So I look up rat problems how do I report the problems to the city of Warren and I get this department can you please tell me what the hell you guys are doing to get this under control I woke up to rats in my house and my cupboard shredded like sawdust. We cant keep our garbage out because they eat through our cans doesnt matter what theyre made of and then we get ticketed for trash tonight and debris in our yard? Do something!

I had a big mess left by a contractor in front of my house and they showed up at my door, and emailed me, and the Mayor called me to let me know they would handle it and they sure did. Well run city.

I keep getting citations for debris while the company next door to me with the literal, visible rats nests, therefore causing my garbage to be torn up, get nothing, despite making calls and complaints about them.
