Being 40 years old, I have been actively searching for the best all around package for auto insurance, home insurance, and life insurance for nearly 25 years. For my money, there is no better choice than the folks over at Chad Heeter State Farm. From guiding you through the, at times, daunting task of selecting what is appropriate for you and your family, to following up after the sale with a phone call to make sure their products are doing the most for you. The staff is professional and acts quickly and diligently to get you back to better than before whenever an accident or life event happens. The team at Chads office is happy to answer any questions you may have.
Loved how friendly everyone here is! They’ve also helped with all my questions about auto and home insurance. They even sat down and reviewed my specific needs and showed me some affordable life insurance rates as well. I would recommend everyone give them a call to help with your insurance needs!

When shopping around for car insurance I looked at least 5 different places. Out of everyone State Farm gave me the best rate around. They went above and beyond to get me a great low rate. It makes you really appreciate good quality customer service, especially when it’s so hard to find. If you’re in the market for insurance definitely consider going with them.

Recently signed up for full coverage insurance with Taylor and Chad. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t beat around the bush. Chad and Taylor love to save you money, they get a kick out of it even. They’re happy, you’re happy. They accommodated my needs without guilting me into getting something I didn’t want. Highly recommend Chad and Taylor for your next insurance endevour, they won’t let you down! P.S. my new rate with State Farm was cheaper then my last insurance and I didn’t even have full coverage.
Theyre so bad they scare you. Ive never written a review like this and I this is my opinion of what seems like the most unprofessional insurance agency Ive ever worked with. They dont know what emails their agency sent to you, they ask you to send back emails to them they sent to you, they dont seem to know when they insured your car, they ask you to renew a policy on a car that you told them you sold 6 months ago, they dont know what car youre driving, they ask to pull your insurance from out of state to their state invalidating your current insurance, they blame State Farm for your problems, tell you the problems fixed, and then the problem isnt fixed for 2 more months. Then they call to take credit for the solution even though you had to call State Farm directly and another agent to solve it. But, the most ironic part is, Mr. Heeter will call you to sell you more services, but, if you ask to speak with him hes unreachable -- they say he has no voicemail and they dont offer any other way to reach him. Theyre not a Good Neighbor, theyre your nightmare. Are you even insured if theyre your agent? I couldnt answer that after a half dozen phone calls.
Our elderly father was having problems with billing from an accident. We visited the agency and a young lady named Holly Madill went above the call of duty and helped our dad and us resolve claims even when the other company representatives were terrible. She was persistent with them until they gave her the information we needed. She is an amazing example of how superior customer service is done. Thank you so much Holly. Friendly and helpful receptionist - disappointed that they dont take claims in office. You have to call an 800 number. Reason I wanted a local agent was so I could speak to them in person about a claim and not have to do things through phone or internet.

2021-06-29I have been a customer of Chads for a while now. Whenever I have any questions or need anything I am always able to get a hold of someone at his office and they are extremely helpful. I also refinanced my home through a program State Farm has and Chad helped us throughout the way. The refinancing was fast, easy and Chad was on top of everything for us.
