Master Chungs Taekwondo school is fantastic. Id been looking for a place to get back into martial arts because I missed the physical activity and needed to back into shape. But with Covid there were obviously safety concerns and I didnt know if it was even possible to find somewhere that had decent safety measures. But I was blown away by how well Master Chungs school handled the Covid precautions, everyone gets their temperature taken at the door then sanitizes their hands and feet before stepping onto the mat and everyone wears Kn95s. So you do feel safe practicing at master Chungs.The workouts themselves will push you to your limits, in a good way, the other students are very welcoming, every practice session is a little different so it doesnt feel monotonous when youre there. Master Chung manages to balance instilling discipline and focus within his students, with a sense of humor. Ive been to a few different martial arts schools and sometimes you can get a superficial feel from the school and the master, but master Chung is definitely not that. When you watch him demonstrate a move or something its clear that hes been practicing everyday, for years and thats encouraging. I cant say enough good things about the school and master Chung.

Master Chung is a funny and skilled instructor. He is very passionate about class and has a range of students who are at different levels and belts.I also really found a great community here with a diverse class, really cool black belts who support you ! (shoutout to Mariah ).

Master Chung is cool. He is accommodating and pushes you to get better. He also provides examples of being a martial artist. His classes helped me grow physically and mentally strong. I will recommend his classes to anyone interested in martial arts.

I had debated doing martial arts for a long time, and have dabbled elsewhere, but not until I started at Master Chung’s have I immediately felt such a sense of community and dedication, both amidst the other students and from Master himself.I have spent my entire life in athletics championships ranging from kindergarten to D1, but rarely have I done something that can bring me to the peak of exhaustion and simultaneously make me want to drill even harder (for my own benefit).

My child has an endless energy supply with a backup generator; with that, the attention of a goldfish. I was also nervous as shes never been in any kind of formal class setting. Master Chung assured us I didnt need to be nervous that she wasnt ready. Its been 5 months. She has more respect for others and her listening skills are waaaaaayy better. You also dont get the feeling here that your kids are a number. Master Chung knows each student and parent. He shows both parents and students the same respect. Hes firm, he doesnt play but he lets the kids know they matter to him/ he cares.I beyond recommend his dojang. Im excited to see my daughter continue to grow with his program.

I recently joined Master Chungs kickboxing class and love it! Master Chung is kind and a wonderful teacher. He also pushes you in a positive way to do your best and try new things. He has been very innovative with online and in-person classes and ways to still workout despite the pandemic. He really wants each student to succeed and is a positive role model for kids and adults. I am very glad I joined!

I have studied under Master Chung for about five years. In addition to Taekwondo, students will learn discipline, respect, and the Tenants of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Master Chung takes the time to get to know each of his students individually and offer them guidance on the sport, as well as advice for life. The workouts during the class are tough, but bring great results. The students and instructors in all of the classes form an incredible, positive, supportive community. Overall, training at Chungs Taekwondo is a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.

My first day meeting Mr Chung, he is awesome! I love the respect he commands from the children, always encouraging a yes sir! From his students, Something alot of our children lack here in America....respecting adults- I personally have been trying to get my son to say yes maam for the past 5 years! To hear him saying yes Sir , during his first class tickled me lol. I told him see, I wasnt wrong. Lol. Anyway my son had a blast, the atmosphere was nice and the other students were so polite and encouraging to other students. Mr Chung gave my son a pop quiz so to speak asking him geography questions out loud, and my son didnt know the answers- I love his style, in the car my son said I should study some more geography lol. All in all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chungs Taekwondo...

I recently joined Chungs Taekwondo and I love every bit of it. Joining martial arts class has helped me release the stress Ive been getting from my personal and school life. Im so glad I decided to join his class.사랑해요 Master Chung!!💛

We have had an excellent experience here. It is well-run, reasonably priced, and it has the best pandemic safety policies of any business Ive encountered.
