Comment: My husband and I were looking for a new CPA to do our taxes this year since our previous CPA was retiring and stumbled across Chula Vista CPA on google and decided to give them a try since they had amazing reviews. When making an appointment with them on the phone the lady we talked to (Priscilla) was extremely polite and very detailed on what was needed. We were even looking to do our taxes very soon instead of later due to our busy schedule and they were able to accommodate us which was a plus! On the day of our appointment, we had a difficult time looking for someone to watch our 1 year old son while we did our taxes, so he had to tag along. Being a 1 year old super hyper boy, you could imagine he was running around the office and indeed he was. Not an ideal way to get our taxes done and so my husband and I did our best to deal with the situation. Luckily, Priscilla and Alvaro were very understanding of the situation and gave him paper and some markers to play with as well as some candy to keep him occupied. Customer service is everything to me and they made sure we were taken care of. Alvaro went thru all the paper work we handed over to him and was able to complete our taxes in a timely manner and even recommended some tax credits that would help us. Will definitely have him continue to do our taxes in the future and hopefully without our 1 year old son next time ;).
