Comment: Super rude to say the least. At approximately 3:15pm 2/21/24 I called to see when theyll be able to get me in because I needed some work done on my 2019 Hino 258 flatbed. A gentleman said that he can get me but one of my parts need to be ordered which I understood and proceeded to tell him thats fine and Ill schedule to have the truck brought in and worked on asap. He mentioned that it will take approximately 5 days to come in which I was completely fine with. He said hell send the invoice for me to make a prepayment via email and I explained that as soon as I got homfrom driving that itll be paid so that we can get the process started l. He calls be back no more that 10 minutes later very irate and unprofessional claiming that I had already had another location scheduled to do the service on my truck (which was true) however I was going to call the other location prior to making the prepayment to purchase all the parts and only have them order the part I needed so I can get my truck fixed faster. He called accusing me of being a liar and told me I can tale my truck to Rush Truck Center and hung up in my face. Ill never do business with this Vista location. The fact that he had the nerve to call me making accusations without assessing the situation is his fault. Its mind boggling how a place will even allow their employees talk to customers like that. They must lose so much business because of people like him.PS I actually called Rush Truck Center and theyll be taking care of me tomorrow. Thanks for the recommendation sir

Comment: I bought a new truck with used box and they send us pictures for the box inside out, and it was perfect. I bought the truck on April 27th and received the truck, which it was delayed 1 month from what we agreed on, inside the box was damaged. and since April 27th until now I still didnt receive the license plate for the truck. At the company, they said it was delayed because of COVID-19. when I called after a while they said it was sent to me, but I have never received it. lately, Ive been calling them and the lady who answered me said that the plate will cost me more money. its been over 6 months now and Im still trying to get this done. It is one of my worst experience in buying a truck.
