Comment: Guy told me Feb 28th as I was leaving you out I said yea, do I need to sign anything? He said nah your good, Ill take care of everything. 3 days later, he hits me with marchs rent then says I didnt give notice. Whatever. There was water running through my indoor unit#156. The walls of the units dont go to the ceiling, so anyone can climb over and into your unit if they want to. Wouldnt let me store a brand new 2022 motorcycle, but lets homeless people live there with their clapped out leaking vehicles. Just dont rent from here. Go somewhere else.

Comment: Jamie is awesome and is always there to make sure the property is safe. Hes strict on the rules so make sure youre in and out before 7pm or you may get stuck.He got me a killer rate at the lady minute and helped me when I was in a jam and needed to move ASAP! I recommend this place if you dont need late night access to your storage unit

Comment: Great experience here although it was short due to being able to move our stuff into our new home sooner. Jamie, the property manager, was very personable and helpful with any issues I had including getting our account closed on short notice. We would definitely use Central Storage again! Comment: Called around 3pm to see if we would be able to still park our trailer at this location because it closes at 5:30pm. Manager dies not call us back until 5:20pm and upon hearing about the trailer begins to get rude and state dont bring it here despite us trying to explain about the trailer and our booking. Do not store here, absolutely appalled by manager attitude and not worth giving business.

Comment: Each and every time I go here the ace is always very clean and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there even though most of the time its for business, the way the manager runs the place doesnt make it feel like it. I recommend Central Self Storage for any storage need you may have.

Comment: Bad management, they break in and the person who runs the place doesn’t care. Not even fix the dam lock. You pay to keep your things and they don’t care if you get broken into or stolen.

Comment: My bill is up to date, not yet due, but for 2 weeks, I have tried to get a new code to gates to gain access to my belongings. I get no return calls, each month my bill has been going up approx $20. I want my belongings, and now have sent them an email to advise if I cannot get my belongings by Monday, I will call the police and file a complaint. This is rediculous, I wish I could contact their corporate office. This is theft of my belongings.

Comment: This is a TERRIBLE place!!! I had a major rat infeststion in my unit and had to move out. My mattress and box spring were ruined (covered in rat feces and urine) and they refused to dispose of them and instead returned them to my empty unit and has resulted in a series of excessive charges The main staff person os nice but the is a terrible place.

Comment: Great Facility, Very Clean, Reasonably Priced and Friendly Customer Service.I am currently parking a large 5th Wheel Trailer (33 feet long), and they accommodated me on a short notice when I really needed a space. Lots of other RVs, Boats and Cars/Trucks on site, and indoor garage storage for containers. The facility also has a security gate where the customer has their own code to enter the premise, so it feels real safe.The only setback is, the outdoor spaces are only 10 feet wide, so when a trailer is naturally 8 feet, that only gives you one foot of clearance on each side, so bring a friend to help assist you on backing up a trailer/boat.Also, to have a space at this facility, you are required to have RV/Boat/Car insurance and current tags. And just in case one asks (and I have been asked), there is no overnight staying at the facility (this place is for storage only).

Very friendly and helpful every time I came in to pay my bill. Especially when I was informed the rent of my storage had increase. Also help me Fax some paperwork that had a today deadline. Comment: My wife and I used to rent here. We were hesitant on coming back. Tierra is the new assistant Manager and is the reason why we decided to rent again. She seemed to really have a hold on the facility and really impressed my wife by acknowledging all the tenants by their names . The grounds look alot cleaner, organized, and less chaotic. She seems to have brought a professional, positive new way of running things there . A few of us who rent with this company hope Tierra becomes Manager . Over the short while she has been there we have seen such a change. Great Job who ever hired her she is such a keeper.

Comment: I went there to pay my bill on Saturday and they supposedly opened at 10 am but the guy that was there told me it was his day off and he could not help me but he would take my payment and give it to the girl when she arrived because she was running late. When I asked him to give me some sort of receipt or paper saying that I was leaving the $156 he told me dont you trust me? I said I dont know you to trust you or not trust you, I would just like to get a receipt because thats the way I do business. He then told me well if you dont trust me then maybe I shouldnt have rented to you. Im not sure what kind of business they are running but most people would like to have a receipt when they pay for something as proof of payment, it has nothing to do with whether I trust the person or not. We are not friends, I am not there to trust them, I am there to do business with them as a customer. This interaction left me feeling very upset and disappointed.

Comment: Where to begin. Over charged for rental on mileage and blankets I did not use, seal on blanket bag not broken. Truck was a P.O.S, wheel alignment off, transmission screwed up, shocks worn out, not clean. Guy there never answers phone, and turns off answering machine. If you keep calling he eventually answers. Complete B.S. Never again!

Comment: If I could rate this place lower I would... We had a reservation and when we arrived we were told the reservation was not good and they did not have any units available and we would have to pay for a reservation. So we made another reservation in person and paid for it. We received a message that our reserved unit was available and ready. We packed up a truck load and showed up to find that they had given it away and they were VERY RUDE ABOUT IT TOO! Hard to believe they could be so crappy and so rude on top of that! Then we heard rumors that they have many units robbed there and we may have dodged a bad thing!!
