Comment: I keep my rv here, they are pretty strict on tenants, but security lacks, lots of thefts, which they dont disclose to tenants, very tight lipped about multiple thefts, security issues, they have lots of cameras but it doesnt seem like they monitor them or voluntarily share recordings, very troubling. Given these issues its pretty much the only place around and semi decent but the wash stations have issues with hoses, the tire air doesnt work very well, the employees are sometimes nasty and defensive when asked about thefts and security issues. There is no trash receptacle. if your looking for a place to store your rv, its better to get a spot near the office as most cat thefts occur near the cemetery North and railroad tracks East although they will never acknowledge the fact.

Comment: I have had many storages with strange and questionable conditions. LBSS&RV is stellar compared to others in the area. They even offer a free truck and driver when you secure a unit.Wendy is a wonderful team member who is obviously quite knowledgeable about her work and always positive and happy - I enjoy seeing her in there. She’s personable with everyone. Daniel helped me with driving the truck and ehile I was a little nervous about whether or not movers would be done in time- I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. They couldnt take the time to fill it out completely...When inquiring on the process to collect on the insurance that your forced to take Im handed business cards for property manager and maintenance manager. The lack of concern on the management to want to figure out who committed the theft on their property is not a priority at all.If I had a fox running around in my chicken coupe I would make every effort to find that fox and remove it.
