Comment: I spoke with Teresa regarding my current Policy during our conversation, I inquired about the deductible and understanding it a little more. She was great. We switched the insurance around. I recently had an incident with my vehicle. It was not covered for the rental car on daily bases. I had to pay more of pocket and was just a little frustrated with that. Comment: UPDATE: As it turns out, I was misled about what this policy actually covered, and have received little to no communication from Chase or other members of the office when I’ve tried to ask questions or get status updates on my payments and my claims.After originally signing me up, Chase had asked that I write a positive review of him on Google, and I did but regret doing so. What’s written below is that original review.——I’m pretty new to the world of insurance, and I’m very glad I picked State Farm since everyone I’ve talked to has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recently had a delightful interaction with the representative named Chase, who informed me about a new policy I could enroll into. I usually just hang up any calls that try to sell me things but Chase’s customer service was excellent and kept me listening while he explained how it worked and answered my many questions about it. He was professional but still sounded honest and not like he was just reading from a script. I don’t write many reviews but Chase and this place as a whole has repeatedly gone above and beyond for me which I really appreciate.

Comment: Very helpful in dealing with First Third Bank (aka First Worse Bank). First Worse took over my bank loan and refuses to pay my home insurance even though they’re holding the funds in escrow. Cheryl kept me informed that First Worse was promises ti wire the funds to State Farm, Were just lies. My insurance would have been dropped for non payment. So I paid my insurance and Cheryl has helped with sending documents on my behalf as I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission and even Fannie Mae. Not once in two months has First Worst Bank called me back! Thank you to Cheryl snd her staff!

Recently, we purchased a new car and Chase McCord helped me over the phone. He made the transaction very easy. He is very friendly, knowledgeable professional and helpful. I ran into a snag on my end, and he was able to help me with that in a very prompt manner. This office and Chase is highly recommended. Also, I spoke with Cierra regarding life insurance and she was also very helpful.
