Comment: Juan was the most rude and disrespectful person in have met in my life. I requested a U-Haul from this location and I was in a dire situation and on limited time. When I walked in, he was on his computer and eating an orange, he didnt greet me and hardly looked at me. Fine, cool, people have bad days I get it, but when I told him I was getting a U-Haul and gave him all my information, I pulled out my ID to give to him to process, he was like No, you do it, I texted you the information, look at your phone. He wanted me to do everything myself and did not want to work, fine I let that slide. But then he proceeds to have an argument with me about the return time which was 530pm stating I dont wanna hear nothing when that time comes and you talking about you need an extra day rude as hell. I had to cut him off because he was taking too long to process me, he didnt print out my contract stating his printer wasnt working and then he took his sweet time walking to get the truck. When I looked at my virtual contract, he put the gas dial higher than what I had it in the contract! He does not have a designated area to drop off U-Hauls. When the time came around 530pm my family member called him to inform him we would need an extra day because we hit a snag with a drop off, he proceeded to yell at my family member and say Didnt I tell you that I didnt want to hear you say you needed an extra day? My family member had to tell him they never talked to him before and he goes Oh and then said Yeah yeah Ill text you and add a day fine and that was the end of the call. Newsflash, I didnt get a text but I surely got charged for an extra day. But I was able to drop off the U-Haul maybe 5 minutes after he closed on the same day and had to park the trailer in the parking lot like he told me, but I had to illegally park it because there wasnt a designated area, but thats how he told me to park the truck. If youre thinking about renting from him as a U-Haul customer, dont do it. And if you make the same mistake I did, take photos of everything, inside, outside, the gas dial and look at your contract! I would never rent from this location ever again!

I went home and both of my tires were patched I called and worker said that when you buy something used there were no replacement whatever you buy that’s what you get because I bought them used. so I ended up having to buy two other set of tires because the ones they sold to me were not in good condition and they were low on pressure all the time . Waist of time and money! Never again

Comment: Dropped off a U-Haul rental at this location. I had already paid for the vehicle rental with added coverage for damage. I returned vehicle how it was given to me. This location charged me an additional 66 dollars for missing a mover blanket. Beware and ask for a receipt before leaving here.

Comment: I have only dealt with this company for renting U-haul Trucks on two occasions, but things havent gone well there both times. Overall, the staff is a bit rude and abrupt with the service, so I avoided this location after my first rental. But my last experience was too ridiculous not to post about.I was forced to rent their truck as it was the only one of its size available, so I hoped my past experience was an exception. Unfortunately, the staff was still a bit rude, so oh well. But what really made things crazy was the truck itself. It smelled of Pot Smoke that was overwhelming, so it seemed obvious someone had been blazing away while using it or while it was checked in. The smell lessened as you ran the AC, but it would come back after sitting for a while. Moving on, the key mechanism on the drivers side door was broken, so fell out of the socket the first time I unlocked it. Unfortunately, I had already loaded the truck, so I duck taped it in place to get by for my trip. While driving, it became apparent that the shocks were bad, it got horrible gas mileage and the AC didnt blow air while going uphill - all obvious signs that the truck needed an overhaul (tuneup, oil change, AC filter, etc).I realize this is only one part of what this business does, but they dont do it well. I will stick to renting from the main facility from now on - even if I cant get the truck size I want.

Comment: I just had the worst experience with this shop. I made a reservation online to rent a U-Haul they gave me a truck that was not on my reservation. I drive off for about maybe 4-five minutes to the nearest gas station located on that same street. while I’m pumping gas about $4 in all the gas started leaking everywhere mind you before I left the tire shop they told me that the truck had no gas and that I can just go ahead and bring it back with no gas which was weird to me Not only that but I tried to call them immediately when I noticed this and they didn’t answer I called about 10-15 they never answered. so I get a ride back the shop hours say they close at 7pm today by 5:50p.m. the shop was completely closed i think they knew something was wrong…this completely ruined moving plans and had to go elsewhere and re-rent. I called roadside now its been almost 1 hr and haven’t heard back from anyone sooo upset this is ridiculous.

Comment: I drove up with a shredded tire before work. I was told that the tire was too far gone to fix and there wasnt a new tire in stock that would fit my car, but they did have a used one. I was on my way 15 minutes later, having paid exactly what I was quoted (which was very reasonable). Ill be coming back for sure.

Comment: Where do i start first they took forever on installing the tires then tell me i have a cracked rim... it was not cracked before i showed up to your place ready to spend my money with you. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ended up having to pay over 100 bucks to properly have my rim tig welded. I dont need a reply back either unless your gonna refund me my 100 bucks for the tires.
