Wonderful group of guys!! They do not charge for an inspection very well priced. Vest nice staff. They even let you go in a watch them if you want!!
My car was burning oil and I was told by the dealership I would need a new engine. Took it here and they found out it was just a cheap part that had failed. They totally fixed the problem and they saved me a couple thousand dollars! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic in this area.
They listened to my concern and diagnosed the Ford F150 exactly. Lasco told me it was a total engine failure turned out to be a fuel pump. I will go no other place than Chris Automotive for any vehicle needs, they finished when they said they would and for a fair price. Chris is one of the few remaining owners that really care about the business and it shows.
Best place to get your car fixed. They are honest and reasonable. My entire family goes there, even my mr. Fix it husband if he can not tackle the problem.
Warning lights came on in my vehicle indicating front end problem.Took it to local dealer and they replaced the sensor that gave thewarning without fixing the problem!Warning lights came back on when drove car home.Took vehicle to Chris Automotive who told me those lights could meana bad wheel bearing (there was a noise coming from right front wheel).After test driving it and looking at it, it was a bad wheel bearing.They fixed it in good time at a good price, and most likely preventedan accident. Chriss automotive was very indifferent to me they I told them that I wasnt going to be able to be there until they got until after they closed he was supposed to leave the key under the floor mat and he didnt and I didnt have another I called him several times and he just left me hanging by the time I got done it was 3:00 in the morning.
Got my car done in one day, charged less than quoted even with an extra part needed. Extremely happy with the service!

2022-08-09I can’t say enough good things about Chris Automotive. I’ve referred many friends to them. We started taking our vehicles to Chris well over a decade ago. I’ve never received a hassle with them and their pricing is the best I’ve found.Chris has fixed everything from our import cars to our domestic cars and trucks through the years. He’s a nice person and always there to make sure a service is corrected if we have a concern after getting a vehicle back.We just got our HHR back from Chris after it sat, unused, in our driveway for a year. Everything that needed repairing was fixed and it drives better than ever now.Beyond fair pricing, extremely helpful, and quality service is the best way I know how to sum up Chris Automotive. Highly recommended!

2022-03-30The Guys were great! They looked at my vehicle without making me wait, got me a rough estimate right on the spot. The actual price came in at the low end of the estimate and they finished the work days earlier than they originally had estimated. This was by far the easiest time I have had with a repair shop. I will be returning for any future repairs needed.

2022-01-29I took my truck here to replace the clutch. They replaced the clutch then I went to pay and picked up my truck as I was driving the truck home the clutch paddle was super soft and the paddle sunk down and I drive back to the shop and have him test drive my truck and he said he doesn’t drive manual transmission yet he works on vehicle and he didn’t want to check why is the clutch paddle sinks down and he said is normal after I ask him to test drive my truck and I told him that is not normal because I drive manual transmission so I know if the clutch paddle is stiff or soft. So I took my truck to another shop and they fixed the clutch paddle issues.

2021-07-31My friend recommended Chris Automotive. I could not be happier! I thought I needed a wheel bearing and the checked it out for me and told me it was my tires. Didnt charge me to diagnose. Since my vehicle was there asked them to recharge the AC. Which he did and I was happy to pay them something! And it was cheaper than a dealership! All my vehicle work will be going to Chris! Great job and great place. Treated very well too!

2020-09-09I would strongly advise against coming here. Let me give you the run down of the absolute disaster that happened to me. I took my car in last Tuesday. Never received a call saying it was done until Thursday. When they called Thursday they asked me when I plan on getting the car because it’s been done since Tuesday. Furthermore when they called on Thursday, it was at 2pm to tell me they close at 3pm which I thought was odd considering google says they’re open til 5 but whatever. Giving me an hour window of time isn’t enough considering I was working. So I make arrangements to get the car early on Friday. There’s a note on the door saying they’re closed for the holiday weekend. You’d think they would have mentioned this when they called on Thursday, but they did not.Now here’s the real train wreck. We’ve done business here many times before so we figured well, they know we’re good people, well just use the spare key to get the car home so I’m not stranded all weekend and we’ll leave an after hours voicemail letting them know we’ll pay when they reopen Tuesday.My car was DEAD in their lot. The battery was absolutely dead. We jumped it to get it home. Since Friday the car has been jumped, left running, charged several times. The battery won’t even hold a charge anymore and the battery wasn’t old. So we tell them what happened. They took no responsibility for it whatsoever. So now I get to pay for the repairs along side a new battery.From start to finish this was an absolute nightmare.Again, strongly advise against doing business with this place. They are crooked. I’ll be reporting them.

2019-02-17What an amazing and honest place! Ive never had a better experience at a mechanic in my life! I came in last minute explained what was going on with my car they got it out diagnosed it and let me know that they could fix 1 of the 2 problems but that if I spent the money to fox the 2nd problem I would just be back with the same issue in a matter of time. Instead of just taking my money he was honest and told me Id be better getting rid of the car before I couldnt! Thank you Chris for being 100% honest we left your shop and went straight to randy wise and traded that hunk of junk In for a brand new car!

2018-10-30Brought my truck in for what was thought to be a faulty catalytic converter. Chris quoted a price...when I called back Chris mentioned that he went through and cleaned out all the filters which seemed to have solved the problem...its been a week and running great...total charge $0. Being on a very tight budget this was a God send
