Comment: Amy is ABSOLUTELY A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Amy was a referral from one of my colleagues. I was very upset because I had just gotten a notification that my State Farm insurance had been paid and it was about $120 over the normal price. I called my agent to inquire about the increase in my insurance. The agents son or grandson continued to give me the same canned answer without listening to my concerns, which, I am might at was incredibly frustrating. I was less interested in the why and more interested in the solution! I just couldn’t afford the increase! I have been with State Farm for at least 15+ years and a drastic increase in my insurance just didn’t make sense. I needed to know if he could do a deeper dive and see what exactly was going on and what could be done to fix the issue. Well to say the least, the issue was not resolved and I can only blame it on terrible customer service! You can’t just regurgitate insurance, 101!So moving right along I was very frustrated and I was shopping around for a different insurance company! Who has time to do that? Not me! I have been happy with my coverage up until now with no issues. I mentioned it to my colleague and he recommended Amy. I called Amy and explained the situation. Not only was I heard, but I felt seen! Amy explained everything to me in a very calm manner, and she informed me that she would see what she could do and that she would get back to me.To make a long story short during her investigation, she discovered that I was being overcharged and she was able to lower my insurance considerably and I even received a refund and credit for the years that I was overcharged! Thank you Amy for hearing and seeing me! As a parent, I definitely can’t afford an increase in anything! You are the best!

I texted Alfonso during my rental and he put my insurance coverage concerns at ease so I could continue my trip without any added stress. When I went to file the claim, Alfonso got the claims department on the phone for me and gave them all of my information beforehand so my call was short and painless. Come to find out, State Farm covered way more than I thought they would and they were VERY quick with resolving everything. Thank you Alfonso and State Farm!
