We worked with Mick during the pandemic housing boom to find our first home and it could not have gone smoother, despite all the horror stories we’d heard about buying a home in 2021. He was incredibly responsive and provided invaluable advice when making an offer on a popular home we really wanted. I feel like they are harassing.Mick gave me the info that my house is listed on Zillow, but after checking it is not. my phone number is on the DNC list. Connie made the housing process smooth and easy. Connie saves us a lot of time helping find us our priorities in a home. 2022-06-15Our realtor, Erin Fritz, was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, trying to get our first house in an absolutely crazy market. Needless to say…we were nervous! Erin put us completely at ease and walked us through every step of the process, from applying for our mortgage to close. I never felt silly asking her a question. She truly cared about our home buying experience - she even followed up with us to see how we are doing a month into us living in our new house. It is a difficult market to buy in, and Erin fought for us the whole way. We ran into some difficulties along the way and at close with the selling agent/past owners and Erin always dealt with any issues swiftly and professionally and always fought for us. 2022-01-09I am not the typical home buyer (I am an investor) yet AJ worked with me and took the time to understand my background in real estate and my needs.
