Comment: Just wanted to give a shoutout to Club Sportiva. I’ve been doing their Private track events for the past few years at Buttonwillow. I have to say it’s the best experience ever at any track event. The trip starts off with everyone meeting at Club Sportiva in San Jose area then caravanning down to Harris Ranch for a great time at dinner. This is an event I look forward to twice a year.Thank you to everyone at Club Sportiva for putting this event together for us.

He’s gotten his car detailed a few times, and it’s been good, but this last time, it was exceptional.Evan did the detail this time, and when pulling up to pick up the car, you can see the shine from a distance. Even the inside was shining! If you need a good detail for your vehicle, ask for Evan.

Comment: I attended my companies holiday party at Club Sportiva and it was an amazing venue. The coordination of the event was flawless and the exotic cars were great! We had poker tables and a full casino set up, which was a lot of fun. Highly recommended for any parties, events or company off-sites. I will push my manager to hold the party there next year!

Comment: Be warned if you Attempt to use this company. The owner sia promised me a great tour and ended up with nothing but lies. No where in the contract does it say due to weather the trip will be canceled and no refund will be issued. I was charged $500 for a trip that this company cancelled on me. The owner said he will not issue a refund, only he will give me a discount on a future trip. How unprofessional can one company be ??? Most of these reviews must be fake..

Or is it Rear Wheel Series? or Maybe both?This past weekend, I decided to spend 13k points and see what the hype was about with this 1 of 999 Rear Wheel Series Audi R8. Audi is known for its Quattro AWD cars that are supposed to deliver unparalleled handling and performance, so why shy away from that and build a 2 wheel drive car?I showed up at the clubhouse on Friday evening, the day before heading to the BlancPain races at Sonoma Raceway. Anthony spent a few minutes with me inside the car to give me a quick tutorial of how to operate this technical yet simple marvel and it was off to the races I went (no pun intended).As I left the clubhouse for my initial drive Sat morning, I had the car in Comfort Mode the ride was quiet, smooth shifting and just really comfortable. I forgot I was driving a monster exotic supercar. However, when I clicked the drive select button on the steering wheel 2 times to Dynamic, I now had a monster on my hands... yes.. A MONSTER. The Audi R8 RWS is a complete Dr Jeckyl & Mr. Hyde car. it can be as smooth, comfortable, and quiet as a luxury sedan, or as monstrous, loud and aggressive as Mclaren/Lambo/Ferrari .. for the fraction of the price.Some of the highlights for me for this car:1. The steering. Immediately the steering felt so much lighter and without power being thrown at the front wheels, the RWS R8 turns with ease. It feels a little more at home for me. This cars handling reminded me so much of driving the Lamborhini Huracan 580/2, which is one of my favorite cars to drive.. but for a fraction of the price.2. The power. Does this car have a turbo?? because at 5k RPMs, theres a secondary push of power, almost like a power band has kicked in. the R8 just doesnt flatten out with power and just keeps pulling and pulling like a freight train. Downshift 1 click on the paddles, give it some throttle and its off to the races you go. 😜3. The sound... OH THE SWEET SOUND of a v10 behind your head. I love the way this car sounds. Especially in Dynamic mode4. Exclusitivity. No matter where you go, where you park or where you drive, people want to stop and ask about the car, take a picture and give thumbs up as your driving by. You really do feel special driving this machine.5. The price. Wait this car is almost 50k less than a standard R8 Quattro? DONE! WRAP IT UP! ILL TAKE IT!! for approx $150k your getting a car that should cost MORE than a Quattro R8.Overall, this could be the best bang for the buck when it comes to an exotic supercar. My drive home from Sonoma had me thinking what life would be like with one in my garage. It checks all the boxes for me of what I would want from a car. I highly highly highly recommend driving this Mr Hyde or Dr Jekyl car for a day or even a weekend. It could be one of the best out there.

Comment: This company charged my credit card before I even arrived to pick up the car. Then they told me I didn’t have acceptable insurance. They never refunded my money or tried to issue a credit for service I never received. Further more when I disputed the charge with my credit card company they lied and said that I had tried to call and cancel and reverted to there cancellation policy. This was in February and I haven’t received a credit or anything!!! I hope this company goes under. They do bad business. Don’t trust them they will gladly take you money. They stole almost 500 from me.

Our two tour guides took good care of us, including giving personalized instructions on each car, leading the drive, and being fun companions along the way.

Comment: Club Sportiva created a fantastic experience. The cars were in excellent condition, prepped and ready for the event. The staff was outstanding. Mike and Steve ran our event and both were very knowledgeable, friendly and just a lot of fun to spend the day with.Club Sportiva truly lets you experience the cars. This was NOT a tightly controlled cruise, but rather an exhilarating mostly self-paced drive where they would give the driver plenty of freedom and then regroup to switch cars. The roads in which they route you are mostly winding canyon roads, perfect for these cars.I highly recommend Club Sportiva and will be participating in another event sometime in the future. It is worth every penny. Great people, great cars and a great experience!

Comment: My wife and I had an amazing day on the Exotic Car Tour with Club Sportiva on Tuesday. Mike and Lewis did a wonderful job coordinating the day and guiding us on an epic and exhilarating tour of the Peninsula and South-bay back roads. The cars we drove: Ferrari F430, Ferrari California, Audi R8, Tesla Model S P85D, Lotus Elise, and Maserati. My two favorites were the Ferrari F430 and the Audi R8. I would highly recommend the exotic car tour and feel it was 100% worth the money.

Comment: Beautiful cars, beautiful weather and beautiful roads, my wife and I had a blast driving cars I can only dream about owning. The Club Sportiva crew was attentive and helpful, they also kept the pace quick, yet safe. While we didnt get to truly stretch the legs of the high performance machines (not really possible on open public roads anyway), we got to feel the power and hear the glorious noise each of the cars made.

Comment: I purchased the Exotic Car Sprint program at a discount in advance in order to sample the cool cars. I finally got to use it this summer. This particular program drive goes up Mt Hamilton, which is a very narrow, twisty road with bicyclists. Good for experiencing the size, shifting, and steering of these wonderful machines, but not so good for testing their power and cornering grip. With 5 or 6 cars and drivers, we switched rides every 5-10 miles, just enough to sample the cockpit ergonomics and controls.The cars we drove were Viper GTS, Porsche Cayman GTS, Nissan GTR, Ferrari 458, Lambo Gallardo, and Maserati Gran Turismo MC. They were all relatively late model except the Gallardo which was from 2006. There are other cars in their stable, including Mclaren 12C, F430, Tesla P85D, Lotus Elise, etc.With 6 drivers sharing the cars, it would have been nice to have a de-brief session afterwards where we could discuss our experiences.The Exotic Car Sprint is sort of like an appetizer. If you really want a full meal, to get a, better feel for these cars, I suggest you sign up for the full-day tour where you can spend much more time on more suitable roads. Of course, thats more expensive than the appetizer.

Each car had its own set of fun features and drove like a dream, a wild dream!My son-in-law and I shared the driving. Comment: I was one of 6 drivers rotating between: Nissan GT-R Black Edition, Ferrari 430, Audi R8 V10 convertible, Aston Martin Vantage V8 convertible, Porsche Cayman GTS, Mercedes SLS (?) Gullwing.Event is about 5 hours - 90 minutes of prep, testing, and paperwork and the rest is driving to Mt. Hamilton.The trip was fantastic - great opportunity to drive back-to-back to get a REAL immediate comparison of the car and the differences. My favorite was the Audi R8 V10 - plenty of power and top down always a plus for a convertible guy like me. Ill let you figure out the rest - dont want to spoil it for you.You do need to know how to drive a manual transmission (there is a test) so if you cant comfortably shift with a clutch (3 pedals for you paddle-shifter fans), this may be an issue as the Audi R8 is a full manual.

Comment: Although I have been a member of Club Sportiva for just over a year, it was only today that I really figured out what being a member means to me. I love cars (and have done ever since my Dad used to take me to watch Formula One races when I was growing up in England) and my all-time favorite is the Lamborghini Miura. So, now that I am retired I ought to have owned several exotic cars over the years, but the closest I will most likely get to that is the 2000 BMW M Roadster that my wife bought me several years ago, that I have no intention of replacing by anything else. Why?Our car requirements are driven by having a wife with a long commute, four children, a granddaughter, and relatives in England who visit us here in the Bay Area every year. So, when we went car shopping yesterday we came home with a Ford Flex (to replace our older Ford Flex), and a Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi. Exotic? Hardly! So do I long for a garage full of exotics? No, because by being a member of Club Sportiva I can drive cars with two to three times the power of my BMW anytime I want to, and with none of the cost involved with owning any of them. Ferrari? Yes. Lamborghini? Yes. Porsche? Yes. Even Godzilla. So, why would I even want to buy, when I can have these cars to drive WITHOUT buying.

Comment: I just did it with 2 other freinds last Tue (10/30, 20112). The grip was fantasitic. They didnt have the GTR as they origionally put on commercial, but they replaced it with a Ferrari 430 (or 360, i didnt know which because we drove both of them). So we had Ferrari, 430, 360, Lambo Gallardo, Porsche 911 turbro, Lotus Elise and Audi R8. So still a very strong combination (alghough deep inside I really want to drive GTR). Anyways, the trip went very well, the leading driver is kind in many ways, and willing to share his experiences. I dont know what to say about this trip other than once-a-life-time experience, the only thing I can hope for is they add more cars, and add more tours that we can choose. I can literaly go on this trip EVERY month. I am so willing to pay that much money on them.
