Comment: They allow people to run businesses out of the units, they charge too much and regularly raise rents, and they let the keypads become unreadable on top of everything. They also expect you to be out days early if you terminate to accommodate their office hours, giving only 3 hour notice of such. If you dont comply they threaten an additional months rent. This is not professional. I moved to a locally owned and operated storage company.

Comment: I bought my lease online with a free second month through their online special. Jamie was fast! Called and had my unit number and gate code in right under an hour, de never missed a beat. The rates are are also fair for each unit size

Comment: Yes the keep raising the rates for storage.However I have everything set for autopay and of course I have to pay for late charges, etc.Why cant they just charge my card, or pickup the phone?

Comment: The price for the same size unit I rented almost 2 years ago has gone down while cost for me to provide self storage with regular income has raised the rate on my units by $40. Prior to renting the units I asked about rent increases. The manager stated there had not been any, they werent planning on any, and there would not be any increases during the next year or two.Within my first year there were two increases, each without legal notice (30 days). The manager claimed not to have my correct address, but to take money from my debit/credit cards she had to have my correct address to process the payments.I refused to pay the improperly noticed increases and they locked me out and noticed me for a lien sale. I paid over $700 in fees plus my rent. So I filed suit for fraud and unlawful business practices, and we go to court next week.

Comment: They raised my rate twice in just under a year and a half for no reason. They dont honor their rates. Beware before renting. Your starting rent will not be your ending rent. The rating is for rent cost only. I have letter proving rate is raised with no given reason.

Comment: Really great place if you need a storage. Has cameras everywhere and place is kept clean and well lit, so your valuables can remain safe. Also, has on site manager who is EXTREMELY nice and understanding, and always willing to help if she can.
