I planned to leave the car and Uber home .... the dealership provided me with a Lyft ride home and back, which I feel is quite generous.Communication with the service advisor was great and all the needed work was done quickly. Comment: Service department was terrible. I went in to have a humming noise troubleshoot. I asked if my extended warranty would cover it. The writer laughed and said I doubt very much that that thing has an extended warranty. It does. But he said when I picked it up he didnt check. He wanted 547 dollars for rear brakes. I said no. I picked it up and will never go back to the dealership, even though Im in the market for a trade in upgrade.now they are saying my 5 year bumper to bumper warranty wasnt really bumper to bumper like they sold me. it only covers the transmission. WHAT A JOKE THIS IS..I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN..

I came in just to look around and left with a new 2023 Nissan with so many coverages included. They also took the liberty to pay a higher bank fee for me to get my loan for my car which I couldn’t believe because it allowed me to have a lower monthly payment and loan overall. They even gave me insurance for a month. I definitely recommend you work with Maria who was amazing and helped me through this and advocated for me every step of the way. My truck was not washed and the seat plastic cover and foot mat paper were still in the vehicle. Also, my concern regarding my tailgate latch was never addressed. Just saw your reply, dont know what you are talking about, I waited at your location for 3 hours while my wifes pathfinder was being serviced last week. No discount was given to me towards my final bill of more than 1k. No one reached out to me to discuss my concerns. Stop lying on this platform where honest reviews are written by real customers. Maybe you were not expecting this kind of review from a customer, but instead of pointing fingers at others, first reevaluate your service department. It badly needs a serious audit by Nissan. As nothing works good there.

They waited two days until my warranty was expired, to check my van.. the transmission had to be replaced. Warranty refused to pay for the whole amount. The manager called John from services just said warranty doesn’t cover because the car is not worth it. But they never checked my van when I told them more than a year ago.Definitely won’t be doing business with Nissan anymore.

The level is perfect, no mess left behind. Steers/turns great with no noise. The mechanic also found other problems with an inspection. I appreciate the inspection and correct diagnosis of the items. One which I knew about the other hadnt known about then I personally inspected it and verified. Excellent.

Comment: As a result of owning past Nissans 2011, 2014, and still own my 2009 nissan Sentra, I wanted to try another nissan but this time an SUV. Thats when I met Julian. He promptly approached me in the parking lot smiling and ready to help. After a brief test drive, I asked if he could find me a white Rogue, which took hardly no time to find. Julian was very knowledgeable and helpful about this vehicle. He advised me of many options and standard uses of this vehicle that I wasnt familiar with. After a quick credit check, I met with Neal to get car paperwork going. A short time later I danced out the dealership with my new 2023 nissan Rogue. All they do is look at it and make your car worse. Dont ever buy or take your car for a fix up here. You waste money for nothing. Again young people work here. They dont have experience or nothing. All they do is laugh at you maybe or just dont care about your car and do whatever they want with it. Plus be aware of your miles check your miles. My car had 66000 miles. When I got it was 71 or 72000 miles. They also lie to you that they werent the problem the car was not fix good. I took is to a mechanic. They fixed it good. Pretended my car had a problem. So took it there and when I got it back it was good but then stopped working. So I asked my car isnt running good. They try blaming it on the other mechanic when it was their fault. All I did was took out a some oil and deflate a tire a little. To see what they would do. What they did is broke the fuse box. Now my car I need to buy a new fuse box. Brought my car back home with another car and slowly took it home pulling it with the other car. That way I wont let them fix my car. They would damage it way worse. Not professional people work here. They need people with high experience working here.

Comment: My experience with Central Valley Nissan was good. The sales guy was personable and friendly. The finance guy wasnt too pushy but provided valuable options to choose from. They did their job and were professional.Im knocking off a star for the way the car was cleaned and delivered. Now I know I purchased a used vehicle and I can accept the little normal usage dings and wear & tear. My issue is this: the car looked like it had been taken in from a trade-in, run through the car wash, pulled the floor mats shook them off and threw them in the back. I thought to myself ok, not that big of a deal. Theyre going to detail it and it will be good. Well I dont what passes for a detail nowadays but after our car was detailed the headliner was still filthy, there was still caked on makeup on the handles and blinkers, the seats werent shampooed, there was still coffee splatter on the dash and the list goes on. They did get me a rental car since they kept the car overnight, however, since I had a rental I wish they had kept my car a few hours more and done a complete job.Any-who, the people that Ive dealt with at the service department and parts are really nice and the sales guy was very low pressure and accomodating to my schedule. I am not mad about anything, just a little frustrated on the one part. I will be giving them a chance to redo the detail and hopefully get the headliner clean.
