We switched to T-mobile & had issues transferring data. We went to this location 2 times. Brandon was Great! Very helpful & knows his stuff! We also dealt with 2 women there, both were very rude & didnt offer any help. That store is lucky to have Brandon!

As far as my in person experience goes, Jeremy was awesome to deal with and a great help. However the manager and owner of store is a joke. They tried to charge me a restocking fee to return a phone (not upgrade) which is against tmobile corporate policy. Best part is they were actually arguing with corporate over giving me a $24 refund. Dont waste your time here unless its an emergency.

Sold me a $300 phone with no way to charge it!!!! Should be criminal!!!! I left. Got home. Nobody told me phone doesnt come with charger block!!!! Samsung needs to step up!!! Went back to store & theyre like tough luck, well be alright!!!! Thats fecally. Didnt appreciate that!

Dont appreciate the woman who didnt help me as a third party worker in Sterling heights (53 & 59 highway to no satisfaction. Ended up not getting her card. But Manger helped me get through my account problems between sprint and t-mobile. I will return everything since it was less than a week ago.

Quick activation, appreciated that the employee took the time to look at the 8plus we were trading in to see if there was additional credit available for higher gigs. He also took the time to look in back to see what other colors were available for my niece for her new 13pro max after going to 2 other locations that were out of stock. Would return to this store again.

Worst location! Sold me new phone but broken touch screen. And they will not replace for another. Spent 4 hours talking to 1800 number. Costumer service worst I ever had.

I was in a hurry and had my 17 month old son with me. The employees at this location were great and helped me right away. At my request, they set everything up so that I could order my new phone when I got home, due to my son being ready to go. I definitely appreciate this store and their help.

Great place to understand and be confident concerning a purchase. My wife and I researched T Mobile stores in the area and concluded that this corporate store is the place to do business. We called the store. The team member answered the phone without the fast paced Get rid of the customer phone call attitude. Upon our arrival, a team member registered our place in line. Brandon quickly called our names and after a few inquires into our T Mobile account, Brandon suggested what type of phone would meet our needs. My wife and I knew the model of phones Brandon might suggest. Our account was eligible for an upgrade, therefore, our choices were predetermined. My wife and I agreed to upgrade to the Samsung A32 5G. After purchasing the phone with Brandon, Big Sean uploaded all data & apps from my wifes previous phone to the new phone. While waiting for the upload to complete, my wife and I engaged Big Sean (his name tag read Big Sean) in a variety subjects related to cell phones. Very pleasant and unpressured conversation. Worst service. Went to buy my Samsung note 20 ultra. At first I was given a defective glass protector which is fine. It was not their fault really. After I came home I contacted the salesperson Jerome and he said he will contact me when they have more. 2 weeks go by I dont hear from him. Then I was told by him that my Samsung watch is free. And I check my bill next month to see I was getting charged $300 for that. After I talked to customer service they said my plan does not qualify. Shocked that the salesperson was not able to see that. Whatever you do, dont go to that store. Drive a little bit and go to a different one because they dont know what they are doing.
