Comment: The worst dishonest business ever you could find in the Bay Area. I ordered and paid 4 yard tan barks for my contractor’s project, and they only delivered little bit over 2 yards by charging the full delivery fee $100!!!and they answered my complaint call and saying, if it is not 4 yards, you bring them back to Hayward. The customer service lady, and Manage are all rude, they refuse to come by the address to verify. Horrible business because the Horrible People. Be careful if you order anything from this Horrible place.

Comment: Their service is pretty bad and even though on Google they say they close at 4pm, I arrived at 3:45pm and they were closed. I called them, they picked up the phone, they said that they do close at 4pm but yet they refused to let me in, even though it was 15 minutes before their official closing time

Comment: I end up buying from this place, however folks works as employees who doesn’t seems to care about their company. No patience to talk to customer and explain or their question. Customer who end of buying stuffs for about 10k. I wouldn’t say all employees are like that, I end up finding one employee in my 2nd visit who explained things nicely, because of him they got my business else me and my wife were looking for somewhere else.They do have quite bit collection of stones, grass, pavers, rocks, fountains and other garden decorative n essential. I try to take pictures of all, please take a look.

Comment: I was getting all my materials from this place for about a year, what at the beginning I tried to ignore as a one time mistake or a bad day, repeated multiple times with consistent patterns.First of all is this repeated incident of sneaking in small extra charges into my invoiced purchases. one time For one trip delivery they charge two trips, the other time for a deposit on 10 pallets they charge you 12 and more similar incidents. And worse is when you bring it up to them they refuse to accept.Second some of the people at the store are very rude, they give you this feeling that they are making you a favor by just answering your questions or accepting you money.After a year of putting up with them finally changed my shop. Much better experience so far.

Comment: Clarks is a no nonsense, no frills, get it done place to buy building materials for gardening, landscaping. Ive bought many things here including deliveries of rock and couldnt be happier. They somehow beat me to a job site by at least an hour and dropped the landscaping rock in a steep downhill driveway exactly where I needed it. I had anticipated their delivery to drop in the street and move it myself....these guys are good, go here.
