Comment: Took my car here at the recommendation of my insurance company. Big mistake. I am letting my insurance know about this. I got an appraisal from Cherry for the proposed work and had to set up the appointment once the detailed quote was received by both my insurance company and I. I told them to submit the payment. A week later, I took half the day off work UNPAID to bring my car to Cherry. The appraiser comes out and says, “oh yeah, yours is the car we won’t work on due to the previous work that was done on that area (bumper).” I asked him why nobody called, emailed, or texted me in the entire week that passed since I had made the appointment or why no notes were made on the quote stating they couldn’t do the work because my car is a “liability.” He simply grinned at me and asked if my insurance agent contacted me. Why would they contact me if they weren’t informed of this either? Cherry is a shady shop that does not hold the best interests of its customers.

Comment: I decided to support a local shop vs calibor collisions BIG MISTAKE. From the moment I walked into cherry automotive till 2 months later I have received the most unpleasant customer service. A smile and a greeting go along way. Communication has been non existent unless I am calling and insisting to hold vs “we will have them call you back” if you’re reading reviews to see if you should trust your local body shop DONT COME HERE. you will be waiting months and no one will follow up with you. Lazy team, rude service. Everyone pushes the work load on to someone else who just happens to be out of the office.

Comment: I highly recommend Cherry Auto Body. I’ve had two wonderful experiences with them, and am impressed by their excellent customer service. Their staff really work hard to make sure their clients are well cared for. In my second experience, the auto body shop found that there was additional damage not contained in the inspection report and advocated on my behalf to get the initially unnoticed damage covered. They also picked me up and dropped me off from the shop to my home. The team takes good care of your vehicle and throws in a complimentary car wash. Many parts were on backorder for my vehicle, and no other local auto body shop allowed me to pre-order parts like Cherry Auto Body did. The staff were so kind, and keen on serving us — it’s customers — to the best of their ability and it is so apparent. Please do yourself a favour by supporting this company, it’ll be worth it!

Comment: Will never return. They charge me $1000 instead of sending estimate to my insurance agency. My agent didn’t even know when the repair was completed. Be careful when dealing with them.

Comment: They did amazing job in fixing my car. My only complaint was lack of communication. I understand theres short stuff but when I called in the morning to find out the status, I didnt get an answer till the of end of the day. Great customer service and job done right.

Comment: Someone rear ended me on the fwy! Cherry auto body did all the foot work so I didn’t have to. They fixed my suv within 11 days while I had a wonderful rental. Enterprise shuttled me to rental, that was set up by Cherry auto body!

Comment: Took my Ford F-150 for some paint and body work on the roof last November and they did a Great job.Just picked up my wife’s BMW that I had repainted. And they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Their work is worth every penny. I would recommend them to anybody that needs paint or body work done on their car or truck.

Comment: If I could give a lower score I would. My experience with Cherry Auto Body was by far the worst customer service experience I have been through in my life. We got a recommendation to go to this location after we had a car accident. At first, Cherry was unable to pull up any of our claim information even after our insurance company contacted them directly- I should have paid more attention to the first red flag.We were given an estimate and told it would be 5-7 days for the repairs but that they would call me with any updates. IT HAS BEEN JUST UNDER 3 WEEKS- and I still do not have my car and there has been zero updates from them. I have had to call the office several times to get any kind of information out of them.Within my conversations, I found out that my car was ready 5 days ago. Due to that, we dropped off our rental car and went to go pick up my finished car to find that it was not ready. Since the claim hasnt closed, we are not allowed to rent another car and are out of a vehicle for the foreseeable future.Cherry Auto Body continues to blame my insurance for all delays when in reality, they changed the price of the repairs without notifying anyone and are holding my car hostage until the additional payment is met. We still do not have any information as to why there was an increase in cost when we were quoted differently 3 weeks ago. My insurance company has yet to receive any kind of documentation regarding the raise in the final bill so they are unable to do anything further and Cherry is unwilling to speak to them directly to solve the solution. Cherry is refusing to give us our car until the payments are met but are causing the delay by not doing their jobs and not communicating to myself or the insurance company.Every time I have called Cherry, I have been passed to someone new who supposedly is overseeing my claim. The initial person who is passing me to others says she is unable to help me on my claim but she has discussed my claim with me in the past! She continues to say that someone will call me back to discuss my concerns but I do not receive any calls.Cherry Auto Body has not dealt with my claim in good faith since the beginning and my family is suffering for it. We are unable to go to work and are losing out on money for my family due to their actions and complete disregard for our situation. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will be filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be seeking legal council since they will refuse to look into my concerns.

Comment: This place is one of the worst auto body shop I have ever been too - The adjuster for this company looks extremely shady. This shop did a extremely easy job that cost $1,040 and never put anything in place. I had to literally go back to the shop twice and later to find out someone at the workplace decided to put a nail in my tire where my car was hit. I will recommend everyone never ever go to this shop.

Comment: Adrian was rude upon arrival asking questions regarding the method of my vehicles vandalism and re-asking questions as if he was a police officer (which he is not). After my vehicle was there they were unable to find parts, or should I say un-willing!!! not a big enough insurance claim for them I assume. They called me to come pick up my vehicle and relayed wrong information to me based on their phone conversation with my insurance company, very bad communication skills. Overall I will not take my vehicle there again, as there are very unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment: Took in my 2011 genesis for some front and rear bumper damage and everything just came out perfect. It was 5 days in the shop but it was worth it. Definitely recommend these guys.
