Comment: Henry provided the best service. Real-time communication and delivered my vehicle to my front door on time (several hours early). Although they were a few hundred dollars more expensive compared to other bids, you get what you pay for and I will absolutely use them again. Thank you.

Comment: Henry was an absolute nightmare to deal with and ended up canceling my transport because he felt like I was “questioning him”. I did ask questions lol but I thought one could do that as a customer. I thought if they got my car to my destination safely, the customer service wouldn’t matter, but it was beyond customer service. Comment: I give both Henry and the trucker Alex a perfect score. First time shipping a high dollar exotic car across the country. I called Henry Friday afternoon. (Yes they do take calls!) He worked late into Friday night to get me a driver with the right insurance and trailer. Car got picked up Saturday afternoon and arrived here in CA Thursday morning in perfect condition. Couldn’t ask for a better transaction!

Comment: After another carrier (roadrunner avoid them at all costs) ghosted me for me car shipment Henry worked late making sure he could get my car picked up and shipped the next day. Super good communication and awesome service. 10/10 would recommend.

Comment: I had a really enjoyable experience with the actual drivers which is why Im giving 2 stars. But Henry was so rude to me when the driver wanted to pick up my car a day earlier than we agreed to. I called him to see if he could help because I wasnt ready a day earlier and he just went left on me about it not being a big deal because its only one day and that I can just uber around. I wasnt aware this company reimbursed for ubers.... When I pointed out the earliest available date I had in writing from him he pretty much hung up on me. This was my second time using this company but after that horrible customer service, I can no longer use or recommend it. Just find another broker or book through a driver directly.

Comment: Love this company! I used them for the first time to ship my car from CA to GA. I spoke with Shawn who was able to help me get everything set up for my car to be shipped. He was very transparent with the pricing and helpful with everything from start to finish. They dont have many reviews on here but Yelp and Transport Reviews can defintely vouch for them and their excellent service.

Comment: Shawn did a great job coordinating and scheduling our pick up from Lynnwood, WA to College Station Texas. Shawn was on top of everything, follow ups to give you peace of mind. I was able to talk to the owner of the company too when I called in to confirm my schedule pick up. Fantastic Customer Service and communication. Our Driver Alexandra was the Best and he’s local from Spokane. Price was right, we booked for an open carrier, our car ended up in a closed carrier. I’m giving 5🌟 Service!!

Comment: Coastal Car Transport was efficient and so easy to use! I needed to ship my car quickly after having wasted months of back and forth with other companies, and within about a day of contacting Shawn, my car was scheduled for pickup at a very reasonable (and competitive) price. Both Shawn from Coastal Car Transport and the carrier were communicative and incredibly easy to get in contact with throughout the entire process. Although the shipment was slightly delayed, they were able to ship it from San Francisco, CA to Boston, MA in 11 days with no damage! If I need to ship my car again, I will definitely choose Coastal Car Transport.

Comment: This company has good reviews so I inquired about shipping my car to Honolulu. The first person I spoke to on the phone interrupted me less than 30 seconds into my speaking. The second person who is responsible for the Hawaii route had a rude, condescending attitude. This company ships with Matson- so why involve another company- just ship direct with Matson.

Comment: This company was very professional. The driver arrived on time to pick up the car. He drove from New Jersey to Louisiana in 18-19 hours and delivered the car early. They stayed in contact with us throughout the transport process. I would definitely use them again. And if you are thinking of using them to transport your vehicle, two words DO IT. They are great.
