me they couldnt replace the phone because it isnt in service. Well what about the three times I came in to get it replaced while it was in service??? Waiting to see if the charge falls away on my account. Ill be calling the company directly about the lack of attention to insurance service for all I pay for it!!!Crazy smokescreen scams going on at this place. The manager gives condescending short answers to the customers and doesnt get anything done. Paycheck employee only so he can tell the ladies hes a manager. Wake up guy!
There was some rudeness, lack of Taking responsibility for someone elses action, Call the day before saying I can get something printed as long I have my ID an I am the accountholder, I went there today saying I cant now.. I have call there Legal team now. To get my own paperwork.. But can say will get phone fix in 2 hours only 2 stars What gave more if I wasnt resist with rudeness And unprofessionalism...
So i managed to brick my brand new, like 1 day old note 20 ultra, stopped in about 5:30 ish (without an appointment) they were quite busy and was out by 5:40. I wish i got the name of the gentleman who helped me out but man this place is the truth! Stop in you wont be sorry.

Lazy! Lazy! Lazy customer service!! I was being helped by sprint customer service (by the way a very nice gentleman) who even tried to call the store and handle what should’ve been a simple matter and the store refused to comply with me or sprint direct! Give another sprint store your business!!
Very bad customer service. Go there to get phone fix, paid over 1k for Xmas also bought sprint insurance too and can’t make call or receive call after few months. Come in there wait For a while no one even say hi or help. They have only one customer, few guy sit around not even say or offer to help. One guy on the computer look at me and go back to his computer. We paid too much money for this kinda service. If I can give them negative feedback, I will.
Horrible customer service. Prepare to harassed for several hours. I felt like I was in a hidden camera show with how ridiculous the employees were. I made an appt to pickup my new phones. Ill activate it myself and avoid the scam. This was unacceptable to them. No one leaves with an inactivated phone. We wont charge you. Thats what they said this time and last. Last time I paid 30 per phone and it was out of Sprints hands. I was told to come back in a couple hours or tomorrow because my phone wasnt ready. Apparently, removing it from the stock area and scanning it is too difficult. Eventually, by some Christmas miracle, it was ready. He just had to scan it and try to push a bunch of overpriced accessories on me while complaining about Amazon. No thanks...just the phones. I also didnt appreciate coming home and having to change the phone numbers as he somehow set them up with a wrong area code. All I wanted was to pick up the phones. 2 minutes in and out. After getting my bag, he asked to give a 10 out of 10 on the survey if I get one. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Tim the technician was absolutely wonderful she had a smiley happy face she was very informative of what was going to go on she took her time to do the job right my phone came back absolutely perfect her kindness and perseverance and understanding through my tumultuous time with Sprint was more than pleasing and rewarding for a change I actually felt good about my experience thank you David Siler
They really know their stuff. I originally went to another Sprint store with a problem. They said the phone was broken. I discovered that only some Sprint stores are corporate stores. The store on Hall road is a corporate store and they fixed my phone in minutes. Watch out! Only go to corporate stores.
Very dissatisfied with my time at this location. The salesman Junior has no idea what he’s doing. Maybe he’s new or just didn’t want to do his job. He did not know that the store was completely out of stock on the phone I wanted after I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for him to get everything set up. He wouldn’t order a phone for me so I had to do it myself online. I shipped it to the store so they could activate it for me. Two days later I walk into the store and then it’s Junior to the rescue yet again. He would not activate the phone for me. He said the WiFi sucks at the store so the restore wouldn’t work? Why is the WiFi terrible at a service provider store??? I’ve never left a store where the people didn’t set up a phone for me. I was stuck setting it up myself and now I’m back on my old phone because that didn’t work. Hopefully a different store I have to travel to has people who know what they’re doing.
Never ever unless is life in question I would step my foot in this store. The most incompetent and rude management. I had to go to the store several times to accomplish one simple thing. I ended up calling Sprint customer service and they assisted me while I was in store during my third visit. For the same thing, lady manager has claimed it was not possible to be done and was very rude and raised voice at me. When I called sprint customer service I spent some time on the phone with them but they assisted me which means that staff in store just did not want to bother. It says enough about ability of the store and their managers.
Went in a week ago to get my phone fixed. Decided it would be better to get a new one. They didnt have the phone in stock I wanted so we ordered one and the gentleman told me it would be delivered to my house in 3-5 days. A week later I went back to check on the status since my phone had yet to be delivered. This is where they told me that it wouldnt even be shipped out until late November. Im just not sure where the misunderstanding was or what. But its super Frustrating
Terrible experience. The sales rep had absolutely no idea about the product(Iphone 7) didnt give me any details about what was going on or anything about the phone at all. Was told there is no promotion going on, and they had a buy one get one free promotion. When I called about it, the person on the phone was extremely rude. Do not go here, go across the street to best buy or somewhere else.
If I could give it a zero I would. We are being charged for some kind of port we never asked for. We were told that an associate went to our car and showed us how to use it. Really?? Liars!! We are stuck in a two year contract with idiots. Go to another cell company!!
Hated the store personnel and the sprint service. Aweful cell phone service. As a manager said to me you get what you pay for. So if you want cell service anywhere in Michigan get another company. When I said that to the manager he said yes, and told me to get Verizon. Mgr said they have the best service around. So I wait till my contact is done☹
We just got out of the Sprint store and we are livid. We tried turning in our old phones since we switched carriers, and the guy we were with was a jerk about it and immediately went to the point that they dont take the phones in person; they must be sent in from a kit corporate sends you, which takes 8 business days, which the Sprint customer service told us we could turn it in there.The guy was nice enough to try and get our phones turned in, but we could only get the iPhone in. Apparently my old phone doesnt even exist through them, so thats great 🤔For anyone who reads this, please stay away from Sprint and go with another carrier. Nobody knows what the actual hell theyre doing for this company. Sprint will rip you off in every form possible including the plans, phones, paying off the phones, etc. I dont care what kind of deal they give you; they will screw you over one way or another.
So glad I’m finally canceling my service with Sprint! Waiting over an hour then 1 employee leaves 10 minutes early as another is telling him to take a customer. On top of that they make me wait over an hour instead of telling me they can’t cancel service in store. Then proceed to give me the wrong number to customer service.
Had to order my new iPhone 7 since they didnt have one in stock so the guy at the store tells me it should be in within 2 days. 4 days later I call to see where its at and he says he hadnt seen any phone come in that day. So 3 days later I call again and he says the same thing I havent seen any phone come in Today sorry. I decided to call back an hour later because my question was not have you seen my phone come in. It was can you check to see if my phone has came in. So he checks the system and come to find out my phones been at the store for 2 days and they never even called me and its like I had to pull teeth just to get him to check for me. Eat a dick.
Bad service, I just wanted them to walk me through phone settings for internet service in Canada. Over the phone they would not do this. Their argument was what if my account was not set up properly. I said then they would charge me for roaming, just walk me through to check my phone settings.. No luck they would not do this. Doooh!
I have had a Galaxy s10 through sprint for 2 months and I have never had more stress over a phone service in my life. I could bash the service all day long but this is for the personal store, which as well is under par to what I thought a phone provider should be. I have presented issue after issue with my phone and service and twice now theyve just had me hard reset the device saying this should resolve your network issues. Problem was never resolved. The last straw was tonight when I brought their attention to the fact that I cant even stream music on Tidal anymore which is included with the service the teller seemed to pass of the issue and didnt say much about it but you can bring it back tomorrow. I shouldnt expect the world of a phone teller but an account issue is something that can be resolved on the spot I believe.Next day and some of my problems were resolved supposedly I had a bad sim card. Hopefully that was the problem because I do not want want to have to come here again. The tech Jan was absolutely belittling about running a diagnostic for continuous network issues and when I received my phone back he explained that my mobile data was off. This made no sense to me. After being in that store 5 times in the past two months after purchasing the phone, and the amount of people who looked at it to try and solve my issues. Obviously that wasnt the issue. I talked to a supervisor and he took a look popped in a new sim card and called it a day. Now my phone works but Im afraid of having to go back.
Customer service is terrible. They made me wait over 1 month to get my new phone, but when I arrived they told me the phone had arrived weeks ago even though I had called just a week before asking if it had come in. They claimed to have called me but no one in my family had received a call from Sprint. They also could not tell me which phone they called when I asked. Also, of the three times I had been here, I have had to wait at least 45 minutes to speak with someone. When we renewed our contract which we had signed with a different Sprint provider, they said we could keep the previous benefits, but when we got our bill, they charged a lot more. After confronting them, they said they were never allowed to do that. So, they lied to get us to sign a new contract.
Walked in to ask about a phone repair and was instantly asked about upgrading. When we stated we arent interested, the older gentlemen went straight to acting rude and sent us back to the repair guy in the back. This man spent a whole 30 minutes acting like my phone not connecting to service is a hardware issue and there is no possible fix. After pointing out that his logic made no sense, he told us we need to speak to someone about upgrading phones. We walked out, went to apple and the phone is being repaired for free. Thanks for wasting our time. Also for the repair man, learn the difference between hardware and software. A hard reset does not fix a burnt out motherboard....
Went to turn my phone in after having it for years .when the guy took the case off he started telling me it was all dented .I told it was not dented the finish had come off and I told him that he just cracked the frame .he want to charge me 150.00 dollars to send it back to sprint .STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF .
I was there because I was having problems with my galaxy s3 not holding charge they told me to leave the phone there so they could check wat was wrong with the phone. when I went to pick it up they give me a new battery and told me to see if it would hold charge know but if it doesnt will order you a new phone that was on a Friday and went back on the following monday because the new battery didnt help it all. they hat to order me a new one and by the following day at 1 pm I got a txt message saying you new phone has arrived :) thank you Erik McArthur. For being so helpful been going to the same store since 2007 when they were located by schoner rd thanks guys
Service is terrible in most locations, low bars in the middle of metropolis, cant send photos to certain people, dont receive group chats, etc.. list goes on and on. Also beware of $200 charge when your contract ends and you dont keep your phone. It is a scam. They tell you its refundable when in fact no one has ever heard of this $200 charge after its been paid.
I just wanted to shout out Kim (the phone tech that does repairs). I went in today because I knew something was stuck inside of my charging port and causing it not to charge properly. I was greeted by Tim and told him and he said he wouldnt be able to help me because I dont have insurance on my phone. I really didnt need a repair, just a tool to help me clean the port. He reluctantly went to the phone tech area and did an ok job brushing the inside of the port. Just as I was about to leave, Kim asked to see the phone and did a very thorough job of cleaning it and making sure it charged properly. She explained a few things to me about any future repairs I might need. I really appreciate her taking the time to get me a properly charging phone and being very kind about it.
Im on my own plan, but i was there for my parents plan... i think i did better than Richard did. He was by far the worst person i have ever ran into. We walked out and were about to switch companies. You might want to thank best buy for keeping them with you. They have 15+ years with you. Richard blew them off, until i stepped in. They asked for black phones and he brought out blue saying just put a case on it . You guys might want to do something about him. It was ridiculous. -we walked across the street to best buy and save 30 a month each!!!! On the same phones!!!!
After being Sprint customer for 10 years and working as a physician who answers all pages outside hospital on my phone, i walk into store with very simple question and approach next available tech. It turns out its store manager who asked me with arrogant attitude if I had checked in. I am in store with my elderly mother 2 customers and 3 employees. You need to check in for colonoscopy, not when you have a phone question. Then she forced some poor guy to answer my questions as if I am benenth her service. 30 minutes later my mother is at&t customer. Soon i maybe too.
I was very happy with how i was treated and helped. Antonio Casall was very knowledgable and knew what to do and what was best for my situation with my phone. I had a charging problem with my Galaxy SII. He did a battery test and replaced the battery then tried charging it while we discussed options if that didnt work. He also was helpful in bettering my decision on the bluetooth i purchased. I would recommend this store to anybody as they dont have you waiting very long. Thanx again Antonio and all the staff at this store
Customer service is good. For 3 years they keep telling me 4g will be here. I pay premium data charges on 3 phones and not even the lte phone can stream a YouTube video without stoping. Lots of tower problems lately for them. Cant even check emails most of the time. Ive been with sprint for 11 years and this looks like my last if they dont improve. I have been using a competitors phone as comparison for about 2months and the 4g is great even in my house. I really hope sprint pulls it together.

2022-08-21We switched to T-mobile & had issues transferring data. We went to this location 2 times. Brandon was Great! Very helpful & knows his stuff! We also dealt with 2 women there, both were very rude & didnt offer any help. That store is lucky to have Brandon!

2022-03-18As far as my in person experience goes, Jeremy was awesome to deal with and a great help. However the manager and owner of store is a joke. They tried to charge me a restocking fee to return a phone (not upgrade) which is against tmobile corporate policy. Best part is they were actually arguing with corporate over giving me a $24 refund. Dont waste your time here unless its an emergency.

2022-06-29Sold me a $300 phone with no way to charge it!!!! Should be criminal!!!! I left. Got home. Nobody told me phone doesnt come with charger block!!!! Samsung needs to step up!!! Went back to store & theyre like tough luck, well be alright!!!! Thats fecally. Didnt appreciate that!

2022-08-02Dont appreciate the woman who didnt help me as a third party worker in Sterling heights (53 & 59 highway to no satisfaction. Ended up not getting her card. But Manger helped me get through my account problems between sprint and t-mobile. I will return everything since it was less than a week ago.

He also took the time to look in back to see what other colors were available for my niece for her new 13pro max after going to 2 other locations that were out of stock. Would return to this store again.

2021-10-14I was in a hurry and had my 17 month old son with me. The employees at this location were great and helped me right away. At my request, they set everything up so that I could order my new phone when I got home, due to my son being ready to go. I definitely appreciate this store and their help.

2021-11-13Great place to understand and be confident concerning a purchase. My wife and I researched T Mobile stores in the area and concluded that this corporate store is the place to do business. We called the store. The team member answered the phone without the fast paced Get rid of the customer phone call attitude. Upon our arrival, a team member registered our place in line. Brandon quickly called our names and after a few inquires into our T Mobile account, Brandon suggested what type of phone would meet our needs. My wife and I knew the model of phones Brandon might suggest. Our account was eligible for an upgrade, therefore, our choices were predetermined. My wife and I agreed to upgrade to the Samsung A32 5G. After purchasing the phone with Brandon, Big Sean uploaded all data & apps from my wifes previous phone to the new phone. While waiting for the upload to complete, my wife and I engaged Big Sean (his name tag read Big Sean) in a variety subjects related to cell phones. Very pleasant and unpressured conversation. 2021-03-18Worst service. Went to buy my Samsung note 20 ultra. At first I was given a defective glass protector which is fine. It was not their fault really. After I came home I contacted the salesperson Jerome and he said he will contact me when they have more. 2 weeks go by I dont hear from him. Then I was told by him that my Samsung watch is free. And I check my bill next month to see I was getting charged $300 for that. After I talked to customer service they said my plan does not qualify. Shocked that the salesperson was not able to see that. Whatever you do, dont go to that store. Drive a little bit and go to a different one because they dont know what they are doing.
