Comment: After reading some of the negative reviews, Im compelled to write my own review. I feel many here are treating this store unfairly. 2.5 stars? Not even! Being a maintenance mechanic for a local construction company, I deal with Coastlines Oxnard store regularly, particularly its Service and Parts departments. I have always found Coastline Oxnard to be well-managed, professional, fair and helpful. The techs and managers in Service are personable and extremely knowledgeable. John and Jason work really hard to keep their customers happy. The same goes for Fabien, Larry and all the other good guys in Parts. I say judge for yourself. Give the location a chance to earn your business. To those dissatisfied with this location: First consider your conduct and expectations before being so critical here.Chris

Comment: I didnt have an experience with the company but the driver of the truck was texting while driving and going half the speed limit. Sets a bad taste for the company.

Comment: Zero stars . The woman answering the phone was cold and completely rude. The man who answered my inquiry was equally unfriendly and seemed bothered by my questions. Ill take my business elsewhere.
