Tried taking a measly 1500.00 check to be cashed at this chase location. Because I was dressed in work attire and had a Roseville address on my license, they denied me. Chase shouldnt have checks if they cant cash them at their branch. I presented three pieces of ID, and still was treated like trash. At this point, I will be denying all payments through chase, and telling people I cant accept it because Chase cant honor their checks.Charles Winfield 1-800-New Floor
Teller/ CSR clearly stated over the phone that she is unable to help me.CSR would not seek a more experienced officer in charge to help with my issue.Cash deposits from non-account holders are not allowed and the reason being to combat money laundering. I in fact support this policy 100%However I do not see a reason why a commercial bank such as Chase cannot allow the use a debit card from another Bank to make the deposit given that the money can be traced to the other Bank, in this case US Bank of Minnesota.
My wife and I have never been treated with so much disrespect at a bank. Loan officer Titto has very poor customer service skills. I will never do business at Chase bank after this experience.
Ive got 3 accounts with Chase, and went in there with a problem today that I needed 13 checks issued. The teller actually scoffed at me and said well thats a lot of checks to do right off the line, can I just print some for you and you can write them all out?I should have said no, but like a tool I just accepted it. That was how my request was handled. Im sorry I ever went into this branch and disturbed the teller who clearly didnt want to actually work today.

The slowest and most clueless service ever! Why are the blinds closed in the drive thru? Why cant my business do my deposit at the business drive thru?
Appearently, my mom was switching money at the bank, and when she got home, she was short $20. Not sure if she was lying or not but still, dont go here..... But, still, its ok in here....
Called four times on Christmas Eve at 1pm to confirm hours and just got a recorded message that everyone was too busy to pick up the phone. Then just got hung up. Very very poor customer service !!

2022-09-03Usually good place to go and takes care of what I need done with clerks with positive attitudesThere was one guy today who helped me to get cash withdrew from my account. He literally threw my receipt, cash, and envelop to the opening between he and I. He did look a bit tired, but that does not justify such action towards a customer.

2022-06-17The ATM machine allows you to choose the denomination before withdrawing your money. That is such a huge thing for me because not every ATM allows you that. And the staff inside the bank is very professional and nice.

2021-10-28I had the pleasure of being helped by Clint Mondi with sorting out an ID issue. Clint was thorough and expeditious at opening up two accounts. He even followed up the next day to get my account unlocked as he promised.

2021-04-24I wish there was a zero star option. Worst bank ever. I called the branch today to resolve an issue on my account which Chase admitted causing but would do nothing to restore money to my account for at least 5 days because of their rules. Can you imagine? Horrific service...will be switching a soon as I am able.

2020-07-08I drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this branch. Best branch in the area. Great staff. They process everything super quickly as well. I needed a name change and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with no confusion as compared to other branches. Come to this Chase Bank for all your needs.

2020-12-24At a very great location at Ford Rd and N Canton Center Rd.Friendly and very helpful staff who always being nice to the customer( my personal experience)Very fast service inside or at a drive through(3 lines) even over the pandemic 2020.They also have 2 ATMs outside.

2016-06-02I do most my banking online, but every ones a white I have to go inside. I have used all branches in the area (Mich Ave., Sheldon in Plymouth, Meijier branch that is closed now). Overall I had the best experience at Ford & Canton Center. Even when I was totally disappointed with them when they made me wait for hours not understanding my needs and asked me to come next because they did not have a business banker to find out that they did not need one for me needs. At the end, I believe they understood what they have done and called me to apologize. They took care of me promptly when I came back. Did I mention that I do most of my banking online or at ATM? So I am not in the branch as often.
