Comment: Cisneros Bros plumbing is our family’s plumber!Tl;DR: We are very satisfied with the speed, quality, and care shown in repiping our entire house.We moved into our home in 2019, and immediately discovered that our pipes were in rough shape. Our home was built in the late 1950s, and it was clear that the pipes were on their last legs. The main line was damaged by roots and age, and the pipes in the home clogged. Cisneros came out every six months or so to snake our lines, and unclog a sink or two. In February of 2024: it became clear that it was time to repipe our home.In the span of 3.5 weeks; they had replaced our sewer lines and water in lines. Joseph Garcia was our project manager, and kept us well informed. Victor Bustos was his supervisor, and also communicated well with us. We established a text chain to be able to make decisions quickly, and get updates on our project status.Cisneros Bros provided the abatement, demo, and installation services. We purchased our own tile, and Cisneros helped us purchase and pick up a few of the fixtures.Speed: when we started, we were warned that this work could take a month or so; Joseph and Victor ensured that there were ample crew members on site so that the project could speed along. Victor would make runs to plumbing supply stores to pick up fixtures as soon as they arrived. Cisneros Bros had a relationship with my town’s permitting and inspection team - and ensured that we never had to wait beyond a day to get the permits and inspections completed.Quality: it’s clear that Cisneros Bros pays attention to details. The crew had piped up a rain shower and wand setup in our master bath - and noticed that it was slightly off center to the drain in the tub. Instead of letting it go: they took the time to re-pipe the setup to ensure we got a great result. Their contracting partners they used to tile, drywall, and demo were great. They kept a tidy workspace, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated when they would be on site.Care: Our family had to temporarily move out of house as this work was being done. They made sure someone was always on site to watch over the house. Joseph led daily start of work and end of work walkthroughs - to make sure we were aware of progress. Even my father in law, owner of many residential and commercial properties, was impressed with the care and speed at which they worked.The work provided comes with a multi-year warranty, and we are confident that our pipes are ready for the next 100 years. I broke down crying with all this stress he stayed late helping me out with everything. I felt so at ease he even prayed with me. The tech was supposed to do a quick warranty fix, supposedly free since it was under warranty. But he saw our water pressure valve needed replaced. It didnt take him 15 minutes to do it but somehow that job was over $800?! We tried canceling the job to get our money back but was told my husband signed a right to cancel waiver. We werent told that. We were told we had 3 days to cancel and what he was signing was authorization to do the job. Never again. Cisneros has lot a dedicated customer!

Comment: This last weekend I discovered a large water leak near my meter. I was in a bit of a panic seeing the water flowing as hard as it was. I called Cisneros and they were able to fit me in the same day. The techncian Joseph showed up early, and dove straight into the problem. He performed several tests and was able to determine that the problem wasnt my waterline, but the water companies main line at the street. A big relief on my part, as the repair could have run up to 1800.00. Joseph was very friendly and professional and actually wanted to stay on his own time just so that he could talk to the water company and educate himself on how they were going to handle the problem. I wouldnt hesitate to use he or Cisneros again.

Comment: No stars!!Our experience was awful never again ....they quoted us 400$ on the phone when they got here they did there thing ...then 4 hrs later after laughing and talking most of the time...they tell me 450$ I tood them I was quoted 400$ then they call the office..to ask... ...Then told me ok ...then they failed to show me the empty tank ...I asked for pictures who knows of they really emptied it ....the next day the water was coming up again ...so we had to call a plumber ..he snaked it it only took 10 min .....it worked another 160$ he told us why didnt they do that .I told them I didnt know....so thumbs down for this company we got ripped off Dont do it they are not a good company...just call a plumber!!!!👎👎👎👎👎

Comment: Im not sure how this company is so highly rated, but the work they do is abysmal to say the least and they are incredibly dishonest people. I called out Cisneros Bros on December 11th of 2023 at 11:00AM for a cracked PVC pipe outside of my house that was leaking water to the point that I had water turned off at the main valve through the water company. I called them in hopes to get this repair and explained to Guillermo Morales who showed up about the PVC pipe leaking. He discussed pricing with me about replacing the PVC piping with the same thing for around $900 or to replace it with Copper piping for about $1,500. As I thought this was the main line into the house, I wanted to make sure that the damage would not happen again in the future. Cisneros Bros offered me a credit service through Goodleap, which I was approved for more then the cost of the job, which lead to the first sign that these people are just dishonest individuals.An hour after the agreement of the work, I was called outside where they had dug up the PVC pipe and asked if I needed the sprinkler system to work anymore, which I told them no. Not once explaining to me that the pvc pipe that they dug up that was cracked was related to the sprinkler system and not the main water supply. Instead, Guillermos manager who showed up at the job, began discussing with me replacing my water heater in my garage, explaining to me that it was old and about to fail. My water heater has not had any issues for the last two years that I have been here and the last inspection that I had which was less then 6 months ago for it, showed no signs of it failing anytime soon even if the device was old. The reason for this, and has he mentioned was that, It was a good idea to replace it now since I had been approved for such a large amount of credit. I told them no, and Guillermo informed me quite rudely at this point that he needed to go get parts to finish the job and also take his lunch.More then three hours later, Guillermo shows back up to my house and begins working on what I thought was replacing the pvc pipe with a copper pipe setup that we agreed upon earlier. It would be several hours later at around 6PM that I would go outside to check on Guillermo and his work, only to find that he capped off the PVC pipe and had installed a new spigot and showed me that he had installed a new copper valve to the houses mainline that he had discovered in his work. This work, something that we did not agree upon at all. When asked about the PVC pipe replacement, he informed me that they had asked earlier if I wanted the sprinklers and I told them no. At this point I was furious at the dishonesty of them, installing and doing work that I did not agree upon at my house. The work was almost done at this point, so I allowed him to finish up, signed off his work to get him to leave and proceeded to file complaints with the better business bureau and get out of the credit payment for the work they did that I had not requested.So far, I have not had any luck with either of these agencies, but the reason for me writing this now is barely two months later, the welding spot in which Guillermo worked on to install the valve I did not agree upon on my main line has already formed a crack, which has now caused an actual leak to my main line.I am now paying off $1,500 dollars for a job that I did not need, that they did not inform me about not needing, because what I did call them out for needed a simple cap off to a sprinkler system that I did not use. I went almost 8 hours the day of the work that they came out for and the work that they did, that once again I did not need... Is now leaking barely two months later.This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and not there to help you get your problems fixed. They want you for a quick buck and if you qualify for their credit line through Good Leap, expect them to try and milk you for every dollar of that credit line instead of doing the job they were called out for.

Comment: Called out Cisneros Brothers for a potential mold issue. It was minor but wanted to be safe. I was afraid of what this was going to cost me, even for a small area (side wall of a standard closet).Angel and Anthony (Tony) were extremely professional and personable. They asked me about my issue and assured me they would figure out what was going on. We walked in and out of the house 2-3 times and they were always very cautious to clean their shoes and wear plastic protectors on them which I found thoughtful.In these situations I think we all assume companies may take advantage of those of us that have no idea how to fix or how the issue could have started. This is where Anthony and Tony really shined in my eyes and I felt compelled to right the review. They were honest and shared that there was very minimal water detected on the carpet/wall. Nothing to be alarmed about. He told me how to fix the problem and that I could easily buy some product at Home Depot to spray under the carpet and it would remove the minimal mold. The cause of the problem was the dirt that had piled up high on the outside over time and with the recent hard rains had allow moisture to finds its way through the stucco. He advised I shovel the dirt to the foundation and is it all dries I would be ok.I truly appreciated their honesty as they could have told me they needed to rip the carpet and wall and I would have believed them.A huge thank you to Angel (seemed to take point) and Tony for their help.

Comment: A great team from Cisneros Bros took care of multiple concerns regarding water and gas pipes in my house. It all started with a leaking pipe on Sunday morning. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. After being given options and estimates I decided to replace all clean water pipes in the house. Once I decided, the team started working right away. We had out water running again by Tuesday afternoon. We were happy with their fast and efficient work. Thanks to everybody in the team who worked so diligently to get our repairs done as soon as possible. Thank you Gabriel, Victor (manager), Jacob S., Daniel A., Juan, and Antonio. All work was done in less than a week including jobs that were added at the end such replacing the restroom toilet, fixing water bibs outside the house and repairs to the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom.

Comment: UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Steer clear of the Cisneros Bros. Plumbing, Septic, Restoration and especially Flood Services. They simply cannot be trusted. I confirmed my appointment the night before they were to arrive for an 8-10am appointment set up a week prior. I did my part by moving up my schedule to clear space, move cars, and clean up in preparation. At 9:45am I called to ensure they were honoring their appointment. It turned out the service tech didnt even bother to inform his employer he wasnt working but was instead home sick. The office started looking for options to ameliorate the situation sometime later the same day. In the meantime, tired of waiting, I started doing the things I intended to do after the appointment. While away from home they text me that someone was on the way to my house. I immediately ceased what I was doing and replied Id be there in 10 minutes. The tech called to inform me he was waiting at my home. I replied Id be there in 2 minutes. As soon as I got home I noted his arrival and immediately started performing the same effort employed earlier by moving cars to make room for the tech to work. He was on the phone in my garage when I finished. Upon the conclusion of his call he told me his boss ordered him away to attend to another service call. Unbelieving and near speechless, I said, youre telling me youre leaving? His reply, yes. I then said, youre really screwing me twice in the same day? He conveyed the obvious. I ordered him out of my garage and not to ever return.The first missed appointment was purely due to an irresponsible and careless employee with little regard for customers, and apparently even less for his employer; however, the second missed appointment the office labored to set up is wholly owned by Cisneros Bros. Plumbing management. There are too many plumbers around to be dealing with folks with such a profound lack of customer service acumen.The sole bright spot is that they never touched my plumbing. They sent our Christian to inspect the leak and he determined that I needed a new water heater and also suggested I get a new water regulator that connects to my main water line.Christian was very honest, informative and friendly which made me book the job with him/Cisneros. He installed my water heater today as well as the regulator and everything is now working as it should. Throughout the entire process, Christian was very respectful, informative and genuinely a good guy that made the entire experience painless. His supervisor Victor also came to inspect Christians work and he as well was super friendly.Overall, Cisneros Brothers Plumbing seem to have some skilled and very friendly staff. 10 out of 10 for both Christian and Victor!Price was reasonable as well. This week there was a horrible accident on mariposa and live oak, close to the work headquarters, and the Cisneros team stopped. They installed a tank-less water heater in my home and explained everything in detail. They took longer than I expected but it was due to them going above and beyond. I thought they were only installing the water heater but they also added draining pipes. In case there is another leak, the water would go outside instead of saturating our kitchen, which is what happened when our conventional heater broke. It did not have draining pipes to redirect the water outside. They were very helpful and a delight to talk to. They took their time explaining everything in detail and answered any and all questions that I had. They were absolutely amazing! I am so happy that we used Cisnero brothers. This was a new and very stressful situation but they gave us peace of mind knowing that we are being well taken care of.

Comment: I appreciate the hustle but when value is being given. I had one of their guys come out to fix the air gap for my dishwater. Its a simple inspection to confirm thats the problem and a parts swap. Assuming I pay him $100 dollars an hour, it should only take him an hour or two tops plus parts $30-50 so a total of $250 all in for a simple parts swap but instead he wanted to go around testing other non related things to try to upsell me on other services I didnt need or want only to waste an hour of my time and by the end wanted to charge me $371. If he had said from the get go it would be $371 and just did the work I would have been ok with paying it but I dont feel the need to pay him to waste an hour of my time or for his time in trying to sell me on the other services I didnt need. I felt really disappointed at the end I told him not to do any of the work and bid him good day.

Comment: We called Cisnero’s Brothers Company for a septic tank pumping as it was full. They were able to come out a week and a half later and were at our house for quite a few hours. At first, my father showed the pictures he had taken and they had got started right away. Through the time table we had, which was 12-4, they came around 1pm and are still getting done as I finish this review, around 6pm. Though not having interaction with Roy, according to my dad he is very nice. Kaleb/Caleb was quite helpful in this endeavor and kept informing us every hour or so and keeping us updated on any thing. When it came down to the payment and what could go on for our tank (there was a lot of grease and 4 feet of wipe sludge), he spent around an hour or so walking through everything and answering all our questions. Was very well spoken, and clearly informed us that what we are doing for the treatment is more of a bandaid, but nevertheless was still very helpful. Even in the middle of it, a lady, service agent- from the company called to make sure everything was alright and that they were doing their job correctly, which they were. All in all, a fantastic company and the first one we are ever leaving a comment for.

Cristian was the one to come out, He and his guy come in very pleasant and friendly, look at the tub/shower then conduct a whole house evaluation Checking all the plumbing fixtures even under the house, after this Cristian goes over some of the options they can provide. One of which was to completely tile the shower area and replace the tub, I figured this was the best option for the way my bathroom is constructed. and better fit. No other company mentioned tile work, Cristian, explained to me they could arrange all the demo installation of new tub and tile guys that could do the job, This suited well as it was one stop and done no need to look further for another company, Everything handled and billed through Cisneros Brothers, Demo started and I was able to pick out the tile, Cristian Over seen everything as well as Gustavo, calling me daily to make sure everything was up to my expectations, The tile guys that came in were just as professional and pleasant, (Humberto)In the end the job ended on time and at the price quoted. Comment: I would highly recommend these guys Nathan came and was very professional and informative helped explain everything in detail and was patient due to my parents not speaking very good English so I had translate a bit but they he explained everything allowed my parents to understand most of it if not all of it. We had a problem with the second master bedroom always flooding from under the toilet he did his inspection and unclogged our system which was really backed up but it’s been like this for years we’ve tried other plumbers but they charge crazy rates and never fixed our problems Nathan did it on his first try and even recommended a better system and let us know we will not have that problem again he is here today to install our new system he even came early and he’s gonna fix our toilet issue as well. I honestly recommend this place they even answered us quickly the first time we called them up and told us Nathan will show up in about an hour and he came in like 15 minutes I’ve never experienced such great service from answering our phone calls super fast to having them show up immediately and kept us from freaking out and stressing so much like we have been to even coming down and doing the job I will post an update about the job they’ve done and how every turns out definitely the best in the high desert though.

It was between 5 and 6 but the came at 12pm instead. Which was great. We knew we were going to replace the water heater. Gabriel and Tony were the technicians that came out. They gave me options to choose from. Told them which one we wanted and by 3pm I had hot water again. The company got the inspector out on that Tuesday and all was good. Comment: This is my second review of this company- my first experience with them was positive- pricey but positive. My 2nd experience with them was the installation of a new toilet because the old toilet had something stuck in it and it couldn’t be taken out. One plumber quoted me one thing and when I called to get it repaired, he was no longer there so I don’t believe they honored the price. I was charged $450 for a new toilet. Unfortunately it didn’t fit the hole which I was fine with as long as the toilet worked. Fast forward 2 years later, there is a leak in the valve connecting the toilet to the wall water supply- excuse my terminology I am not a plumber! We had Cisneros come in and they quoted us $703 for the valve in the toilet and the water pressure regulator in the garage- at the time they came there was no leak on our ceiling. We had reasonable plumbers come in and after their inspection and the roundabout prices they gave us- we decided to call our insurance.We had AAA our home insurance come check it since now we have water seeping into the ceiling drywall. Apparently the wax ring isn’t holding up (less than 2 years old) with a brand new toilet and the valve is leaking- which I assumed would also be new. Insurance quoted us about $550 for the valve, water pressure regulator and for the thing behind the wall causing the leaking and the wax ring.I write this review more in disappointment than anything. I really enjoyed Cisneros services many moons ago. This was just my experience and I hope no one else has to experience this disappointment with their toilet and hope that this company gets it together.

What I liked about them from first time was their responsiveness and how they showed up sooner than their competitors to fix things.The second time, they dented our new dryer during service and denied the dent was done during their service even when we inspected/cleaned it right before service man showed up. We even asked if they wanted the dryer moved out of the way before service, which they kindly declined. They said they had photo of it saying dent was already there. The time stamp on photo literally tells it was taken at end of the service. Called multiple times but service manager called once and told us they will get back to us, he never got back to us. Tried dent removal tools but you can tell it was done with a full adult weight as it sits on a curvature end of the dryer and it will not be removed with a simple dent removal tools, perhaps damaged frame. I will not be using their services anymore. If you are using them, please be aware.

Comment: This was our second time using Cisneros Brothers Plumbing, and true to form... just like the first... we experienced a wonderful and simple service call from tech Robert. He was friendly, polite, easy to talk to and got the job done quickly. Although mandates are no longer in place he wore a mask and maintained distancing during his time on the job. Its refreshing during these times to find a company that is still providing outstanding customer service... it really makes dealing with a headache so much easier.

Comment: Zeb was great! I was scheduled for a later appointment and they were able to come early than first thought. Zeb went through my option with me after determining what my problems were and was very good at explaining the steps needed to complete the job. Comment: I had a spigot in the yard that had a broken valve. They quoted the repair last year, but I did not have the money or time then to worry about it. I called them back to repair it now that Summer is arriving. They showed up early which was great and they were ready to go. They had it fixed quickly and I was back to my day. Cisneros has always done quality work and the prices are fair. I have found them to be reliable and would highly recommend them.

Comment: I was very surprised by the great quality that Cisneros Plumbing provided. They txt you with a brief description and picture of the employee who is about to enter your house, which just made me, a father of 2 daughters and husband extremely comfortable of who is about to enter my house. The service itself was quick and easy and I really liked how Alex and Chris kept my in the loop, step by step of what is going on and what the next step is. Just overall great service, great work and good people. Give them a ring! Their front desk/dispatch person was also great.

Comment: Don came out to our home and was able to clear our clogged drain quickly and efficiently. He was not only extremely professional but also had good knowledge about what he was doing and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand. He also discovered that we had a broken pipe that leads to our septic system and gave us an estimate for the repairs. We had him come out and fix it for us the very next day. Comment: I had had a leak from my toilet at my business and needed it fixed ASAP. My scheduled appointment time was between 2 and 4 but Tommy, the tech, came early to get the job done. Not only did he come once but he came twice to help me due to unforeseen issues! Tommy was friendly and very informative throughout the whole process. Comment: Their customer service was amazing, they were very communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time . Alex the plumber was awesome, he showed up explained everything to me. We had a clogged drain and he knew we were tight on money so he gave us three options to choose from,1 being the cheapest and 3 being the highest. He knew we couldnt afford number three so he worked on that drain vigorously and was able to clear it for us. I will definitely use their company again.

Comment: They came to repair a water main leak I discovered on a Sunday. They were at my house within an hour of calling. The technician Daniel Mendoza was great. He gave me options and then explained the process with the option chosen. He made sure I saw the finished work and was happy with what he did. Comment: Overall great company. I had a leaking shower mixer that I wanted replaced with an updated type and better look. The company gave me a time window that wasnt to wide. The plumber was here right at the beginning of the time window. He introduced himself in a respectful manner, his name was Alex G. Then he got right to work doing the assessment of the issue. After a couple of minutes he gave me a few options of what I could do. He gave his professional opinion about the best plan of action. Hes been doing this work for 10 years so I trusted his judgment. He said it would take about 2 hours. He was spot on. The shower assembly was installed beautifully and looked great. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone who looking for a plumber.

Comment: Great company and great service. I called the number and someone answered the phone instead of a machine. They asked about what my issue was and when they would be able to get out to give an evaluation and solution. My appointment was scheduled for 1-3pm but I received a call and was notified they would be able to arrive earlier. There technician Roy came out and we where notified with a text and picture of him before he arrived which I appreciated. He came and assessed our situation and gave us some possible solutions and quotes for our clogged tub that was backed up.He was able to get it fixed and showed us what was causing the issue. I will highly recommend this company going forward.

Comment: This company is amazing! I called them on a Sunday night at around 10pm. I was given an appointment window of 10am-12pm. I was called for them to come sooner than my appointment time. When the gentleman arrived he was friendly and knew my name. He came in gave me my estimate, and got right to work. He was knowledgeable, and checked various things before he left to ensure there was not a leak. In addition, the price point is reasonable for the work that is completed, and the thoroughness of the employee. Great company!
