Comment: We never have to worry about our insurance at all. Central Valley is always on top of anything pertaining to our coverage so that makes our life much easier. If we do ever feel the need to contact them they answer immediately and they respond with an answer not just an email telling us they are going to be responding. All of their people are very friendly and concerned with our needs and having them know us on a first name basis is really nice. I would recommend Central Valley Insurance to anyone who wants to deal with a company that cares and respects your budget in finding you the best insurance coverage for your money. Look into their Financial Services as well because we feel our money has never been better taken care of and the advice we get regarding our investments is very thoughtful and honest. We love dealing with Central Valley Insurance in all capacities!

They are super responsive, and their prices were almost identical to when I would buy direct insurance. Therefore I am paying only slightly more a personal advocate who can answer all my questions.

My Agent told me that we would not be able to find a company that would insure us because of where we live and would probably have to go a California Safe Plan. VERY expensive! Tried a couple of different agencies before being referred to CIG Central Valley Insurance. Barbara found us a policy very quickly. Also found us a better Auto Policy than we had. What a Godsend! As I was someone who was gaining insurance for the first time by myself, I was overwhelmed with what the process would look like.
