This has got to be the worse place Ive ever picked up from I got here at 930 am for a 12 pm pickup of course the made me sit even while they only had 3 trucks to work on safe to say its 12 pm now an I still havent been put in a dock this plant manager an load logistics manager should kill themselves!!!! Pepsi better anyway Lmmfao
Takes forever to load. I am the only truck on the street and dont know when Ill get called in. This Coca Cola plant is located in one of the most rundown areas Ive ever seen a business located. This entire area of Detroit is chock full of shut down businesses and tons of abandoned boarded up houses. In fact, the side walls of Coca Cola and the business across the street from it have 8-9 foot high walls, barbed wire fencing, and other things to deter crime. Im really surprised that Coke is located here. Either they are really dumb to have built in a crime infested area, or at one time, this was a vibrant, safe area to have a business. Very, very sad.PS:. Keep your doors locked, keep your wallet hidden in the truck--dont carry it on you, and watch your surroundings, especially at night.
Was one hour late due to another receivers slowness so I get stuck here from 1430 until its now 2200 still not loaded
Have not been happy with service that is provided with this company. We have called multiple times since 2/11/19 to have the stock replenished. Still waiting....Would not recommend vending services from Coke to anyone.
Loading and unloading takes forever, lazy ppl, receiving department lazy. The lady busy with her phone and doesn’t care if its gonna take you the whole day to load or unload. Worst place to to load or unload
Worst Experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not get a vending machine from them, it is pointless. They will not refill any Coca-Cola products - we have had a vending machine that has been empty for several months now. I made a direct complaint several times with the manager with no solution. Horrible customer service.

If you get bad bottles, they wont refund you even of theyre flat. Kinda sucks when you have a lot of them bought, and they are all bad. Im going to pepsi at this point.
Slow place to get loaded.Shipping personnels just jokes around in there.

2019-07-25Attention truck drivers. Directions from 94 take exit 212 to Livernois Ave, then turn right on Warren Ave, then turn right on Wesson Str and park on right side. Then walk with paperwork to the gate because if you go right away they will turn you around if 2 trucks are in line. The load is heavy but its good on the axles.

2020-06-19Dont even think about coming here to do any sort of business. Not for a pickup, delivery, nothing. Got here at 11:30 on time for my appointment and it wasnt until 20:00 that I finally got a door. And now Im expecting a couple of hours until they even start to get me offloaded.

2020-01-07Easy access to the company from I-94. But receiving and shipping is slow same as all Coca-Cola companies. What else you can expect ?!! Honestly they don’t give f**** about your time. They take their time to unload you. Even tho you help them to move around states their products.Security was pilot and helpful

2020-07-02Have been here 7 or 8 times and the place becomes more and more unorganized. Overbooking is a major problem. 2and issue is that there is NO legal parking in the area. Getting into their docks is like working a maze. Their equipment literally takes up the place. They need a holding area for incoming trucks and then they should have a yard jockey take the trailers in for loading.

2020-07-30I am only writing about the maintenance department. I would avoid it at all cost. The management that is in place is the worst I have ever worked with in my 20 years in the industry. I was immediately warned of how management treated new hires. I tried to outlast the last new hire who quit a week in. After the 2nd week the management that had no idea of how anything worked, argued with me about equipment that he didnt know how to operate (he didnt know that I worked for a similar company manufacturing the exact piece of equipment for 10 years). After I called him out on not knowing the operation, he told me he didnt need to know how to run it and continued to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about. The actual maintenance team was great & was helping with me the difference of this company compared to the last company I worked for. Until they get new management they will not be able to have any new hires who will complete 90 days.

2017-03-23I wait by the check in window for drivers for 20 min while the office people are on their phones going on Facebook and texting completely ignoring me. When I say something they call me impatient and tell me to sit down. Welcome to Union work environment. 0/10 rating definitely dont want to come back here again.

2019-12-12Attention drivers!!!! Long long long wait !!!!Try to avoid this beautiful warehouse and such a nice city.They dont let u park inside,so u gonna park across the street.Be advice that after midnight u gonna see a lot of nice people walking around your truck))

2017-09-22No left turn on Wesson St.Bad shipper.The load wasnt wrapped enough. Front stacks had a space to a wall.Even if you drive smoothly be ready to restock thousands of bottles yourself. And Im not the only one.The Receiver says its often from this shipper. Always Cocacola!!
