Had several issues with our 2021 Buick Enclave and dealership worked with us to get out of the lease and lease a 2022 Enclave. Mark Hartley is the best. See him for all your vehicle needs. He is very knowledgeable of all the Buick and GMC vehicles. Mark was most helpful in getting new car all set up and ready to go and can answer any questions one might have. Gary Clift owner also is very personable and approachable with any problems.Would highly recommend Clift Buick GMC.
Shady as the day is long. Discussed trading in a highly desirable professional grade 3/4 ton 2500HD Duramax toward a small gasser. They offered $26k toward my $50k real truck against an overpriced soccer mom truck. Guess they see if they can rip you off for twenty thousand dollars, to see if it will get past you. It did NOT get past me. This attempted robbery was prevented by a good guy with google. Stay away. Update: Nobody reached out, and its a good thing. Would never do business with this stealership.
Clift Buick GMC is a great place for service. They have all the amenities you would expect at a large Town dealership in a small town setting. Water Diet Coke and Coca Cola products are provided along with coffee. Service prices seem fair and the staff is friendly and communicative. I would definitely come back here if I need to get my car serviced again.
Just bought my fourth truck from Clift and as expected the process was smooth and efficient. Carl in sales has always been a pleasure to work with and Chuck in service makes sure we are always taken care of the few issues we have had are solved quickly. Highly recommend this locally owned dealership.
Taylor McCollough was my advisor. She had updated me with 3 texts and 2 phone calls. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. Truly great service! I have worked in corporate management for years and this is the type of service I would like to mirror for training purposes.
I came with a low budget and they were able to get me approved for a few cars. I needed something a bit more specific then what they had available but the salesman was great. I highly suggest this place for those on a tight budget. They also have a nice selection of vehicles.
So, a short note before my repair experience. My dad had always taken his cars to Clift to have service done and Chuck Willis had always been his service advisor. Chuck was the only one my dad would work with as Chuck was extremely patient, caring and accommodating with my dad. That being said, I have relied on Chuck with my own service needs. The great customer service he extended to my dad he has extended to me.I needed a pretty big repair done on my 16 Enclave. When I received the initial tentative repair bill, I just couldnt, financially, have it repaired at that time. Chuck worked with me and found a way for me to get the repair done and at a reasonable expense that I could afford. With Christmas, my daughters birthday and other personal financial responsibilities, with his help, I was able to get the repair done and not continue to drive a vehicle that may potentially get worse until I was able to get that repair done.A HUGE thank you to Chuck, to the technician who worked on my vehicle and anyone else who was a part of my vehicle repair. Im extremely grateful.
Pandemic time purchase done over the phone with Todd Welch. He quoted me a good price, and friendly and helpful and most of all no games, That is what has kept me from buying new in the past. Everything was honest and straight forward with the finance person too. That is a place i feel comfortable returning to and also making a referral to a friend.
I always get Fantastic Service from them every time I go!!! If I have a question or concern they always listen and address it. No complaints every with their service. I was very pleased with the Taylor from the service department! I had an oil change plus tire rotation! I love too that they offer in the package a car wash! Been going there for years! Always have been highly satisfied! In fact, they always let me know what else is wrong! Headed back next month now for some more repairs!
Chuck and his staff is wonderful. I brought my GMC in and 2 hours later it was ready. I really appreciate the loaner car that I used. It made my day go so much better. What a fantastic dealership to work with. The Florida GM dealers could take a big lesson from your dedication to “customer satisfaction”.
Fantastic service by their service department!! I was going in to get the Diamond treatment on my GMC Sierra that I had included in my lease. I had parked under a tree that was dropping sap terribly. We tried to clean it off ourselves, we made it worse, they made our truck look immaculate. Completely clean and now have the protection on it if we get sap on our truck again. Amazing job!
Terrible place to take any vehicle for work. Or even a tune up. These are one of those places that will lie to your face. They told me i need a complete rear suspension replacement. (Mind you i work on cars) but i didnt let them know that. I was only getting a fuel pump replaced. I checked the suspension and it was completely fine. Gave me an estimate of $1000 for suspension work and tires. Which is only a $400 dollor job anywhere else. I recommend tanner Automotive. Great people that are honest and great at what they do

From the moment I inquired about the vehicle I wanted, my salesman Brandon O. has been friendly, very knowledgeable & extremely helpful in making sure I have all my questions answered.Scott B. was also an awesome person to work with, making sure I received the best pricing & options for my vehicle.The entire Customer Service Dept. Team has also been friendly & swift. Steve was amazing! I definitely did not expect to go with the first car/dealership we visited, but after visiting another local dealership the same day, we decided to go right back to Clift. Steve was able to work with us and get us exactly what we wanted, at the exact price we wanted to pay (how does that even happen)!Aside from that, we were so impressed with the dealership following Covid 19 guidelines. This was something that was so important to us and they made us feel so comfortable (this is why we immediately left the other local dealership). I’m so impressed that they put not only their customers first, but also protect their employees. That says so much about this place!Everyone else we dealt with was friendly and welcoming. 2nd truck I have bought from Clift. Both times no hassle purchase. They offered a fair price for my trade, no back and forth negotiation. Both times I bought a quality vehicle that was nice and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase
Our service was so easy, I called to make the appointment, they picked it up at our home 20 minutes away, changed the oil and brought it back same day. Excellent! Our service advisor Ethan explained what they noticed during the service and there was no pressure to correct any of it now if we werent ready.
People are great, friendly and knowledgeable. Everywhere in the building looks clean. I was there for one hour and fifty minutes waiting for a grease and oil change, tire rotation and a recall that had something to do with the electrical or computer system. They also washed it. I did have an appointment. That seems like a long time, and I am not really complaining. I took reading material and was very comfortable sitting in the waiting room. So, not complaining, but this would be the only slightly negative thing I have to say about my experience there yesterday. We are Clift people.

Mark Hartley was well prepared for our first appointment and handled all our questions professionally and to our satisfaction.He explained all about the cars features on pickup. He took care of even transferring our insurance. Would give him 10+ stars. Brandon who handled lease paperwork was prepared as well and explained everything thoroughly.
Dealership was fantastic. I do have an issue with GMC or maybe GM in general. It is irritating that they do not have parts available. I am in some C8 corvette forums and they are having the same issues with valve springs. Dont build the vehicles if you cannot have parts on hand for warranty work. Waited almost two weeks for parts on a 2020 vehicle. Disappointed in that. Dealership on the other hand was awesome and took great care of me. Keep up the great work Clift Team.
So far they have been super great with all the run arounds of people not working,staying at home living off the government. To get the parts needed to fix my car,and making sure I have transportation so I dont have to beg for a ride to work. After this experience I just might have to switch brands and buy a gmc. I really appreciate everything that they have done.
Service was much faster than I expected. Personnel seemed very young and at first meeting I was concerned on how knowledgeable and courteous to an elderly customer they might be. But all were very courteous and business like.I was very satisfied with virus precautions and availability of hand sanitizers.
If I could give Clift a zero star I would, if you are considering selling a used car to them I would watch out Joshua had reached out to me on Facebook saying he would purchase a car for 9500 dollars only to pull the chair out from underneath me when we went to finalize the deal offering me 1500 less than promised blaming it on a “miscommunication” pictures of the car were clear and issues were listed. We have a family friend that has worked for them for years and we trusted them, obviously this was a mistake!
I cannot say enough good things about Clift Buick-GMC. Our salesman Mark was so easy to work with and gave us a sense of trust which is refreshing when buying a vehicle. Signing paperwork did not seem tedious either. Brandon was pleasant to work with and had us done signing things within a short period of time. Everything was as described and with quality. No surprises. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Clift.
We had requested from Patric that we try out a Buick Envision and a Buick Enclave. The cars were both waiting when we arrived for our appointment and it became obvious that the Envision was exactly what we were looking for. We still had several weeks left on our GMC Acadias lease so Patric kept it in a secure location until the end of the month. We noticed a few scratches on the back of the passenger mirror and that was all fixed when we picked up our new vehicle. Our lease purchase couldnt have gone better.

This was my second time making a purchase at this dealership. It went smooth. Most of it was done over the phone or via email. I was very specific on what I needed and wanted and they were able to meet and exceed my expectations. My salesperson Brian Rodriguez was excellent.
While driving on I-80/90 dash lights started blinking. Clift Buick-GMC was the closest place for service and were we glad they were. The friendly, helpful staff ran the computer codes and assured us that the problem was minor and we could finish our 1000 mile trip! Thank you Clift Buick-GMC!
There is “packing tape” all over my truck. It’s obvious that nobody detailed it because there is residue and actual pieces of tape everywhere.I’m disappointed. For a $60k truck, a little more effort would be nice.But I get it. If I don’t buy it. Somebody else will. No need for customer service these days.It’s a shame. One day the market will swing the other way and things will be different.
I had an unusual event where my boat trailer needed immediate service right in front of Clift Buick GMC. A salesman came outside and said they would be willing to help me understanding I was in a desperate situation. The service manager came outside and confirmed they could help. Chuck in service followed up with me and got my boat trailer fixed up for me with great communication through the process. I know this entire ordeal was not the norm for them, but I was grateful they were willing to help me.I havent purchased a vehicle here, but my interactions with the company was nothing less than professional, honest, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this dealership. I would believe if you purchased a vehicle here, you would be treated great throughout ownership.
This will definitely not be the last time we come to Clift for a vehicle! This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. Jessi was absolutely amazing and was able to get the entire process started for us right over the phone. I work long, crazy hours, so she did everything she could to make it as convenient for us as possible. She provided us with text updates and we were able to send her messages if we had any questions or concerns about anything. Mike allowed us to send all of the proof needed electronically so we didnt have to leave home. Patti got a loan approved for us, all without even having to enter the building. They are willing to work with EVERYONE. They even have fresh-start financing. Everyone was GREAT and turned a normally very-stressful situation into the easiest transaction Ive ever had. So thank you Clift Auto for the excellent service! We will be back!
Excellent dealership that goes out of their way to make you happy. The people are really friendly and very helpful. They were able to get me the truck I wanted, even though it was on another dealerships lot. The whole process was easy and the transaction was smooth. We purchased a truck today from Josh, Sales, and he is the best sales person ever, he worked with us on everything we needed. Patti and Scott in Finance worked to get us a great loan that fit our budget. Everyone there was so pleasant and friendly. We will be back in the future when I am ready to purchase a new car. This is the second time after an oil change Ive noticed different tire pressure. At $54.99 (which is really way to high) for an oil change I except the tire pressure to be checked and modified. Right front tire is 41 and left front is 35. Also the cost has gotten to where I cant really afford an oil change. Will be looking elsewhere.
Stellar experience with parts department on a part for my luggage rack. Placed the order with Don Clark. Parts arrived next day. This morning I found a screw in a back tire. I stopped into 2 tire shops that could not get me in for 2 hours. We bought our Terrain from Clift a few years back. I took a chance, pulled in and asked about possible service...these great folks fixed me up and got me on the road in 10 minutes! Thank you all so much!
I cant say enough great things about your team. Carl and Patty were fantastic. They really wanted to help us get into the vehicle we wanted. We have been leasing and purchasing new vehicles for the last 25 years and this was by far our best experience. We already referred a family member and will tell everyone we know to go see the excellent team at Clift.
This is the second vehicle we purchased from Clift. Like the first vehicle, we are very pleased with the service we received from the Clift team. Our sales person, Steve Cagle, was wonderful. He took the time to answer all my questions and was more than happy to talk through all my vehicle comparisons. I would definitely want to work with him for any future purchases. In addition, when I showed up to the showroom (almost at closing time) with my wife to test drive a Buick Encore on Steves day off - the rest of the staff was very helpful in finding a car to drive and stayed until she was satisfied. Mr. Clift has a wonderful team that he should be proud of.

They have always been nice and thorough with my Acadia. I was suprised how inexpensive oil changes are and it comes with a car wash too. I definitely appreciate how nice they are pulling up my vehicle for pick up. It really helps when our preschooler runs everywhere. Our last visit a lovely lady even started it to get it warm.
Bought my used car there over a year ago and it still runs amazing. I bought used cars from other places that have scammed me and sold me junk cars... But not this place! Awesome customer service too, Ben was the salesman I had, he spent a lot of time answering any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back when I pay off my loan to upgrade!
The staff that we dealt with at Clift Buick GMC were all extremely professional and friendly. Our salesperson; Jessi Renfer, was easy to work with and made our buying experience positive. Upon driving the vehicle home (about 50 minutes from the dealership) I found that the drivers side heated seat was not working. I emailed Jessi the following day and she was able to set up for me to bring the vehicle back for service the following week and supply me with a courtesy vehicle to use. I was not able to get the vehicle there until end of day on Monday due to my work schedule, so the service department was not able to diagnose the issue until Tuesday. They had to order a part in to complete the repair. The repairs were completed on Wednesday and I was able to pick up my vehicle towards the end of the day. The service department kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and what to expect. I am very happy with the service I received all around and will definitely visit Clift Buick GMC in the future.

Troubling experience at Clift. Took my car in to have them look at a rattling noise in the exhaust. They couldn’t find the source of the noise, but told me to replace the catalytic converter. Took it to Midas where my exhaust is under warranty—they tightened a clamp for free and the noise went away. Clift mechanics had my car for two days and didn’t notice a lose clamp, but would have been happy to charge me $800 for a seemingly unnecessary repair. I bought my car at Clift, and figured they wouldn’t try and scam me—I’m not saying they did, but I won’t take my car there for service again.
I had the privilege of test driving a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe last week. This is my first time buying a car thats not a cheap piece of junk so going into the dealership I felt out of my league. The facilities are really spiffy, they even had Starbucks coffee on tap! I met with Ben Perez who was super nice and I felt immediately at ease. He answered all my questions and cracked a joke or two with me and took me for a well rounded test drive. The vehicle was definitely solid, everything looked great and it ran like a champ. After the test drive he gave me a printout of all the car info for me to take to the bank for a loan. He didnt put on unnecessary pressure about buying the car that day, which is something I really appreciated seeing as the whole car buying experience is stressful enough. Unfortunately I totally overestimated my budget and couldnt afford the car... I do know if I had been able to purchase that car it would have been a decision I could be proud of. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Going through my voicemails today and came across one from Mike White regarding a truck I was considering purchasing back in 2018 after my vehicle was totaled by a hurricane in NC. Due to a misunderstanding regarding price (out the door price vs. sale price), I decided to leave the deal. Prior to making any form of commitment to purchasing the vehicle, he had a spray bed liner put in as I said I wanted one IF I purchased the vehicle (absolutely should have been done after the purchase was finalized, in my opinion). Well, because of the $400 bed liner that was put in, this man called me multiple times a day, left voicemails, said that as a military member I should stand by my word (I never agreed to buy the vehicle at the price he stated when I chose to walk away), and asked me to pay for half of the bed liner for a truck I wasn’t even purchasing. Who would agree to that?! I would under no circumstances ever do business with Mike White again, especially not a $30,000 purchase like the one I was about to make.
Over priced, drive to a bigger city for a better deal in my opinion. While standing on the lot I checked KBB for the used make and model they had in stock and it was over priced by a few grand. I understand that they need to make money but they dont need to make that much off a single used car.
Ben Perez was extremely helpful pointing our vehicles which matched my budget. He explained the difference in the options on each vehicle I was interested in and the best deal for me. A problem with the birthdate on the GM employee discount(fault on my side), he was patient with.I work two jobs with very little free time. He worked around my schedule which included several visits. He was polite and very friendly each time.I have purchased from Clift before but never with a repeat salesperson.I definitely will return to Ben for my next vehicle.
My experience with Clift Buick was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Mark Hartley was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I truly appreciated his transparency in providing me the best offer he could from the very beginning of our interaction. There are three other Buick dealerships closer to where I live and I still chose to drive the 45 miles to Clift because of the way that Mark treated me and the fact that they gave me the best offer the first time. I will definitely refer others to your dealership in the future!
Even though we leased our vehicle at Suburban of Clinton, we were so welcomed by the team their at Clift. When our lease is up, we plan on going back to Clift for our new car. I met a salesman who worked with our son-in-law 20+ years ago - Jesse, so he is who we will work with in the future. Loved the break area and ran into people that I hadnt seen in years. Jesse got me a bottle of water when I asked if there was a vending machine where I could buy one. :) I love that they washed my very dirty vehicle and even vacuumed the inside. Great dealership. As a first time car buyer, I was bit nervous about the whole process. But working with Clift, and Mark Hartley in particular, made it easy. Mark was knowledgeable about my options, without being pushy; explained everything in perfect detail; and happily answered my many questions. He also went above and beyond to help me work through some unusual circumstances. I felt like he wasnt trying to make a sale, he was helping me buy a car. And, it was a success! I love my new GMC Terrain, and will absolutely encourage others to go to Clift Buick GMC.
We had a wonderful experience with Clift Buick-Pontiac. From our very first phone call we experienced a friendly, family - like atmosphere. Once we arrived the helpful staff continued to make purchasing a car stress free. Ben showed us through the service area and other areas of the dealership where everyone was informative and knowledgeable. It wasnt the location that sold us the vehicle we bought, it was the staff.
We bought a used Ford Explorer from them. After about 3k miles we noticed that the rear wheel bearings were bad. We took it back to have them look at it, to find out they were bad. They replaced them at no cost to us. They also noticed it needed a alignment and they also did that at no cost. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!!
I bought my car at Clift Buick GMC a few years ago and overall is has been an awesome experience. The Sales Department was very professional, the Service Department has been very diligent every time I come in to have an oil change, the Body Shop was outstanding and organized with an appraisal they provided for me and even the Internet Department has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had inquiries about some vehicles online and Vera Alvarez and her team has given me a proper follow up. I am not ready to change my vehicle yet but once in a while I like to request information online to know more about potential options. Overall they are awesome!
I highly recommend Clift to anyone in the area in the market for a new or Pre-owned vehicle. Patric Huff and Mike White will work hard to get the best deal possible. The most honest and transparent dealership I have ever dealt with. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.
I bought the car my dreams at Clift Buick GMC a 2007 Saturn Sky. The check engine light came on a few times and the service staff working with me was Jay and my sales person Todd were very attentive and helpful. They made sure I understand everything that was going on with my car and completed the service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Clift Buick GMC as a dealership that is serious about customer satisfaction!
Service was fabulous, I was travelling for work from the UP when my change oil light came on. After work I entered the dealership around 4:00 pm expecting that they would have to schedule something for the next day but Josh (I think that was his name) asked if I was able to wait as they had a few cars ahead of me, I said yes, he took great care of me, showed me to the waiting room and explained it might be about 45 minutes to an hour before they get to my car. Because I did not want to drive over 400 miles without this oil change, I decided to wait. Josh took awesome care of me, changed my wiper blades, and even checked and saw that my oil change was free because I purchased the car under the pre-certified program and I would also be getting detailing for free. I took advantage of their waiting room work space and used their wi-fi to email and get some work done, I left the dealership at 5:45 with a clean car! Everyone was friendly and very helpful and I was well taken care of, which made my husband over 400 miles away very happy to know!
We found a car that we really liked, our only problem was a very heavy smoke smell. I mentioned it during the test drive and when the car went to be cleaned for us to take it, they ignored the smell. I mentioned it on a follow up call, never herd back, then I had to call again. Unfortunately I was not happy with their offer of resolution. We will take care of the smell on our own. Very disappointing that they didnt correct the issue when they prepped the car to be sold or again when they prepped it for us. They had two chances to correct a problem and they either didnt try or did a poor job.
I am giving Patty 5 stars, she is awesome, she helped me to get the car I needed, she changed my feelings about this dealership, she is awesome at her job and went above and beyond for me, I love the Buick Lacrosse that she helped me purchase. Tony and I hit it off right away. We talked cars and trucks and sympathized regarding my vehicle that self destructed and went for a test drive. Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and while we were talking about the features of the Explorer Sport I was test driving we enjoyed the ride. Very smooth. Excellent experience, would recommend Tony if your going to buy or lease a vehicle.
I went to Clift with my grandma looking for a new vehicle for her. We worked with Andrew and received outstanding service. They had a car that met my desires at a price I could accept. I had made up my mind I wanted a GMC Terrain. Most of the ones I was on lots had solid black interiors which I could not accept. Clift had the one I bought listed on Autotrader with light interior at an attractive price. The interior color was the major reason I traveled well over and hour to make the purchase.They were friendly and stayed nearly and hour past closing time to compete the transaction.
I worked with Ben Perez and he helped me schedule my Chevy Cruze with the service department. I hit a pothole and didnt realize that I damaged both right side wheels. The service department worked with the parts department and ordered the wheels for my vehicle, which arrived the following day. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Ben arranged for my vehicle repairs to be completed in a timely manner. I was able to drop off my car in the morning and was taken by the dealership shuttle to my work location. I arrived on time and at the end of the day I was picked up and brought back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.Thank you Ben Perez and the Clift Dealership. I had a wonderful experience. I came in just with the plan to look at some vehicles and came out with the vehicle I wanted. I felt very comfortable and felt like they knew exactly what I wanted. I purchased a used truck from them in May 2016. I got to see the truck as soon as it hit the lot and had not even been cleaned up. I asked that they install mud flaps and a bed liner and the salesman agreed. When I went to get the truck the bed liner was in and instead of a nice spray on liner like you would expect, they installed the flimsiest thing they could find. Plus the mud flaps were still not on it at this point. Since my salesman was on vacation I didnt bother him that day. When I contacted him to ask him about it he said they always use the factory GM bed liner. I told him how terrible it looked (it is bubbled up in at least 3 places and one of them is on the front next to the window where everyone can see it!) and that I wouldnt expect them to put something that looked this bad on a piece of trash truck so I definitely dont expect it on a $40,000 truck! When I asked if they would give me the price of that bed liner toward me purchasing my own spray in liner the reply was No. When I went in and showed the manager his reply was that they would install the mud flaps for me. The mud flaps were already being added and he tried to make it sound like I was getting something so he didnt have to do anything about this hideous looking bed liner. Its bad enough that the manager had just told me that he wanted me to be happy and refer my family and friends... I cant believe he had the audacity to insult my intelligence 5 minutes later by telling me they will install the mud flaps for me, which were already promised AND in writing! Not only will I not be referring my friends and family to them, I will warn all of them to stay away! Im not a pushy person who asks for the world, I simply dont believe putting a crappy looking product in someones recently purchased vehicle and skirting your way around having to fix it is a pretty bad way to do business and it lost them at least one customer!!
BUYER BEWARE! Be positive that you intend to purchase a car from this company when they insist you put down a minimum $500 deposit because if you cant reach an agreement, they will keep your deposit! We learned this the hard way. We were truly interested in purchasing a car from them and to show them good faith on our end, we put down the required $500 deposit on a car to hold it until we could return to negotiate a deal because we were not able to on the day we viewed the car due to time constraints from prior commitments. We could not reach an agreement on the price so we decided not to purchase the car. They however refused to refund our deposit so now we are out $500. I felt like they were using the fact that they were not refunding our deposit as a means to bully us into purchasing the car at their price. It was a difficult decision but we finally opted to leave and lose our deposit rather than be pressured into purchasing the car at a price we did not agree with. We have placed deposits down on other cars in the past to show our good faith and never have any other car dealership refused to refund our deposit. I find it bad business that a company would disrespect the concept of customer service just to make money. Sadly we will never do business with this company ever again and this will most likely cost them the loyal business that other friends and family have given this company over the last several years. We felt it necessary to forewarn other trusting potential customers of this companys business practices so that they dont find themselves in a situation like ours.
I purchased a certified truck from Mitch at Clift all the way from Kentucky. The correspondence along the way was extremely professional. I had a lot of risk driving 5 hours and had a trade in, but they more than delivered on every promise. When I arrived I was treated well by everyone from the sales staff, a janitor, the detailers and the owner himself. Mitch was specifically a great person to work with, he actually took pictures of areas on the truck he felt were significant enough to mention and show me before I traveled up there. When I was there in person I could barely see the few areas he mentioned. This was the old school shopping experience, where people looked you in the eye and didnt rush you. I would tell anyone willing to listen about this very positive experience.
Always great service, I have been a customer for years so most staff know me by name. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about their customers experience and the follow up calls are just one way they make sure visit went well. This business is top notch in customer service!!
I took my Cadillac in for an oil change and got a free tire rotation and they washed my car and vacuumed the inside. Thoroughly impressed with the service I received for the price that I paid. Clift Buick will be the only place I take my vehicles to. Thank you Clift!
My experience at Clift was great. I have been to the dealership a few times with hopes of being able to purchase, I talked to Steve Cagle, but was not ready to buy. Once I knew I was ready and found the car I wanted, I knew exactly who I wanted to deal with. He was very polite, he didnt try to push me into a car he wanted me to buy, it was completely up to me. He showed me exactly what I needed to do when I came in to get regular maintenance, he even spend 5 - 10 minutes with me going over my new vehicle, making sure I understood all the bells and whistles. I will recommend Clift to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle, stress free.Thank you again, Steve!
The last time I was there I had to go back to have them fix a filter they put in wrong and was making a humming noise when my air or heat was on and this last time they replaced two filters and yet again it’s making the same humming noise so I get to go back and have them fix it. Never going back again I’ll go else where that can put filters in correctly

My family and myself have been customers with Clift for over 30 years. My dad bought his first GMC there when I was 13. Iam now 48. I go back, because I know that through it all, Gary and his wonderful staff will take care of me.As a matter of fact I bought a 2014 equinox there last week, and took it back to the shop for some touchs I know will be taken care of because thats the kind of people your dealing with at Clift. They want your car right, just as much as you do, and are willing to go that extra, to make sure it happens.Yes, times and faces change, but there are always smiles to greet you, and want to make sure, you well taken care of.
Purchased a 2014 Buick Regal Turbo . Got a super deal. When I first looked at the car I thought he pulled a new one out trying to pressure me in into buying a new one. This Regal is so clean my friends also thought is was a new car. The price had been reduced for a sleepover they were having. When he pulled a sheet on it from the internet the price was yet another $2000.00+ lower for a internet sale the dealer was running. So being a GM retiree and knowing much about the Regal I told my sales rep SOLD. Yes Im I do receive the GM discount on new vehicles but this unit is so clean, low miles if I didnt buy on the spot , it would have been gone the same day. Clift Buick GMC is a great dealership with a great staff.

Todd W. in finance, drove my new vehicle to my place of employment, went over all details of my purchase, AND drove my old vehicle back where they will handle the lease end! After an at-home oil change went awry my vehicle was in need of emergency servicing. Josh Feltman was able to get my vehicle in for immediate service, without an appointment, and acquired a loaner vehicle to use during my wait. The quick response and courtsey vehicle allowed me to continue on with my errands for the day with peace of mind, knowing my vehicle was being tended to. Great service, excellent customer care.

I sure am Glad I drove an hour and a half there just to be told the vehicle I was interested in was sold the day before. I even called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was there. Dont tell someone to come on down if you dont have it there anymore or anything similar. Sounds like a dealership scam to me or someone does not know what they are doing. Never Recommending anyone to this dealer. Total BS
I recently visited Clifts for service and as usual was treated with professionalism and courteousy.Josh Feltman noticed me waiting in the waiting area and inquired as to why I had stopped in.After finding out that I would be there a while he offered to arrange for a loaner for me.I was able to go on about my business.Upon leaving the dealership Josh informed me that in the future I should let him know a head of time and he would help me get scheduled and arrange transportation to be ready for me when I arrived.Another pleasant experience from Josh and the staff at Clifts.
Clift Buick GMC has the friendliest, most accomodating staff, that I have ever had the good fortune to work with. Mitch in sales, Rachel in finance, and Jay in service, all went out of their way to be extremely helpful when I only had 2 days to find a car. I have recommended them to anyone looking for a car. Definitely 5 stars!

Had my car in for a car/deer accident fix. Got it back and home, had to take it back because of paint over spray on both doors.Went back another time to adjust headlight tilt as one was facing the ground. Put it in storage, got it out and the headlights they put in (aftermarket ones) were both poor performing. They had dark spots on the road and one was 10 foot further down the road than the other. Not an adjustment issue but a poor headlight pattern.Guess thats what u get by putting $100 headlights in instead of original upgraded $500 ones. Per my request they ordered Original Equipment due to poor quality and safety hazard. Lights came in, i took the car back to put in, got the car back. When i got home i noticed the new headlight was all scratched up so had to take back to show the body shop.. Maybe from the manufacturer or the dealer? They ordered another replacement so i had to go back and forth again to leave car to fix.All in all, wouldnt return or recommend. Finding rides back and forth to the dealer and having to go back and forth to take car in several times, costing me time and lots of gas money in my car and for my friends. They need to look over their work much better before letting the car go out. Overall very friendly and eventually did fix all issues, just too much time going back and forth to make it right. Wouldnt recommend at all.
I want to say what a great experience I had with Josh Feltman. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He went out of his way to help me and was very friendly doing it.(I can be a little pushy)Josh made it a fun experience and I cant wait to do business with him in the future.

Unfortunately, when my wife went back, the manager was giving her a hard time for the bad review. No what can we do to make this right or apology for wasting her time. They werent interested in good customer service to get a good review but rather a guilt trip to have a review edited.They shouldnt need to worry about further reviews from this family as there are many other dealerships in the area that would appreciate our future business.
The most WORSE, RACIST, NON-PROFESSIONAL dealership I have ever been to in my LIFE!!!!!!I spoke (on the phone) 4 different times with a Mike White, (over the phone he was courteous, friendly, and overly willing to help and work with me) and explained I had $7,000 CASH & a trade-in worth $1,000 but I was looking at another dealership as well. This RACIST IDIOT asked what he could do so that he could get the sale. Stated he would drop the price ($6,000 cash), I explained in DETAIL I didnt want to make an unnecessary trip... If he couldnt GUARANTEE that what I was bringing was enough I would take my business elsewhere. He GUARANTEED yet AGAIN!!!!I got there and his WHOLE STORY & GUARANTEE CHANGED!!!I guess I didnt look the way I sounded on the phone and he MADE SURE TO SHOW IT!!! Not only did he NOT keep his word, but he was unapologetic about it!! He wasted my time, gas, mileage and told me Oh, well. Theres nothing I can do... You need MORE money! (for a $8,000 vehicle)If your WHITE then this would more than likely be a Paradise dealership for you. But if you are any other ethnicity OTHER THAN WHITE; STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY from this dealership!!!I even spoke to the OWNER regarding how I was treated by Mike White, and he told me that maybe I need to just go to whatever other dealership I was going to go to before, because they cant do ANYTHING FOR ME!!!! WOW!!!

2022-07-13I brought my Acadia in for a 13000 mile service yesterday. The service rep, i believe her name was Beth, said that they would fix a rear wheel alignment problem for $89. This problem was noted on the vehicles first and second service at which time I was told by the service person at the time it was very minor and was probably caused by being secured during shipping to the dealer. He also said that it would be covered free of charge since the vehicle was new and most likely was delivered that way. When I went to make an appointment he said because it was so minor that they would just keep an eye on it. That was also relayed to me at the second service. Im not paying $89 for something that should be covered and was told there would be no charge.

2022-05-13I was working on selling my vehicle to them and they cancelled 3 hours before meeting. It’s not a big deal that they didn’t want my vehicle. However, I sent my information, rearranged my schedule, and got everything in order to sell my vehicle. They should have not even inquired about my vehicle and gathered all information if they weren’t going to go through buying it. I didn’t reach out to them about buying my vehicle, they saw my listing and inquired about it.
