Comment: When another repair spot was going to total my car, Classic Collision gave me assurance that they were going to take care of it. I was skeptical because I have never been in this stressful situation and the owner Jose made sure to make me feel comfortable about the process. He did everything he said he would do and made it a positive experience. Couldnt believe it was the same car that got in an accident when I picked up my car. They even offer to give you a ride home when you drop your vehicle off which is a real plus. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs body repair. Comment: Classic Collision in Downey replaced the rear bumper of my 2021 Camry hybrid flawlessly! They detail washed the entire car inside and out. My car looks like new! Jose was very nice, helpful and accommodating. With his connections with the local car rental companies, I was able to rent a car with discount that same day I dropped it off. Knowing that I needed a ride to the rental place, he had one of the workers drive me there. He kept me informed of the progress. When it was finished, my car was dropped off at my residence. Comment: Getting your car fixed after an accident and dealing with the insurance can always be a headache, but my experience here was nothing short of awesome. I was referred to Jose and his team at the shop and they took in my 2020 RAV4 after a rear end collision and made it look brand spanking new. My family couldnt even tell that itd ever been in an accident. Jose and his team were easy to work with and you hope it never happens, but Id definitely bring a car back to his shop if it needed work.

Comment: Great reliable and trustworthy shop. I took my 2004 F-250 for repairs after it was stolen and extremely damaged. It needed lots of body work and parts replaced. Jose and his amazing staff were able to restore my truck 🛻 to its original state in a timely manner. As an added bonus, they repainted it with the original color, metallic midnight blue. Comment: Communication was awful. I kept being told different estimated repair dates by different employees. I would follow up & there was no communication between the employees & they just kept shifting blame onto each other. I had to pay out of pocket for my rental because of how long they took and were not able to provide an estimate of when my car would be repaired; they’d say they finally received a part my car needed them the following week they’d backtrack and say it was delayed and did not receive anything. When I finally got my car back, it was making a loud noise on the side that was not affected because some pieces were placed crooked. I went back, and was told the loud squeaking was normal. I took my car to the dealership where they showed me the frame was not properly installed by this body shop & no other body shop wants to fix it because they’re not the ones that made the huge mess up. This body shop mentioned they got “brand new tires” but the “new tires” were extremely smooth and blew out within 2 weeks. A year later, the paint job they did is now peeling, my tire/fender area is always squeaking, and the tire pressure sensor light is always on because they placed the pieces crooked. I filed a complaint with them through my insurance. They provided an estimate to my insurance and later increased it by 5k only for my car to have issues as a result of their own work. Everything about this place feels fraudulent. I don’t even trust going back to them to fix it & other body shops refuse to fix their mess.

My car looks great and my repair was completed much quicker than what my local Toyota dealership quoted which was around 3 months( I would still be in the waiting period right now just for my car to be seen by a repair specialist). I absolutely could not be without my car for such an extended period of time so I visited classic Collision! Not only am I impressed with the work done to my car but I am more impressed with the expertise displayed by Jose working with unsatisfactory insurance companies. From the moment I called to let Jose know the frustration, I was going through with my car and the insurance not wanting to fix my car with OEM parts. He was very professional and told me he was very busy but was going to try his best to schedule me in. This literally gave me a sense of relief. Within the next day, my car was picked up from my home with 0 issues. After that, he went above and beyond going back and forth with my insurance. Jose is truly a genuine person you can count on. He got me the OEM parts for my car and had my car ready in 2 weeks. He even sent it out to the Honda dealer to get it calibrated. Thank you so much Jose for leaving my car like new. Washed, waxed clean. I am extremely happy with the results. I 1000% recommend Classic Collision service.

Jose examined it and immediately asked his worker to fix it for me. The job was done effortlessly in probably 15 minutes or less. Jose is just a wonderful and reliable person.
