Remarkable level of knowledge, fair pricing and phenomenal people. We brought them a grandmother clock that had not operated in 30+ years. Eric had it completed in a couple of weeks. When we came to pick it up they spent unhurried time with us explaining how the clock works and how we are to maintain it. They are now our go-to people for all clock/watch repair. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Eric did a great job on my 45 yr old grandfather clock my brother sent to me when he was stationed in Germany. It has a lot of sentimental memories. He has it running like new! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained how to take care of the clock before he left and showed me things about the clock l never knew. Now it chimes right on the dot. Thank you Eric! I went to 3 or 4 different jewelry type stores. I couldnt find anyone who was capable of opening my fossil watch that my son gave me for my birthday last year. The man at this store replaced my battery,for me while I waited,I thought it would take all day. He was done in no time,and they charge the same as the other stores,also they gave me a complimentary clasp adjustment, my clasp would sometimes come apart. Now I know where to go to get a battery.The lady was nice and courteous,

Very good service got out one my watches on Wednesday.Iwanted to wear it on TG took it in on Wednesday at noon changed the battery while I waited and very reasonable on the price great place!
