Comment: Wow... I would give zero stars if I could. Two weeks ago, I spent 45 mins searching for a dealership that could service my Jeep for a safety recall on a Saturday. Eventually I found this dealership that allowed me to schedule a maintenance appointment on a Saturday. Although this location was over an hour away from my house, I desperately needed it to be a Saturday due to my work schedule. I received the confirmation email that my appointment was confirmed for Saturday at 1000. After making the hour + trip, I arrived 15 mins early to check in. The clerk working the check in desk asked if I was dropping it off and the earliest I could pick up was Tuesday. I told him, No, I have an appointment at 1000. He then proceeded to explain that they dont have service technicians on Saturday and it was a glitch in the online system. The best he could do was have the Jeep worked on Tues. His unsympathetic attitude towards my situation and his self-admitted flaws in their online appointment system was more frustrating than the three hours I wasted today.Jeep- do better. Quit wasting peoples time. Dont confirm an appointment you cant complete. My car remains unsafe because of your negligence.

Comment: Avoid this place like the plague! Brought my Durango in for repair for a second time, trusting that it would be in good hands. Its the dealer, who would know my car better than them, right? Both times, my vehicle has spent close to three months in there. After my first repair, engine started making a noise, was told it was nothing big. Of course, the problem persisted. Engine failed. Took it back, assuming they would take care of it under their own repair warranty. Since then, all Ive been given is the run around every time I have called in for a repair. I am still without my vehicle. I am beyond unsatisfied with their service, cant even get a call back from them for a simple update on my vehicle. Follow my advice and take your business elsewhere!!

Comment: Terrible service. Took my car in for an easy parts fix. They said the car would be ready the next day. Called the next day and no update. Another day goes by and no update. Finally I call again on the third day (Saturday) and they say they cant give an update until the technician comes back Monday. Basically they have done nothing to fix my car and its just sitting there.

They were also able to beat my pre approved USAA financing which surprised me. Comment: Car was kept for 3 weeks which i didn’t have a problem with but i know it was long for what was required. When I arrived to pick up my car it was covered in dried bird droppings. It was really frustrating and the service employee didn’t seem concerned. I’m not exaggerating I would guess 30 different droppings. So he said he’ll take it and have it cleaned. When it was brought back there were still remnants on the vehicle. Spent an hour there just to pick up my car and was late for a meeting.

They list the car at certain pricing online and then tax you on the original prices, say there is add ons and tax you on those and all of a sudden the car is original price. I dont recommend this dealership. I went in there and its like a ghost town. They arent selling many cars, the back lot has 100+ just sitting. I recommend going to a small dealership. I was able to find my dodge challenger for a decent price! Shop around!

Comment: First of all I had the worst experience when I brought my car in because I had two recalls on my vehicle. One I needed to get the catalytic converter but had to wait on the parts. Every time I called each someone told they would call me back. I ended calling them. They don’t offer a loaner vehicle if they have your car for more than two days. It’s an inconvenience for me to leave my vehicle and not have transportation to get to work. I brought my car in for the first recall for them to tell me that I needed to take my car back and drive it 100-150miles and bring it back. When I already had made arrangements with my job and getting a ride to work. I had to get a Lyft to get to work and to go pick up my car. I still have to bring my car back but it will not be done here. I will take to your Van Nuys location.

Comment: The worst experience I have ever had, I brought my vehicle because my cars battery was discharged and when power was applied it was deprogrammed and I needed the codes to be reset, and my worst mistake was telling the service advisor that it had an extended warranty, well, since The dealer will not have the same profits as if I had to pay the cost out of my own pocket.This is where the nightmare began, since they took more than a month supposedly looking for the problem but at the time I didnt care because the extended warranty covered the car. rent, but it got to the point that I became desperate and contacted Dodge directly, for this Dodge contacted the dealer to ask for answers and when they were pressured that was where they did their tricks since they disconnected the modules so that the computer made an erroneous reading and Then they blamed the installation of a dash cam that I had professionally installed at BestBuy 2 years ago and when I demanded to see my vehicle, they disconnected the cables from the dash cam to, according to them, show me that that was the problem and thus deny me. warranty coverage. In the end I ended up paying more than 1700 dollars but I didnt care because I wanted to end that nightmare and have my vehicle back. And to my surprise, when they delivered my vehicle, it looked like a street mechanic had worked on it.It was disgusting, the seats were all stained, all my belongings were scattered in the trunk as if it were garbage, and if that wasnt enough, they made a dent in the roof pillar. I will never come back to this crooked dealer.JUST FOR THE RECORD, WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A CERTIFIED SHOP FOR REPAIRS OR UPGRADES IT SHOULD NOT VOID YOUR WARRANTIES. But this dealer had the audacity to deny coverage base on an upgrade professionally installed.I attach some pictures of a damage they did to my vehicle and how dirty they perform the repairs, please be careful with the diagnostics they give you, and make sure you check your vehicle around so there are no extra damages to it because the “technicians” have very poor work ethics

Comment: I bought a 2024 Jeep Sahara on September 22, 2023. It broke down on October 19, 2023. I have been in a rental ever since, with no confirmed date when I would receive a new transmission. Thats right my 2024 Jeep needs a new transmission! They dont answer my phone calls anymore when I call to get an update. They dont even answer my calls when I get messages from Hertz saying my rental needs to be renewed. They just listen to their voice-mail and have Rudy in the service center update the rental. Rudy is the only decent human being at that dealership. I would steer clear from doing any business at Champion Dodge. The manufacturer (FCA) is just as bad. Once they open a case number for you, they dont return your calls and they have an automated voice message connected to your phone number connected to your account. So when you call for an update, you never get a live person again unless you start calling from different numbers.

Did not receive an update until I had called on Wednesday and was informed that they were just going to run a diagnostic after them realizing that the battery needed to be replaced. They had tried to sell me a battery for $600 mind you the battery needed for a jeep trail. Hawk runs about 150-175After them just replacing the battery they wanted to charge $263 for according to them the diagnostic and the labor.After we had explain to them that every time we place a new battery, the engine light disappears until we drive it 10 to 20 miles. They refused to run any further test and did not wanna guarantee me that if the engine light were to turn on within the next day or two that I would not have to pay for another diagnostic.

I purchased 2 vehicles on the 27th of last month and they still have not paid off the vehicle I traded in (I also left a deposit). Their excuse? They had not received insurance information WHICH I PROVIDED THE DAY OF PURCHASE. I have the copy that stated I did; why else would they release the vehicle to me if I hadnt? Also, I was lied to the day of purchase. They said I was approved with one bank, and 2 weeks later I received a letter from said bank stating I was denied. The next couple days pass by and I received a DocuSign from a completely different bank, and when I call Champion to see what is going on, they said they never told me I was approved with the first bank, and the financing will be done with another bank. I have requested multiple call backs from Jesus (Sales person) and from Edgar (Financing department), and I have yet to hear back. I am also waiting for their service department to call me back due to cosmetics on one of the vehicles that was not there when I saw the vehicle a couple hours prior. Jesus was notified before we left with the vehicles, and I made sure he provided me with a due bill (Still had to wait till the next day to get it). I have followed up multiple times and still nothing. I LOVE my new Jeep, but I wish I would have gone to a different dealership.

Comment: We had an excellent experience purchasing a new Pacifica Hybrid at Champion Chrysler. The entire expereince was good starting with our initial phone call to Judy who was very prompt and searched their inventory and confirmed they had the vehicle with our desired specs and indeed they did. This was a very different experience than some of the other dealerships that indicated they had a car with our specs and then to find out that they were trying to get us in the door to sell us something else. Judy assigned us to Jesus as the salesperson. Jesus is soft spoken, knowledgeable and was patient throughout the process. He was excellent and it was a pleasure working with him. The purchasing experience for the paperwork with Mysels was also smooth. The dealership has a large nice area to wait while they get the car ready which we also liked. Overall, this was a great purchase experience.

The person who took my vehicle said it will only take “24- 48 hours” to see what’s wrong with the vehicle. After 6 DAYS they finally told me that it had a cylinder misfire. I paid $265.00 for somebody to connect a OBD scanner that any mechanic would have done in 5 minutes. DO NOT bring your car here for service it is a huge waste of time and money.

Sadly you cant go to a mechanic with Fiat, two mechanics were honest enough to explain that Fiat keeps engine manuals private and to just take my vehicle to a dealership for service. Its not that I was dying to get services at Downey, its literally the only place a Fiat owner can go. Luckily there is a new one in Anaheim Hills and its worth the extra 30 minutes. From the second they pick up the phone it sounds like they want your business something Downey should learn, sure its not Anaheim, thats not a reason to do a poor job.

Comment: I used to like coming here for my car service and maintenance but these last 2 times have been a dread. For the second time I pick up my car after an oil change and find oil stains and oil smudged on my steering wheel, the gear stick and on my seat which result in my clothes getting stained with oil. Today was the cherry on top. There was about 2 oz of oil spilled on the mat of the passenger seat and driver seat. Oil smudged on the front hood and sides of my vehicle. How I miss COVID when these guys actually did their best to keep the inside of your car clean. This is ridiculous! No respect at all for the property of others. I don’t even want to mention that I had an appointment at 10am, after trying to reach them over the phone after 4 hours of leaving my car there, I show up without a call and learned that my car was ready at 1pm but it was 2:45pm and still no call that my car was ready for pick up.

Comment: Against the recommendation of friends, I took my Jeep to this dealership to have an engine light issue resolved. The image of dealerships was that they overcharge, do extra necessary work, or do bad work. But I was having these same issues with some independent mechanics and so I decided to give a dealership a try. Although the process was initially slow and my Jeep engine problem presented a challenge to them, they did not give-up and eventually figured it out. After purchasing my brand new 2023 Ram Big Horn on 6/16/23 the AC module failed the following day and wouldn’t turn on AC! So, I took it to my local Ram dealership in Alhambra and they couldn’t get it to work as well and since it was late in the day and service department was booked, they said it’s best to take it back to original dealership. So, 1st thing Monday morning when I arrived and spoke to service advisor and explained my issue he asked if I had appointment and said no, he told me that I would have to leave vehicle overnight and I asked him if I would be provided a rental car and he said no. That’s when I asked for his supervisor and when I told Vincent service supervisor about my issue he personally took a look at my vehicle and took care of my issue as we waited for vehicle and gave me my 1st oil change free!

I live all the way in Tustin and called to make an appointment for the oil change. I get to the dealer at the set time of my appointment and they tell me that they are backed up by 4 hours. I asked to talk to the service cashiers manager Vincent Rodríguez ti pay for my gas for coming all the way to their dealer since I wasn’t told by the lady that made my appointment for the same day that they were backed up. All he did was tell me that all he can do is give me a discount because they don’t make same day appointment and it isn’t his fault. Instead of giving me a better solution he just blamed another department for making my appointment. I am very unhappy with the way the service department treats their customers because they act like they are giving their service for free and customers aren’t paying when in reality every customer pays a lot of money for their car. I have bought in total 5 cars from champion dodge over the past couple years and I won’t be coming back after the way the service department is. I had a really good experience buying my car their but all their service people that were there were rude and didn’t care. I believe the service department needs a new manager and better communication with the other departments because wasting the time of customers that have bought from your dealer isn’t a good look for them. If I could I would give 0 stars.

You have to call over and over just for them to answer the phone and their excuse is, we have been extremely busy. “Guys this excuse is old!. I have dropped off my new vehicle several times now and it’s always the same thing, the reps will NOT call you back to give you a status. When you finally connect with them after a few days (and I’m not lying) they tell you “I’m sorry I forgot to call you to tell you that it’s going to take another week as the mechanics are still working on your car or we are still waiting for the part to arrive”. Comment: Súper bad experience, never felt so disappointed and discrimination. My husband and I wanted a to get a new car. We went to this dealer to see what jeep trucks they had on stand. We saw this jeep and that’s how they were selling it as you could see in the picture. We said we wanted it and they did paperwork and said we got approved and signed contract, we took it home that same day and gave Downpayment. Bernie who said to be the sale manager gave us the yes! Two weeks after they called saying we need to bring the truck back and need a co-signer. We took a co-signer and Issa who is the finance manager told us we could take the truck without the wheels because the old owner wanted the wheels back. We told him that wasn’t our fault because that’s how they had it on stand and the day we took it they didn’t say nothing to us about the wheels and that we wasn’t going to leave the truck. He stared getting loud and having an attitude told us if we took the truck he was going to call the police and tell them we stole the truck just like he has done before with other customers. He was smoking while speaking with us and telling us to get out his face to let him do his job. He was screaming at us that he wasn’t going to sell us nothing. It was our first time getting a car from a dealership scared to even go to another dealer base on this experience.

Comment: First off going to start off with years ago wife bought a preowned Grand Cherokee Laredo from this dealership that was basically a lemon. Fast forward a few years and recently traded it in at another Jeep dealer and got a brand new Limited X. Unfortunately that dealerships service department is the worst and Mopar told us we can take it into service for factory warranty issues at any Jeep dealership. We contact Champion and mind you because we didn’t buy the vehicle from them they refused warranty service. Lesson learned and Mopar was notified of the incident, just because they are part of the Jeep network doesn’t mean they’ll take care of a Jeep owner for warranty repairs if you didn’t buy a lemon from them.

Comment: Do not pay for “maps” or the “warranty”. Both of them are $4,000 each and both expire after 3 years. If you want GPS, you are better off getting and installing new stereo yourself that already has GPS. You have to pay $270 for an inspection if you suspect anything protected under the warranty is acting up. It is unclear as to what is covered under the warranty but they won’t tell you until you have paid $270 for the inspection. Do not get any packages for cleaning obviously, pay your local detailer 80 bucks instead of whatever these snakes are offering. Also, if you have any logistics issue and have to talk to a representative through phone, you won’t have any luck getting in contact with any of them. These people are scammers and will bleed you out dry any chance they get. That being said, if this is the only dealership option you have for the car you want, go ahead and buy it. But be warned.

You can ask for a video of the vehicle sent to your phone and they will hide whats wrong with it in the video. You will come to the dealership and check out the vehicle and then that in the bed of the truck theres what looks to be house paint spilt all in the back of the truck that they forgot to mention. Also make sure when you buy the vehicle theres is 2 sets of keys because they will only give you one and when they tell you the price of the vehicle ask if that includes Any dealer mark ups or aftermarket add ons like there theft anti devices they add on later for $1000 that they wont negotiate off and you have to buy it because they wont uninstall it

When I brought my Jeep in the service adviser told me I would have to wait at least 2 days to have my car evaluated despite having made an appointment. Two days later I was told i would have to wait over the weekend till Monday. On Monday I was told nothing was wrong and to pick up the car. When I picked up the car the check engine light was still on and the next day the car would NOT start again. This time I took my Jeep to my local dealer who diagnosed the problem within minutes! I don’t know what is wrong with the service department at Jeep Downey but I would not return for service and I would not recommend this place to my friends for service. Comment: The worst customer service I have ever received in my life and the sad part is I still need my car fixed. I came in on the 12th and scheduled an appointment for the 14th. When I arrived things appeared to be great. All I needed was a radio replacement. When I dropped my car off then paid for an Uber to my job. It was downhill from there. I was told I would receive a call with updates on my car. They never happened. After consistently calling them and being put on hold and voice mail I never received an update if I needed a rental or not. The next day I showed up to get info. I was informed the person was ordered and it would be there Monday and I could take my car home because though it was not fixed, my warranty paid for services. Monday went pass no part. The same for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I was told there was a problem with shipments. I called Monday to leave a voicemail with updates. It’s now end of business day Tuesday and nothing. Every time I call they transfer me around and send me to different voicemails. Last I spoke with them I was told my service associate would be out for awhile and I didn’t receive any information of the status of the part for my car. I am active duty military service member. My life is already stressful, at no point have I tried to rush the service or the process. I just keep getting no answer, service, and the complete run around. I am so disappointed with the customer service and I still need my radio repaired. This is a certified dealership in the area of my job. I will NEVER return here for services or even to purchase a vehicle. So sad but I would rather leave the area for better service.

Then when I finally got the car back. The trunk was broken along with the driver seat panel. When I asked them why my door wasnt closing anymore with the button or remote. Their response was the hydraulic arms were worn out. When I left the car there I closed the trunk with the remote. It wasnt broken then . And the panel took them months to call me they had the part they broke. When I took the car to them . They had the wrong part . They ordered the passenger seat panel. So they said we will call you again when we have the part ready. Another month. And the blindspot sensor issue . Still goes off every once in a while. Town and country. Not even 20 k miles driven. With so many issues. And the worst part was the response of the dealer to solve the problem. They really dont care about you.

I get the sense the service writers hate their job. I brought my vehicle in for an issue I was having with a new vehicle, after two attempts to fix it they weren’t able to. I went to refinance the vehicle, and noticed, going through the photo copied documents, handed to me, that my documents were forged at the time of purchase or shortly after while making my photo copies.I was forced to finance through Nuvision Credit union, instead of my own credit union, at 5.99% in order to receive the promotional price, at $20,000, for the Jeep Cherokee. I was was supposed to receive a promotional price of $20,000 amid a free extended warranty as condition of purchasing the vehicle, that night. In a good mood, happy I was receiving a good deal, I purchased a $1,000 oil/tire rotation service agreement. Luis, the finance personnel, lied to me promising free Lojack and Gap coverage to supplement the service agreement, as reward. The trade in value of my 2015 BMW truck with 22,000 miles was agreed upon at $15,000.I was told to agree to the warranties, via John Hancock, because there would be no proof of me having a warranty at all. I when to the dealer a lot of times about that problem and they treat me with bad attitude all the time. The worse case they charge me for the car pieces all the time. They try to force you to purchase their “champion package” when I declined, they refused to honor the price we negotiated on the phone and refused to sell me the truck. Everything seemed to be going smooth, we went to check out the truck and when it was time to do business Dave and Marisol were nowhere to be found. Comment: I need an oil change. I am traveling a little past Bakersfield it was a last minute thing that came up that forces me to go out there. So my husband called the Dodge Dealer service in Downey at 1:40pm to see if I was able to come in for an oil change today Saturday the man he spoke to said yes as long as you make it here by 2pm. So I dropped everything I was doing and rushed over there and I made it there at 2pm. When I walked inside Service dept. I spoke to a heavy set man and he said we dont take walk ins anymore last walk in is at 12pm so I told him I was told to be here by 2pm. Then I was told to wait outside by my truck, Im assuming he talked with his partner then came out and said I dont know who you spoke to but me and my partner are on the same page and you can leave the truck for Service but if we cant get to it by today because we leave at 4pm and were short handed then well get to it by Monday. So right off the bat since I got there he was trying to get me to leave then he said I would probably have to leave it there till Monday for an OIL CHANGE! That was outrageous, Im very upset that they told me to get there by a certain time then they didnt honor their word. I wouldve understood if when I called they wouldve told me that on the phone then it wouldve been my choice to go or not. I wasnt the only one who this happened to because when I was there another person came in and said the same thing that he had called after 12 and was told to come in just like me.

Comment: Tried to buy out my lease. Immediately felt like I was a burden. Left me waiting for almost an hour just so they could tell me I needed to call the finance company because they couldn’t get the buy out amount. But that wasn’t the first time they wasted my time. I submitted my payout amount Friday morning. I was ready to sign over Sat. I had to text them on Sat morning for an update. Later I was told I’d get a call. I texted them late afternoon with no response. Decided to call in the evening at 7 and neither the sales department, dealership or sales rep answered my call. He text me late Sunday morning telling me what my payment would be and asked if he could let me know what my payment would be if I opted to buy a new car. Didn’t try to help at all he said was that my payment would be higher. So I looked at other dealerships and I got a brand new Grand Cherokee, higher model for less than what my monthly payments would be and with the same terms. So I guess their bad service was a blessing in disguise. Save yourself a headache and check out Premier Jeep in Buena Park. They were really honest and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary warranties that they don’t tell you about. They also had Grand Cherokees that were less than what Downey is selling the for.

I was greeted by Dave and Maggie, who had no problem assisting me in a test drive, and quite honestly my intention was to only test drive and get another quote. This was my second dealership visit of the day, the first dealership wouldn’t let me test drive the car unless I was “going to buy”. The first dealership wouldn’t budge on their first offer. No problem. This was their Covid19 distance policy and I respect their commitment to safety...Fast forward, Dave and Maggie bring me in to work with, I believe her name was Brenda. We were able to negotiate a fair deal which happened to be what I was looking for. At no point did the math or numbers get padded, I double checked all calculations and they were honest. I told Brenda, Dave and Maggy “wash the car, we gotta deal!”Bernie did the finance. He talked slow when I asked, would pause so I could double check his math on license fees, sales tax and all other spots dealerships like to burn you. I felt comfortable with the deal. That’s why they got my money. Dave/Maggy took the time to make sure my truck was detailed, clean and that I understood EVERY FUNCTION the truck had to offer.BUYERS Do your homework...get a couple quotes and then go to champion and compare pricing and experience this long lost art called “Customer Service.” Ask for Dave..PS. New to the job but was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very accommodating and nice to work with.The Finance guy in the end doing our paperwork was also very good. He was quick and explained everything very well.The problem I have is they had the final price listed in three different sites online and on the vehicle itself. When I told them I want it, let’s run the numbers (and I had a check from my bank for payment) they came back with the cost several thousand dollars more, even after Tax, title fees. Basically they tried to pass off some “Extras” that were already installed in the vehicle that they apparently forgot to include in the cost. I was really upset on how they tried to do it. It was very shady. But in the end after some heavy discussions they agreed to honor the original price.

Comment: First off I came in for a work van, Xavier greeted me with great enthusiasm and walked me through the car lot. He mentioned some of the features on different cars. We came across a nice Chrysler 300 that I had seen online and asked him to test drive. He was informative and pleasant to talk to. He offered water and I traded my Jeep Liberty for a New 2018 Chrysler 300. Now I ll come back to get the pro master I originally came in for. I couldn’t pass up the price on the 300. Marcos walked me through the financials and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car shopping experience. I bought my old jeep from them too. Comment: Be VERY careful with this dealership, especially when dealing with their sales staff remotely. Worked out all of the details to buy a Jeep and twice verbally confirmed the terms that were offered (sales person assured me that the terms were prepared by her manager). We finally got prepared to sign papers and were then informed that the sales mangager “overlooked” the agreed upon annual mileage for the lease term. Now, to get the agreed upon annual mileage the monthly payment would be $40 more than verbally agreed to. I don’t for a minute believe someone with the experience of a sales manager would overlook any terms on an offer sheet. If they couldn’t meet the terms just tell me up front.

Comment: I have had a terrible experience in the last 2 weeks. I decided to trade in my car and brought it to this location since I was referred by a friend who knew a guy in financing. So we came out from Fontana to give them my business and they just screwed me over. They promised so much and its nothing but lies. Pay attention to all the details. When they had me sign the lease I was told I was getting a 0.05 interest rate on my lease. As the guy reviewed it with me right before we signed the papers he did so well in hiding a certain area which includes a rental fee. Now Im stuck with an additional $8539 through the 4 year loan on the 16,999 that they are financing for this time. Im asking for a copy of all the paperwork so I can review the details because one says its pretty much a 6% interest rate Im paying because of my credit score. Another says it a 7.75%. When I called this morning to request the copy and spoke to Enrique, he had told me that there was no rent charge. I didnt know what I was talking about. So I emailed him a copy and as we were reviewing it together and I pointed out the rent charge he tried to say that was my payment. I said no my payment for the 4 year lease is clearly 16,990 what it says here. I want to know what the 8,539 are being added for. He said in a very loud voice I didnt know anything and that he was tired of explaining, which he wasnt doing well, that we had been on the phone for an hour, (at the most it had been 10 min) and would just have someone higher than him call me and he would email me a copy. 6 hours later, no call and no copy. Please be careful and make sure to take the copy of the contract from the guys hand and review it step by step before signing anything and believing the lies told here.

I shopped inventories online from Ventura to San Diego before I landed at Champion Jeep in Downey. Well over an hour drive for me, well worth it. The price advertised for the vehicle that I wanted beat other dealers by thousands of dollars and there were no gimmicks. What was advertised, was offered. No ‘Oh this rebate doesn’t apply to you’ that you experience at other dealers. A straight offer, straight numbers, the best possible deal. We had a small misunderstanding. One phone call and it was resolved, no argument. Absolutely upstanding guys. Hard to find in this day and age. I also think Champion has the largest lot selection in Southern California so you’ll find the exact vehicle that you want, not a compromise. I know I did. This would be my first credit and they told me the interest rate will be high but after one year of paying my monthly payments on time, I would be able to refinance and lower my payments and interest. Comment: I went in for a simple oil change and to change out the oil filter. Well after taking them 2 hours to complete the service I received my car again. As I drove off the lot a service light came on and indicated that my oil was too high. I then decided to turn around and go back because this should not be. I pay the dealer price to ensure that the work is done properly. The mechanic then assured me it was filled correctly. Rudy and the mechanic then took my car for a test drive. They came back and both told me everything was ok. I told Rudy that this a bit of an inconvenience to come back after it was serviced and he did not care. Well I drove off then only for the service light to go on once again. I dont know if the mechanics are certified but the guy that did my service over filled my oil. I came home and serviced the car myself only to find that it was extremely overfilled.WASTE of time and money.WORST customer serviceMy advice AVOID THIS DEALERSHIPI sent them an email on how unprofessional the job was and have not received a reply it has been a couple days now. I will update if I get a response. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and go to another location.

Comment: Ive taken my 2020 Jeep Gladiator to this dealership for service for the past year or so now. Never really had an issue or anything to complain about up until a few months ago, and then again today (6-28-24). I noticed water leaking in from the back window of my truck and told one of the service advisors about the problem. He told me he would check to see if it was covered and could be replaced without charge. Its been nearly 9mos now and still no word back. Today at 8:15am we had an appointment for service. Afterwards we drove it home and parked it. About an hour or so later we drive to the store and the engine light had come on. I immediately called the service department and the operator transferred me to a service advisor. Low and behold no one picked up. Shocker! I left a message asking for someone to return my call. I call again 8hrs later and explain to the operator that I still hadnt received a call from anyone and that it was very unprofessional of them. The engine light still remains on the dashboard and I plan on paying them a visit tomorrow morning. On a side note, when we went to the appointment this morning, we saw a lot of service desks with computers manned by employees all having a laugh and doing everything but working. Amazing. At $160.00 for oil service, I expect someone to return my call.
