Cloverly Village is NOT an apartment building. Cloverly Village is a 76 unit townhouse community. Cloverly Village LLC (The LLC) owns 19 of the units, the remaining 57 are owned by individual owners, most live in their homes, some live elsewhere. Nothing obvious distinguishes which houses are owned by individuals/families and which are owned by The LLC.Everyone here, owners & renters alike, are bound by the community bylaws. Unfortunately, the LLC is not doing a great job in communicating those rules to their tenants. For example, each 2-3 story house (these are not apartments) gets one private garage spot and one parking pass to park in the parking lot. There are enough spots for each house to get one spot. If you dont hang the tag, your car will get towed. The LLC is either not giving out tags or giving out fake duplicate tags. Or maybe if youre lucky, they give out one tag, but rent to 3-4 people each with cars - one of you gets the garage, one of you gets the parking tag, but two of you are screwed over. The LLC wont pay you back if your car gets towed for not having a tag.People are friendly to each other, wave, make small talk, etc. If you live courtyard side, be prepared for delivery people to get lost trying to find your place. If you live garage side, be prepared to get packages for your courtyard neighbors (please dont steal them). Otherwise, property management(different company from The LLC) just repainted the parking lot, and they just started a three year roof replacement project. The property management company maintains the landscaping and snow removal.

Jut okay. Places are great-management seems very slow to fix or do maintenance. Mowing is done too often, and other things are never done.
