Called them at 1:00pm for a tow the dispatcher said 1 hr for someone to come out waited 2 hrs nobody came so I called to see what was going and the dispatcher said that they all of sudden got busy with other calls? Comment: Bless this company, my cars transmission, went out while at a family event. The night dispatcher James provided me with exceptional service! Thanks to him and his hard working team I was able to get a tow after AAA was having major issues with their system. I was trying to get a tow for hours from around 10 pm to about 3 am, having to be at work at work at 6 am during a day that was extremely cold. I could have lost my job since I am a vital worker to my company. Thankfully I did not, I couldnt be any more thankful for these hard working people and the kindness they showed me that faithful morning.

I am glad for the kind service technician Paul.The wait time was lengthy due to new software or tech he wasnt familiar with. However once he arrived he had it open in about less than 10 minutes!Paul was very kind and provided excellent customer service! He even had his own technique to unlock my car door. I was already aware of that. My driver when he came out he was amazing explained to him what I needed done what was wrong with my vehicle gave him the cash he was shocked didnt even know anything about the money. But overall the driver got it to its destination. They did give me a call to ask about their service as a survey a week later which I thought was odd because the receptionist was very rude so Idk why shes going to call asking for a survey ?

Comment: If ever in an automobile situation such as I was, I’d highly recommend you calling Central Valley Towing & Automobile Service. In my situation I was in an hurry & I failed to stop and get gas prior to arriving to my destination and with that said I ran out of gas while traveling Eastbound on Hwy 198, I was between two exits resulting in my car having to stop where there was only a narrow shoulder of the roadway to park on, traffic was moving swiftly due to the noon hour rush & I was scared to even open my car door, never mind to physically exit my car, I immediately called AAA roadside service and the representative was concerned for me due to all the fast moving traffic at this time, & she prioritize me as “high priority due to the traffic” & reassured me that I was not alone & that I would be back on the road in no time, she immediately put me in contact with (Adrain)who is now ( my hero), he then explained his location and let me know approximately how quickly he would be arriving with gas to assist me, he spoke with a very calm and reassuring voice & he made sure that I felt safe & that help was on its way. True to his word the whole situation was done in less than 12 minutes, Triple AAA & Adrain both remained Professional during the whole event, I truly was in good hands, I’d like to also thank the CHP Officer who also stopped to offer his assistance to remain with me till Adrain arrived . Comment: Had the dreaded low oil pressure light come on and after failing to diagnose it myself threw the white towel and decided to have it looked at by a mechanic. Central Valley and towing to the rescue, they safely towed my truck and both the automotive and towing side was very professional and friendly. I asked to diagnose the light and they did just that, no frills, no “you need this b/c this is out” or upselling me anything I don’t need like what a lot of automotive places do to take advantage of people unfamiliar with cars. I highly recommend these guys as they’re honest, professional, fast, friendly, convenient and reliable even if you don’t even need a towing service and just automotive repair or preventative maintenance

My driver got my vehicle hooked up pretty quick, and we were on the road and home before I knew it. (Which was at least a 25 minute drive) My driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and held an intelligent conversation with me. When we arrived at my house, he had me unhooked and unloaded lickity-split. And, he even allowed my service animal in the cab with me. So all in all, apart from the wait, I had a VERY pleasant experience. Thank you Central Valley Towing.

Comment: We’re giving 1 star for the following reasons: 1) It took a long time for someone to show up initially, even though we were supposedly being prioritized due to the high heat and the fact that we were traveling with an elderly woman with COPD. 2) The guy who came to help us was very nice/pleasant; however, he didn’t have the right tools to change our RV tire, even though we had provided all the info requested to AAA. 3) After more than 3 hours sitting on the side of 99N, on the phone nearly the whole time trying to resolve our predicament, AAA ultimately sent someone from this same company, Central Valley Towing, who did have the proper tools and was able to change our tire in less than half an hour. While we were very grateful to finally have our flat tire changed, we were VERY FRUSTRATED with the first technician who didn’t contact his company to send someone else out - with the proper tools! - to ensure we got our problem resolved in the least amount of time and with the least frustration and discomfort.

He had a portable charger, hooked it to my battery (without charging it!) and told me to start my car. He did this a few times. Of course it didnt start because the battery was dead!. My son had left the lights on the night before. Then he told me my starter was stuck and he wanted to tow my car to their shop and put a new starter in! Rip off! There was nothing wrong with the starter. It was connecting to the battery and the battery was trying to turn over! He thought because Im a woman, he could pull a fast one on me. Not likely. The dispatcher asked what problems I was having and said it would take an hour before someone would come out. I asked him who was the company coming to help me and what their number was. I told him to make sure they have a battery on board just in case it was the battery. The dispatcher did text me the name of the company.Well within minutes I received a call from Central Valley Towing that they were on their way. Really a neat system that you go to the site they text you and they can find you by satellite. The driver was named Rick and what a nice guy. He was really patient and very reassuring that he would find out what the problem was. He tested the battery and it was a dead battery. I just told him to go ahead a put a new Battery in. Found out the old battery was a 2012 battery. Rick said it outlive its life. He found batteries of 2016 or newer vehicles die out.. Rick put in the new battery and wrote up the service order . I paid the amount. He cleaned up and put everything away plus taking the old battery. Great service and great experience with Rick. Rick is a wonderful worker and easy to talk to. This company is efficient and gets to you quickly. Really pleased with their efficiency and customer service.

Comment: I had my car towed there to get fixed (2012 dodge charger) 1st they had no idea what was wrong with it. 2nd because of that they were all over my car saying it was the starter, computer, timing belt. They then got a second opinion. That second opinion found out it was just the starter. Which took them 2-3 weeks to find out. Mean while i had no info on what was going on unless i called to ask. After picking up my car i had my ESP light on (Wasnt one when i took it in). So i went back to let them know just to get told that that was normal. Which i didnt buy so that same day i went to get a different opinion. At the 2nd location i was told that my ESP sensor was out and to replace it it would be $600+. Went back to Central Valley to explain that i got a second opinion and the out come. Head manager was out so i left my info name number car info to be reach at nothing so i call after that spoke to someone again they said head manager was on vaca they would let him know so he can contact me, still nothing. Go back head manager is out again. I leave another message still nothing till this day. This all happen late August till this day i have not recieve any calls from them. Such a disappointment. I will never do business there again. A simply call back would of been great. I understand things happen. But to not call back to someone that has been trying to get ahold of you for weeks is crazy.

Comment: Im a professional automotive technician with 30+ years of experience dealing with tow truck businesses since I started working in this field out of college.No company, but no company in Visalia has shown to me what customer care is all about.From the person that answered my call to the time he said the tow truck would be there, to the professionalism, presentation, and care the driver and clean truck show me.Just outstanding!And no, nobody has paid me to say what I said. Comment: Had my car towed there after an hour wait. Next day they looked at it and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix. They gave me an over inflated estimate, so i let them know I would look for a cheaper part and get back to them. I called back and just then know I was picking up the vehicle with having it fixed. Because I wad not fixing it there, they started adding storage fees and diagnostic fees. Never wad I made aware of any fees. I asked the manager if thats how they practice business, and he said yes. We dont overrule Ashraf ..if done what they are being charged for. . Ridiculous business practices.

Comment: Called at 6:09PM 9/26 for a tow from Outside Creek Rd. to Sycamore St. in farmersville, 10 minutes or less away. It’s now 10:40PM and Well past the original 45 minutes quoted by “Laura”. The driver has just now arrived. I was originally quoted 45 minutes at 6:09. I then called Laura at 7:20 and asked if we were still getting a driver. She stated they had some trucks out for CHP and it would then be an additional 30 minutes. My partner called them again at 8:05 and Gonzalo was now taking calls. He stated Laura had taken down my Call but never actually put it into the computer. My partner gave Gonzolo the information and said it would be about 30 minutes he was sending someone right out. At 8:16 Gonzolo called me back to get correct directions to where we are. At 8:45, a family member came to pick me and our children up because it had already been almost 3 hours of “just a couple more minutes”. At 8:59, my partner called to check when they would be there. Gonzolo stated that they were having issues with the truck and trying to find a truck to carry us and the kids. My partner informed him that he did not need a ride just needed the car moved down the street. Another 15-20 minutes was quoted. At 9:34 he called for another update and was told by Gonzolo that he was going to outreach the driver and call him back. At 9:49 I reached out to CVT and got Gonzolo. I was told that the driver had stopped by the store and was on his way, it would be another 10-15 minutes. At 9:53 I received a text that towing was assigned. And then again at 10:06 towing was assigned. At 10:29 I received a text that towing was assigned. At 10:31 my partner called again very frustrated because we are now 4.5 hours into this situation. Gonzolo told my partner the driver was then on the 99 just barely getting onto the 198. It would be another 15-20 minutes. The driver finally arrived at 10:40PM. 4 hours and 31 minutes after the initial call. This is terrible customer service, especially considering that the entire time they knew we had children with us and never bothered to call us once to tell us they were running behind. We had to make every single call and stay on them to ensure we received service. We will never use this company again and I will make sure to post this review everywhere I can. Multiple times during our calls we asked them if to advise us if they weren’t going to be able to make it that way we could call someone else. We were constantly reassured that they had it and it wouldn’t be necessary. If they had just been honest and advised us they were too busy to take the call my partner would have been home hours ago. Instead they were money hungry over $75 and wasted our time.

It was late at night, but he took the time to check our car to make sure that there was nothing else he could help with to fix the issue. After towing vehicles all day, he remained cheerful and attentive to our needs. Just the kind of service one needs in a stressful predicament.

Comment: Horrible, horrible experience!! Roadside service stated it would be a 45-60 minute wait. After 60 min I was contacted by Roadside Quality Management to assure we had been towed (we hadnt) they then called Central Valley Towing who said they were caught in traffic and would be there in 10-15 minutes. Half hour later I received a text message stating my tech had just been dispatched...they did not arrive for another 30 minutes!!!! All this to be towed 7 miles. Very rude, dishonest and inconsiderate establishment. Unless you like waiting in the heat and being lied to steer clear.

Comment: They used the wrong method to tow my car, severely damaged CV axle and boots (were brand new, we just had the whole assembly replaced less than a month prior). Now the company manager wont return our calls! The driver was aware of the damage, and said the company would cover repairs. But now no returned calls. Will have to report the company to my insurance.
