We had a bad experience with this daycare. Communication between staff and parents was poor. The kids were not engaged by the teachers and because of this, we noticed many children, our daughter included, visibly frustrated throughout the day (they have a webcam allowing parents to watch their child in the classroom). We noticed our daughter was often left alone without toys and crying. Other times she was kept off camera for extended periods of time. We suspected that was being orchestrated by the teachers because we had contacted the director one day with our concerns. Regardless, we found this to be suspicious. Overall the experience was so poor that we removed our daughter from the center after only a few days. The only positive we found is the current director. She recently transferred from another Childtime location, and we liked her quite a bit. But she has a lot of work to do until this center would be acceptable for our family. We provided feedback to Childtime in hopes they can correct the problems for the sake of the other children still there. But I would avoid sending my child to this facility as the problems with staff behavior, communication and lack of engagement of the children are profoundly concerning.
We have been at this location for a little over 2 years now. It is not without its problems, but no place is perfect and I dont think we can or should expect them to be. After all, the staff are human. However, their INTENTIONS are what matters and they truly intend to provide a safe, fun, and overall caring environment. Our child has developmental delays and some issues with communication. Instead of casting him aside or refusing to work with him, they have been SO open to accommodating on how we can work TOGETHER to make sure that he is safe at the school and still engaging. When in Ms. Ayannas classroom he absolutely FLOURISHED. She has been such a great addition to the facility in preparing the children for Kindergarten. All of the teachers greet him when he comes in, even those that dont work directly with him. The directors are amazing and greet him by name as well, despite his lack of appropriate social skills lol, they continue to do so every single day.
Our daughter attended this school as an infant until she was 2, and the teachers and staff were fantastic. If we hadnt moved, we would still be there. Definitely recommend this location for those looking for an attentive, caring, and diverse atmosphere for your child.
I absolutely love the staff at this school. It gives me piece of mind to know that they care about my children. They have a good curriculumn for the summer and the school year. The staff has been working with us in instilling different skills and working on various things such as learning how to ride a bike, focusing on listening skills, etc.
We started this Daycare about a month ago for our 2 year old boy as we moved to Canton recently. We put him in the 2.5-3 yr old Toddler room although he was 1.5 months short of turning 2.5 yrs. Our boy was having very bad separation anxiety which is expected for a few weeks and to make it worse he was going only every other days (3 days a week) instead of consecutive days. He was getting confused and would be stressed all day and night crying no daycare, no daycare. As parents, it was very difficult for us and it was very stressful to our entire family. During week 2, I started looking at other alternatives. We went and checked out home-daycares hoping that he might be able to adjust better in a home environment. I discussed the options with the staff (Ms. Precious, Ms. Laura, & Ms. Neena) at Childtime and they were very supportive and understanding and suggested that we gave him a little more time as a lot of changes were going on. We agreed to do that.On the 3rd day of week 3, he said, I go Daycare!. We were thrilled to hear that! It is only Week 5 for us and he still whimpers a little when getting dropped off but he is no longer stressed all day/night thinking about it. He enjoys the time he spends there and has also started napping there!Im very grateful to all his teachers (Ms. Precious, Ms. Kiran, & Ms. Amanda). They have been very nice and supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Precious for being so patient and sweet to all of us. She has always listened to our requests and made changes accordingly. She gives a detailed summary at the end of the day of how the boy has been (I have seen she does that to all parents). She connects really well with the parents.Ms. Precious and Ms. Kiran are great at sending updates on the phone - they regularly upload his pics to me all the time and I love that! Ms. Kiran was successful at making my son take an afternoon nap that he has been fighting to do for weeks at the daycare. Ms. Kiran is very patient and great at communicating with the parents as well. My son LOVES Ms. Precious and Ms. Kiran. During the weekend he misses them and one Saturday when I asked him what he wanted to have for breakfast, he said Ms. Precious! He said he missed her.
I absolutely love this Childtime. The staff are great! They are very attentive, professional and loving. My son has blossomed and learned so much since being there. I am always surprised at the things he learns and says on a daily basis. He has been there since he was 1.5 and he will be 3 soon. He loves it and his teachers.

2022-07-26The staff here is amazing! I love how I can check up on my child throughout the day. This is definitely a safe, secure and loving environment for children. I also enjoy the connections that my child has grown with the staff throughout the years of her development. My child has learned and grown so much and we appreciate all the staff so much. My child also loves the center so much that she cannot wait to come back after the weekend and tell her friends and staff how her weekend or day was! Thank-you child time for your love, growth, wonderful enrichment and skills! If I could I would rate the facility more than five stars! A+++++++++++++⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2022-04-21Firstly, I left a review about 5 months ago and it has somehow disappeared so Im leaving another one. This daycare has been a nightmare!! Its so frustrating to be a working mom in need of childcare and to know that your child is not being properly taken care of.This center has staffing issues from the director down. My son has been attending since August 2021 and every few weeks, he has a new teacher. There have been some teachers that he has liked and some that he has disliked. The issue that I find with this is it creates a very unstable environment and theres always a new person coming in who is completely unaware of your childs needs.Due to the high turnover rate, the center has changed their hours multiple times. Weve seen two different directors and now, the center is operating without a director at all.I understand that its daycare and kids spread germs like a wildfire but my son has been sick constantly and hospitalized twice due to viruses he got from the daycare and they dont seem to do anything to stop the spread of germs. Ive made complaints about my son drinking out of sippy cups that do not belong to him and with him having a dairy allergy, I hoped that they would monitor this more closely but it happens constantly. My son seems to come home with a diaper rash every few weeks, wet clothes that they dont change (even though we pack extra clothes in his bag) and a snotty nose that they dont bother to wipe. Weve even had a few injury incidents and they failed to notify us until we picked him up from daycare.I honestly could keep going but an effort to post a review that isnt too long for parents that may be searching for a good daycare, ill simply say, I wish we had a different option. Most of the employees are young adults who need a job with no passion for children at all.

2022-07-22Ashley and Ellie are great administrators and very welcoming to all the kids. Both of my kids have been at the Cherry Hill school since they were 3 months old (theyre 3.5 and 1.5yrs now) and they look forward to coming to school every day. Their teachers have all been amazing and provide entertaining and educational enrichment across the board.

2022-07-14This place is absolutely horrible! It’s been two weeks and I have decided my newborn is not going backAs a ftm I already had a hard time trusting daycare with my baby, but because they had the benefit of being able to see your child on camera I thought it would put my mind at ease. But no! Although they have the live-streaming they do not care. I literally watch my baby cry and eventually start screaming for long stretches of time and NO ONE try’s to comfort him. He’s left all alone screaming. This is happening at times when they’re standing around socializing not taking care of another child. There’s one teacher who literally holds her own child all day while other babies are crying. Or they would go and comfort a child who is not crying meanwhile my newborn, the youngest one in the room, is being ignored. There are times when they do tummy time and they leave him completely unattended with no one in the room. When I get him back his clothes are wet and dirty from spit up although he has an entire basket of clean clothes there in case of emergency changes. & When I brought this to their attention their response is they have more to do than just watching the kids. Or they’re trying to break him from being held all the time. My child is a newborn in an unfamiliar place left screaming for a full day and they do nothing about it. Try to comfort him first and get him acclimated before trying to “break him”& because the other children are also left crying he is unable to sleep because it’s so loud and disruptive.I would not recommend anyone send their child here.

2022-07-22This is my first time trying out this daycare / day camp during the summer and I will have to say its a awesome place for my daughter they go on trips at least once a week which include in the price and the provided shirts and water bottle.. The teachers here are really nice and sweet and always sending pictures while the children are enjoying their day.. I love the facts they have cameras in all the rooms so I can peek in and see hows my daughter day going when they are on..

2022-07-20I called in to check the availability to enroll my little one, they won’t disclose the rates unless I go take a tour and meet the director! It would make life simple if they can give some prices over phone!

2021-07-27I had to pull my daughter out after two weeks of hysterical crying. I would see her on camera that she’s crying by herself…if she was consoled for a few minutes, she would have engaged in independent play. She did not eat while there and lost weight. I felt that my child was being neglected…would not recommend this to anyone because staff is not caring enough. Two stars because: the institution keeps parents updated thru app and webcam which was the main reason why I enrolled my child in the first place.

2021-02-17We have had our twin boys in and out of Child Time for about 6 months, Covid being the reason for being in and out. Susan, the director of this location, has been a pleasure to work with. She is flexible with us and great with the kids. She knows every kids name throughout the facility of all ages and seems to be doing a great job managing quality staff. Child Time also has cameras so you can peak in at your kids throughout the day which is great as well as a solid mobile app where they push updates including pictures, nap times, meals, etc. Very happy with our experience thus far!

2017-05-09I am late with my review but I wanted to make sure I took the time to write how amazing it was for my son to go to this school. Im a working mom and was very nervous about leaving my 3 month old baby with qualified strangers for the day. He started in Ms. Michelles infant 1 room and I grew to absolutely love and trust her. She ran a tight ship in her room and always addressed any of my concerns her assistants were also amazing, Ms Kaitlyn was always so sweet and you could tell she genuinely loved the children. The entire staff new my childs name as well as all the other children. I love the precious status app they use instead of filling out paperwork each day. The school is the most diverse childcare center I have seen yet... a beautiful rainbow of children and staff is what you will find. The only reason we left was because we moved about 30-45 minutes away. I miss this school so much. Thank you all for what you did for my baby.
