She was professional, answered my myriad questions and went out of her way to check different quotes for me. Comment: Although the employees are nice, I did not find them to be efficient when it came time to process my claim. I was never informed of the procedure. I always had to reach out to them to request information, etc. Finally, when I cleared my mind from my loved ones sudden death, I became proactive. Even then, I was not treated with excellence nor competency. Often times i received no answer when I phoned in. Upon leaving a message, only once did I receive a return call. Its not that I do not recommend them, rather with reservations. Be aware that this is not kid glove service, nor is it white glove service.

Just recently, when something hit my car on the freeway causing a dent and scratch on my car, I reached out to Cheryl to see if my insurance would cover it and if I have to pay my deductible. She looked into my policy and gave me good news that they will cover the repairs, a replacement car and I only have to pay 50% of my deductible. By recommending a collision repair shop, a rental car company through the whole process she made sure I was okay, answered all my questions and made the whole process so easy for me. Amber is always there for me when I have questions about any of my policies, which I often do, and always does her best to make sure I’m getting the best rates possible while providing impeccable customer service every time. What also greatly impressed me was when I was in a car accident one afternoon a couple of years ago and I received a call later that evening from my agent. All he wanted to know was that I was okay and if I needed anything. That was it. No questions about the accident, who was at fault or coverage issues. He was genuinely concerned for my well being and nothing more. I’ve never had that level of service before from an insurance agent and I will never forget it.

Comment: In a world of automation its nice to know that you can call your agent and speak with a live person who can provide that personal service that has become a thing of the past. Cheryl and her staff is always available to help whatever the need is. You buy insurance hoping youll never use it but once you do, Cheryl and her staff is there to help you. They have helped us with our new drivers; not to mention a recent claim. Having the claim made us realize that we made the right decision by going with Cheryl!

Comment: So let me start off by saying that I have been a state Farm customer for about 14 years and they have never done me wrong, and because of the way they looked out for me this past weekend; I will always be a loyal customer. I have to give a shout out to Ana and Carol, they went above and beyond the call of duty when my rental vehicle left me stranded in the desert for 3 hours! Now Im not going to get into my long sob story but I will say that because of those 2 ladies and those 2 ladies alone, state Farm won a customer for life! I will always be grateful to them for their hard work and efforts on making what started off as a nightmare trip a pleasant one. Great job ladies and keep up the good work ! You guys deserve a raise!

Comment: Ive had State Farm for approximately 10 years and Im very happy with their services. I normally deal with Ana Urita whenever I have any questions or concerns she replies immediately and is very knowledgeable. I recommend State Farm and Ana Urita if your looking for someone that is reliable and knowledgeable.
