CHASE ANTHES isnt just a great agent he is a great person. He has worked for probably a decade as an intern, as a insurance agent and now with his own agency. He may be the most well trained agent you can find. Also he is passionate and committed to being a great insurance representative.Finally Chase is committed to helping people in other ways. Twice I asked him to help me load household goods. The 1st time he left his office in the middle of the day. The 2and time he got up early on a Sat. morning to load a rental truck.

Man I love Chase! Before State Farm, I had triple A. Their policy changed, needed my signature to keep auto-deducting, and did not tell me. They sent a letter that arrived about a month after the policy change but no email or phone call...then wanted to charge me an additional 100 a month for the lapse in insurance! Anyways, I called Chase, he got me set up with insurance within a day that was a lower price than I EVER paid at triple A, and answers all of my questions! I live in Kalamazoo, and Ive never even had to drive to his office for anything. We just talk on the phone and do electronic signature. I just bought a new car, and within minutes I had my proof of insurance transferred and emailed to me. Cannot recommend this guy enough!
I had a GREAT experience today!I spoke to Chase on the phone about my home owners and auto insurance, and he met with me on the same day.Chase spent time talking with me about my home/cars and my family’s needs. He really helped me understand things and feel comfortable every step of the way.His prices were quite a bit lower than we were paying, and the coverage was actually better, so we decided to make the change to State Farm! :)Thanks Chase!!(and Bella, the office mascot)
After the retirement of my previous agent, State Farm split his clients between several different offices locally. I had them all moved back to this office for my convenience primarily. Im glad I did, even though I have no doubt that I would have had excellent service from the others.When I switched to State Farm a few years back cost was a definite factor. Equally important was a reputable company, a caring agent and local access. I found everything that we needed in Ernie Lahusky - State Farm. Id had little experience with Chase prior to Ernies retirement, but he has met and exceeded my expectations. Very personable and professional, he has proven very helpful in making sure were getting exactly the insurance we NEED! For a fact, everyone at his office is very competent, and a joy to work with. Very important when our state has the status of highest cost auto insurance in the country to know youre getting the very best service and guidance possible; the MOST bang for your buck!
After looking around to find the perfect insurance for my wife and I, I was referred to Chase by a co-worker of mine. He was very patient with me and did the absolute best he could to get me to a payment that would work for me. There was a slight hiccup in the system and he was quick to resolve the issue. Although it did bring my premium up slightly he was apologetic and professional through the whole situation. I told him that I would not shop around for other insurance because it is hard to find customer service that Chase was able to provide to me. I HIGHLY recommend Chase and his office for all of your insurance needs!

In the beginning we thought they really cared but for the last 4 months we have had an issue with our premium changing for one reason or another. Every problem we have seems fixed or understood but by the next payment we have to question again. This last time being that there was a paper not signed for my fiancé’s vehicle so he was told if he comes in and signs we won’t have to worry about that nobody got ahold of us after that and we’ve been trying to reach them with no luck until we get messages and papers saying they are going to remove our coverage for no pay when we have been waiting to find out our total after the paper was signed. Turns out now they want to say, when it’s too late, that the paper should have been signed for my vehicle not his but even though it’s their mistake we have to pay for it. Not to mention this paper was supposedly to be signed at the beginning of coverage but we were never told that in the office, we thought we had signed everything, nobody got ahold of us to tell us different. It was also a paper that needed to be signed to say we didn’t want something that was never asked for in the first place because apparently that exists. I turned 25 and was told my premium would go down after which I didn’t expect much but literally only $8 was taken from my whole premium and I have worked so hard for the past 5 years to keep my record clean when I feel like I’m just being taken advantage of, I understand Michigan has their own issues with insurance but I feel like mine is just way too over the top especially with no tickets or accidents. I don’t feel like we were ever treated fair and I’m considering reporting them to BBB. Maybe it will help others because had I known this would happen I would have never switched to them.
Needed help with my insurance that went up because of an accident that was not my fault. I went to talk to Chase and he help me find a better plan and lower price. He took the time to listen to what exactly I needed and was not pushy to sell me anything. I would definitely use his office again.

2022-04-20I got into a bad accident and my vehicle got totaled! I thought because of my previous engagements with progressive that it was going to be a battle to get everything handled and took care of. To my surprise they handled it so nice and easy. I never had to call and check on anything. My medical, I never had to question or call about and never received a bill. They were so nice!!! They handled the rest of my loan themselves and I didn’t have to call and deal with the bank at all!!! I appreciate the ease of the situation not having to keep calling my insurance company about the accident and they did what they were supposed to do!!! I don’t think it’s ever been that easy!!!

2022-04-19When calling chase Anthes office you will feel at home and like a person not a number they are great and answer all your questions and don’t make you feel rushed. 2022-03-25Ive been with this branch for over 16 years. They have helped me through difficult times and always gave me updates to better plans if they arose. I never had one time that I didnt leave their office satisfied. I believe they are the best car insurance in town and kindest.

2021-12-06Chase has been the most helpful person ever! My father has Alzheimers disease and he has been patient and helpful throughout everything. He has answered all my fathers questions and has never gotten frustrated when the same question comes several times. I highly recommend this company and service location.

He compared prices, was informative and his integrity is impeccable! I recommend Chase and his office to my clients, and would use him again personally!
