Coco Loco in other cities:
Went there for my wifes birthday. After the meal, I asked for the birthday ice cream and birthday song. Instead of a song they come out with a spoon full of whip cream, they spin it around her mouth then put it on her nose. Ha ha very funny. We paid well over 100 dollars for 4 adults and 2 children. I thought this was very disrespectful. I will not be back for my birthday!
Definitely worth. It was super yummy.Portion size was incredibly sufficient. The shrimp fajitas were delicious and the veggies where cut into large sizes which pleases the pallet and belly without necessarily over eating.Super full though. I ate an entire chicken cheese quesedilla. The chicken cheese quesedilla was different than any others I have had. It was super simple and really good. The flavor and pulled chicken in the quesedilla was excellent.Thats a large tray leftover from the fajitas portion size in the picture. Thanks for the super yummy food.
Food has always been good, but is a little expensive. At least the portion sizes are generous relative to the price. Im not huge on tequila but I tried a strawberry margarita and fell in love. Pictured here is the enchiladas supremas - 1 cheese, 1 bean, 1 chicken, 1 beef.
We stopped in for take out and found the atmosphere so festive, we decided to eat in. the service was great by Teresa, who was happy and attentive. But the food is what we choose to return for, it was so delicious. thank you for making our Friday night even better. 😋😆👍
My boyfriend and I come here often. Normally food and staff are great. Went there tonight and was not satisfied. Food was good, hostess was very friendly as well. However, our server Lucia was not impressive. She was not friendly at all. We were not even sat down before asking us our drink order. Once we got our food she never once came back to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. We each ordered a beer and she never asked if we needed another. Will be back but will be asking for a different server.
Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was decorated to resemble a Mexican cantina with murals of Mexican celebrations on the wall which made for a pleasant dinning atmosphere. The food was of excellent quality with sizable portions. Would definitely eat here again and try other menu items.
Portions were generous. Making the price point worth it. Excellent service. Our waiter was very attentive and anticipated our every need. He even knew our fajita dish for 2 was large and offered to set us at a larger table. All four of us in the party could have shared this dish!. Definitely recommend this place. Gray atmosphere and wasnt crowded on a Saturday night about 7
Our servicer tonight was Fabi, he was so sweet and his sevice was excellent!! Our food as always was amazing. Kitchen staff on point, wish i could run in and give chef kisses to all! My husband and I are from Texas so to have a place like Coco Loco is a lil piece of home for us.
The service was good. The food was hot, was plentiful and was pleasing to the eye and tasty. I had the Tostada Dinner. They were loaded with yumminess! (See photo below) There was one issue that wasnt good. When I unwrapped my silverware my fork had something nasty stuck to it. Yuck! Also, I recommend sitting in the bar area when coming to this restaurant if you dont like listening to all the kids yelling over in the new game area they have there. You cant hear it from the bar area. However, the Spanish music and all the televisions are a bit distracting and dont really need to be there, but I found it to be much better than listening to screaming children while Im eating. The bathrooms were clean and the food was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to others as a place to go for authentic Mexican cuisine.
We didnt get to eat or even sit down yet there were empty tables. When we arrived we were told 5 to 10 minute wait then shortly it changed to 1/2 hour. We asked why and were told it was because the kitchen staff was behind. We asked if we could be seated and get drinks and we didnt care if we had to wait a while to order food. They said the servers couldnt keep up and we suggested we could get our own drinks from the bar. We were told we could not be seated. A manager came to tell us the same. We left because it was ridiculous that there were 3 people at the hostess table doing nothing. Well one was checking menus...We could see people in the kitchen standing around. There was a whole room of tables unoccupied as well of multiple tables in the main part of the restaurant.
I would have gave 5 stars if the new waitress wouldnt have handed me a steaming hot plate that burned my right and left thumb and my right and left index finger. But the manager took care of our whole meal plus dessert! The food was delicious! I would definitely go back, but never touch the plate again! WARNING..PLATES ARE HOT🔥
My friend and I enjoyed a meal here today. She ordered seafood nachos, which were not on the menu, but said they would have been much better if they would have had green pepper and tomatoes. The medium frozen margarita was outstanding!! Service was awesome as well. We are both very happy!
I went here during lunch and got the lunch special #2. It was so much food that I wasnt able to finish it all. Especially with all the chips and salsa that they brought before that. My friends again did the love guacamole and that was fun to watch. I dont personally like avocados, but I appreciate the amount of work that went into making some personalized guacamole. It was good.I cant believe I got out of there so cheaply as I did for such good food. It was ridiculous.
Really wanted to like this place. Was willing to pay for a nice atmosphere and good food. The average price for a dinner is $14 and the food is below average with low quality ingredients. As far as some thinking this is authentic, its about a step above taco bell and a step below qdoba. Definitely not authentic in our book. Was sick from about an hour after leaving here and throughout the night. Type of place you wana support but wish they would make it worth the while. Guess these kind of sit down restaurants will just keep fading away and be replaced by fast casual.
Torn on this one. My husband said it was the best Mexican food hed ever had, my kids also seemed to enjoy it. I did not love my fajitas. They were good, not the worst Id ever had. But not the best, either. Just a bit bland, imo. My favorite place (were from Indiana, just here on vacation so nowhere local) marinades their mixture and so its got next level flavor and this just seemed like meat and veggies thrown together. Which is still good! The flour tortillas were amazing, though!!! Best Ive ever had. They had a handmade flavor, no idea how they did it.
If a Mexican restaurant has horrible salsa and okay chips to START with...It didnt get ANY better with the guac and queso we paid for THINKING it MIGHT get better.Dont even get me started on our entrées... worst 70 bucks EVER spent at a restaurant for me and Ive eaten ALL OVER the WORLD!
Listen to me. Just, hear me out this. You go to Coco Loco. You dont even need to look at the menu. You order the fajita nachos. You eat the fajita nachos. You can now die happy.Im sure lots of their other food is good. Their complimentary chips and salsa is a great appetizer on its own. But Ive never gotten anything BUT the fajita nachos. I dont go here often enough to say, Mmm, no, Ill try something else tonight. No. I want the fajita nachos. They are my Klondike Bar, and I will do anything for them. I can eat a full order by myself even though a full order is PLENTY for two people. I just cannot stop eating them when they are in front of me.Also, they have the prettiest bathrooms Ive ever been in.ALSO, check out this girl on the table I was sat at. Super bad ass chick, 10/10, would look like a Kill Bill character again.
So I took my family here that was in town yesterday. And the staff was great, but the cooking was low in my opinion. I ordered tamale dinner and the only thing that was warm was the plate itself. They were cold and not even warm. The carne asada tacos were great and hot. The taco salad bowl was low standard. Extremely light meat and way to much sour cream. And lastly the guacamole was so over powered by lime that you couldn’t taste the guacamole really.
Cool atmosphere, had a great chat with the owner when they opened in Bay City. He told us the murals inside the restaurant show the making of tequila from field to bottle. Decent food and good service though I do miss my favorite menu item of Camerones al Diabla. Roomy dining area and a game room to the side for the kids and kids at heart.
Horrible take out. Taco dinner for $15 with less then minimal meat on it, (guess putting an absurd amount of lettuce and some cheese will make up for it). Zero flavor on everything from salsa, beans and rice to the Carne Asada tacos. Havent heard good reviews but tried anyway, been a while. Shouldve ordered and drove to any place else. Definitely wont be back here
I really wanted to love this place as it is beautiful inside, staff was nice and i could see a lady making home made tortillas thru the glass window. I ordered Chicken Chimi lunch. For lunch the prices are more like dinner prices. It tasted good..chicken is very peppery. My bf ordered beef burrito lunch. It looked good but he has been sick all night and we ended up having to take him to Med Express because of food poisoning. Still absolutely sick so it must have been the beef. Sorry. Truth.
The food here was super yummy! I had the green enchiladas and my waiter was very friendly and checked with the kitchen to make sure it was gluten free. I had no issues with cross contamination. My only complain was that the salsa wasnt spicy at all 🤷♀️ but everyone has different preferences.
Semi-busy lunch, waited 23 min before actually ordering.Food was alright and waitstaff was friendly, however, for the ridiculously small portions we received, we will not be back.Save yourself the $$ and hit taco bell for lunch.Ordered the beef chimichanga and the beef burrito. We were told the portion was so small because it was BEEF lololol.
Order take out tonight. Which we do often atleast once a week for the past 4 yrs. Tonight we sent our son into to grab the food. When he came out I thought the order looked light.. so we checked the bag we were missing one entree .. looked at the receipt and it was the only item not checked off. So my wife took the food and the receipt back in and was quickly accused of stealing the missing items with was a $8 order of nachos. This will be the last time we will do business here time to try zacatacos
Chips that initially came with the salsa were burnt but the 2nd batch was better. Everything else was good. I had a peach margarita on the rocks and so did my husband which were so good. I had the patito lunch and my husband had a chicken and cheese quesadilla which were yummy as well.
Went for Valentines Day today. First, the menu said Pepsi products. Nope. Coke products.Used the restroom and legitimately got stuck in the stall because the handle was broken. My cup had a hole in it so that was great.I asked for my fries extra crispy. They were extra soggy... Husband said his steak was old and too salty... We will not be returning.
I feel horrible having to score them so low because I was really hoping to like this place. Its beautifully decorated but the service was incredibly slow, the food was expensive, and it wasnt any good. Even the salsa was bad. I dont like really spicy salsa but it was so bland it tasted more like ketchup than salsa.
I had the best patitoes luncheon plate with guacamole, pico de guio, Spanish rice. My friend had rice with tacos. Very delicious and a great portion, good price and our waiter had a fantastic personality. Also, the young lady that created us upon entering was so sweet too. We will be back.
3 adults and two kids. Asked for napkins. Not a single one on the table. Was given 3. Didnt get a single refill till we were leaving. The adults food was cold and hard. We all three had steak fajitas. And after being served the food we had to ask three times for silverware.
Ordered the tamale dinner and tamale had NO meat inside all on top?? Beans were straight from a can and rice was not fresh cooked with no flavor. Definitely not cooked by a Mexican. If you are a conisour of mexican food you will be very very disappointed! Would I go back NO!! Was it worth it NO!!
Been waiting for over an hour with 3 under 5, I go ask the host how long the wait is..theres 2 ahead of you .....5 minutes later she seats 5 tables. No Bueno.UPDATE: After getting a table, we waited 15+ minutes for our drink order. I ordered a margarita on the rocks, I got syrup on the rocks. I then ordered a top shelf thinking it would be less syrup and they brought me what they considered a top shelf margaritas, however, it had beer in it....it tasted like they poured a budweiser limarita in a fancy glass and added salt on the rim. The only good thing I can say is the food was good and our server was really sweet. Oh and they gave my kids t-shirts for the wait.
The service I got here was great! But the part that matters was not. The food. Everything besides the chips and taco I got was very bland. The salsa taste like tomato sauce. The red sauce on the enchiladas forms like left out tomato sauce and has no taste. The enchiladas were dry seeing how the sauce doesnt soak into the tortillas. The rice and beans no flavor. Im PR and this food taste no where near close to authentic Mexican food. Ordered take out and food was cold. Service was fantastic though!
The service was great, but the food itself was horrible. It was cold, cheese was not melted in my cheese enchilada, everything was just warm, no flavor at all, the salsa tasted like straight canned tomatoes, my tostada shell was so stale I couldnt chew it. I left the majority of my dinner on the table. Will never return!
The food here is delicious no matter what you order. My favorites are taco salad, guacamole salad and the chicken and rice soup: the bowl its served in is huge. The service is impeccable and when seated, we are separated by 6ft. The staff wears masks too and its a very clean restaurant.
Not the best experience, but we will be returning. The facility was nice and clean. They have tables for all party sizes, arcade for kids, and are building an outdoor patio. The service was slow and we all got our food at different times, which was the downside of the visit. It just seemed very unorganized. However, the food was great and so were the drinks. I was told by many people that the service was normally great and quick. So, i believe our experience was abnormal and I will update my review if it is better or worse.
Food was good. Service speed and quality was a disaster. It wasnt a busy time, and our orders were not complicated. Meals came out over the course of a half hour. Manager came over without any prompting to try to figure out what issues we were having. She never followed back up on our concerns, there was no partial comp, not even an apology. Icing on cake was waitress finishing by literally saying, at least the food was good, right?! Again, only thing saving from a 1 star is that the food was good. Not great, but good.
My wifes food was so so but my brother and I got a burger that was raw and the bacon and ham that came on it was greasy and not cooked either. The fries that came with it were not cooked all the way either. The waitress took it to the manager and had them take it off my bill but it was definitely not properly cooked at all. Thanks to Madison the waitress did her job and did right by us.
Wonderful food. Great variety on the menu. I Loved the Spinach Quesadilla ... I noticed the wait staff cleaning with a wet rag all the menu s and its pages . thats a big plus to me. So thats Great management to me.... my husband had the shrimp/ steak fried skillet and he was very pleased with his portion. Waiter was very busy but attentive to our table as well....10 stars, if they had such a rating😁
Fajitas were good. Corn tortillas fell apart. Service was slow and communication was lacking. We had to ask hostess for extra plates. Environment was cold and noisy Arcade is didnt help the noise. Why was there 2 ketchups on my table? Best thing about this place is the eye candy decorations. Listen to the other reviews; it is hit or miss if you will enjoy yourself. Sign usually says now hiring for a reason.
We had a take out order for 2 adults and 3 kids, the total was ~$70 which is high for takeout. The order was wrong, and as other people mentioned the food was bland, the salsa tasted like marinara, ... Our daughter said she preferred taco bell which is never a good sign.
Most bland Mexican food I have ever had. Taco Bell beats them hands down. Margarita was $13. Asked for a spicier salsa as what was brought out tasted like watered down ketchup at best. The brought out Tomatillo and charged $2 for a tiny bowl of that. So disappointing.
Just went here for lunch. The staff was very friendly. It was clean, with great decor. They had good chips & salsa complimentary. We had the fajitas, with home made shells. They were amazing!! Highly recommend this place. We drove an hour to get there and we will be going back.
I love the food and the service is great but man this place is really getting out of my price range. I remember when they were first opened in the the little location on Broadway, a nachos locos cost anywhere from 10 to 12 dollars, now it costs almost 20. The only thing I was able to really afford were the half off apps after 8 and now that special is no longer available. Really need to go back to their original roots before they out price everyone in town and have to close
The food here is very good. I did an online order setting the pick up at a certain time. I arrived at set time and they had not read my specified pick up time and had made the food too early. Since I did not arrive until later they threw the whole order out and I had to wait while they remade it. The food went into the trash because someone did not pay attention to detail and therefore they lost money on that wasted food. Smh, but you have to do better for the needs of the business dude!
The food was decent (not near the best or the worst Mexican Ive had) and I wish I could give maybe three stars....but the place was SOOOOO disorganized! It was like watching a bunch of blind waiters and waitresses running around a restaurant they had never been in before. We literally had to coach our waitress through even the simplest waitress responsibilities
We love the Coco Loco on Bay Road in Saginaw--we made a huge mistake coming to this one. We arrived on time to pick up our order and the only positive thing I can say is that the food was ready (but I kind of wish it wouldnt have been...maybe it would have been hot?). We live hardly three minutes from this restaurant and when we got home the food was ice cold, had barely any chips for our choriqueso, unseasoned and bland, tortillas were rubbery and hard (also supposed to have been corn and not flour). Not to mention three out of the four lids were coming off in the car and they shoved all four entrees into a tiny plastic bag making causing a huge mess and smashing some of the food. Should have just went to Taco Bell.
So...I noticed everyone kept saying thetthe service atomopher was great,a but the food was good. Well...the tortilla and anything made with a fried tortilla had a burnt taste to the as they are over cooked. The rice is bland but taste ok if you eat it with the beans. The Pina colada taste like its made with Dailey mix (not good). The enchilada was the worst I ever had. I dont know what kind of cheese that was but they need to switch. Almost threw up. Pick anything other than this place.
Run of the mill Mexican food joint. Their management (from what you hear the workers talking about) is terrible and they take nepotism to a new level. Their good is very palatable though, and my personal service was acceptable. There were a number of open tables that just hadnt been wiped down, but we were told, with a party of only 2, that the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes unless we wanted to sit at the bar. Overall, mediocre experience.
Food is very tasteless, high prices for what it is. Ate there prior was same thing. Was hoping they hired a new chef. Bay city needs a good Mexican restaurant! Could have gotten better at Taco Bell and saved 50 bucks. Wont return. And looking at the reviews,,, the ones that say the food is good, either have never dined at a real Mexican restaurant or are fake reviews. Food comes out real fast, no way cpuld make it fresh that quick.
Food was OK. Margaritas tasted like lime juice with no tequila. Service was poor. Took a long time to get drinks and a very long time to get our food. Manager came over after we were served to ask how our food was. We told her about the slow service and she said she would check into it. ....she never came back🥴
Food is always good. Service was horrible today...and though I love the food, I will not be returning. The prices have gone up again! I ordered a Chicken Fajita burrito...$15.99. My friend ordered a single beef taco (a la carte)...almost $6.00 (she asked for some sour cream and was told it would be extra. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. Looking for another Mexican restaurant. 😞
Food was decent, did a takeout, they decided to keep my change (assume blaming covid like everyone else) no notice of this (or I would have paid with a card) so the 83 cents they kept was a tip! Hope you dont spend it all in one place, maybe use it to learn how to communicate with folks about their money!
I will never be going back to this place or recommend it. When we entered with our party of nine, we were not greeted, then when we finally were greeted they were rude. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait, which was not a problem, so we offered to split our party up to make it easier and we were told no, they would not accommodate us. They said there were several parties ahead of us and yet there were a lot of tables open. So we said that we would wait the 45 mins but a few of our party wanted to sit at the bar and order some drinks while we waited. The host told us no, the bartender was too busy to serve us. They refused to let us order drinks while we waited. We asked to speak to the manager and the hostess told us no, that there was no need to talk to a manager. We once again asked if we could order drinks while we were waiting the 45 minutes and they once again told us no. We said that we would not be returning and would not recommend them, they were not bothered and the hostess just rolled her eyes and started to speak Spanish to another coworker. I would not recommend this place even if it was he last place open to eat!
The food was good but staff was rude. We were sitting in a bench that was right next to kitchen and they had one staff member that kept pushing the kitchen door open hard and it would bang right into the back of bench. Our waitress did apologize but the other staff members just thought it was funny. When I spoke to manager he just blew it off. Be prepared when you go there that staff is rude and dont give a flying hoot about there patrons.
Most unorganized establishments in the Tri Cities. Foods ok. Deer in head lights. They had no idea how to do Takeout. Also there online ordering is a joke. Everyone had the same time in line as we where waiting. Then they lose our ticket after waiting for two in line . Just the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. Never going back.
Coco Loco is a family owned business. Great food along with chips and salsa before one orders. Drinks are good and the employees do aim to please. Slightly on the pricey side. Would like to see being able to order a single taco. Chicken and/or beef. Many games to play for the children. Money needed to play games. Working towards completed outside eating area. A place to go for good food and the decor is awesome with hand painted seat backs on booths. One is able to book a separate ro for parties.
Overall Great experience. Friendly staff and I always like when Mexican places have mixed protein options. Started off with the white cheese dip which was exactly what I hoped for. Also the chips and salsa that came where tasty, I did opted for another hotter salsa which was very good, but be ready for the heat. For my main dish I had a chicken and beef barrito which was fairly large and came with beans and rice. The burrito was on point, the bean where good, but nothing special. The rice was kinda cardboardy and bland. Others with me tried enchiladas and something else which is eluding me at this moment, but they also liked their entry and felt the same on their bean and rice. The service was very good as well.
Went here for dinner, worst than what I expected. Online reading the reviews I was expecting to have a good restaurant experience, when I got there it slowly de-escalated. Waiter was bland, and not to friendly, the cushions on the booth were sliding off, and the salsa was bad. When the food came the rice was quite dry and the meat tasted overcooked. Would not visit again.
Not too bad. Need to update menu to include all info on items. Waitress also did not inform us and when we sent it back due to an onion allergy, she came back 5 mins later claiming it was remade, but we could clearly tell they were just picked out. Talked to a manager and he informed us that the meat was precooked with them and removed it from our bill. He is the only reason we are willing to give Coco Loco another chance.
We have a large party here every year. Upwards of 50+ people. And every year they are on top of our orders even the special orders and they keep the drinks coming. The table service where they make their guac right at your table is fantastic. Well be back next year too.
I will not be returning. The service was not great and the food was subpar. When we asked about drink prices, our waitress was very vague and we ended up with a surprise on our bill at the very end. There was absolutely no transparency with menu prices. Its just hard to believe they can charge so much for such mediocre food and drinks. Dont waste your time here.
They delivered everyones food before they informed me they were out of my daughters food. Appetizers came with main dishes. Change machine not working and they werent able to give change to play in arcade. So my 9yr had to sit without food while everyone else ate and couldnt even go play. Not worth the hassle or money. Horrible night had to leave and still feed my daughter.
Festive Mexican restaurant on Bay Citys west side. Excellent food, excellent service. Ordered the Fiesta en Coco Loco for two. Our meal could have easily fed four. Authentic chorizo, and chimichanga were a big hit with the children. Bright party like atmosphere is a big hit. Service was superior with just a short wait between appetizer of warm chips and salsa( comes with every table) to main course. The giant margaritas may actually be too large(not that I am complaining). Well done!
I ordered a # 6 combo dinner, 1 taco, 1 enchilada, 1 tostada. They each were made with dry ground beef, that tasted nothing like ground beef & had a weird taste & texture to it. The enchilada was just a small flour tortilla wrapped around that nasty meat, no onions, cheese, or seasonings, with about a tablespoon of sauce on top, & was really dry. Tostada was the least worst item, but had the same meat on it too & was only half way decent because I put sauce on it. Needless to say, I left most of it. I have had good meals at the Saginaw location before, but this one was horrible! Definitely lacking spices. Everything tasted the same. I was very disappointed.
Awful service. Chips and salsa came out right away but server walked away without asking what we wanted to drink. Waited 15 minutes before my friend went looking for someone to get our drink order. Took over a half hour for food and it was lukewarm. One order was wrong and the other had a weird green paste instead of a salsa Verde as described on the menu. I want to like this place because of the other great reviews but after 3 visit with crappy service....I will pass on this place from now on.*Edit*Forgot to mention, under the FROZEN drink menu, if you order a drink and you arent specific about how you want it frozen...or on the rocks(and the server fails to mention the options)...expect to get it on the rocks because thats how it pops up on the computer according to our server.
This place is bigger then it looks from the outside so if it looks packed its for a reason it has a great atmosphere and the food is always good the bar the restaurant are separated enough so whats going on in one you dont hear in the other this is a great place for families and large groups theres an actual arcade for the kids and kids alike Ive ate here on many occasions but you dont need a reason prices are reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for in the best of ways
Seldom do I visit restaurants and leave without finishing my food. Am I fat? NO! Am I satisfiable? YES! When it comes to dinner, the emptiness of my heart and soul leaves room for all cultures and spices. Mexican food is beautiful—straight from our neighbors below! But what misfortune brought me upon this place in Bay City. Do I like beer? YES! Are you surprised? NO! But I received NONE upon my visit. The waiter was uninformed about what kinds of beer they offered and unwilling to check. So I drank water. Yes, water. The least intoxicating of the liquids. I thought to myself, “It’s okay. The food will fill your emptiness.” But NO! I left just as hollow as I came because there was enough grease in my quesadilla to saturate the dry beef in my fiancé’s burrito. We’re like yin and yang, peas in a pod, and I suppose we can thank our indecisive Mexican food. But enjoy the Mariachi band figures on the outside of the building and the very colorful atmosphere! :) Ole!
Very disappointing. Meal started off with free chips and salsa. The fresh salsa just made 5 minutes ago was more runny than tomato soup, but did have good flavor . Once our meals came, the meat in the burrito was bland and the refried beans looked like chocolate pudding. The tortilla on my enchiladas tasted like cardboard and was charged extra for sour cream. Meals were over priced for portion amounts. Will not go back.
Very agitated on how they have their online ordering/curbside pickup setup. Placed an order at 430pm May 5th already knew itd be a wait because of the day. However, received an estimated time frame of when our order would be ready 6:20-6:49pm only to be called an hour later from our pickup time saying they have ran out of everything.dont t recommend ordering h ever e during this time

2022-01-02Real tasty place. I wish the menu was a little larger but overall it was good. Nice to have shredded beef instead of hamburger meat like everywhere else. ¡Viva México, cabrónes! (Photo attached is Twin Chimichanga with table salsa and green salsa from the bottle added)

2022-07-01Stopped in with my girlfriend for dinner. I had the steak, chicken and shrimp Fajitas. They were really delicious! Full of flavor! The service was five star. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I would recommend their food and drinks!

2022-04-19The shredded beef chimichangas are mouth watering and their rice and refried beans are real and authentic. Never have had bad food here and the staff are so friendly

2022-06-06Food was good, but our service was Lucia was awful. We split a meal between my partner and I and her attitude got increasingly worse throughout our meal, though she was very nice when she came up to take our drink orders. We knew it was because she thought we were cheap, even though we were just sharing a meal to help with caloric intake. She actively acted different towards us than the other people she was serving around us, and did not give me the correct change back after paying for the meal. Hope that change you kept made a good tip!

2022-02-27By far the worst food I have ever eaten. I’ve eaten prison food better then this. Terrible service. Received our food before our silverware. So we sat there for 5 minutes before we received our silverware. Ordered a steak taco bowl. Steak almost choked me it was so chewy and half way up the bowl was filled with grease. I almost through up after the second bite. 1 star is to generous. Definitely won’t recommend or eat at this place again. Very disappointing. Sad sad sad!

2022-03-23We were taken to our table, which was dirty. They quickly wiped it down, but left lots of crusty spots, yuck... I was able to wipe it down myself with napkins the rest of the way. They got our drink order while they were still wiping and brought out right away so we werent even really seated and didnt realize we werent given menus... 20+ mins go by, still nothing.. we were looking around for someone, but no luck. Finally they come to take our order and we said we never got menus.. He says, oh, its on the QR code. Well, we didnt have one of those either, so he gets one off another table for us to use. On top of all that, the food was mediocre at best...

2022-07-09Hubby ordered chimichonga with steak fajita. $20. There was very little meat in it at all. He sent it back. Not paying 20 bucks for no meat. I had the shrimp enchiladas.. the cheese sauce was very runny. I have had much better at other Mexican restaurants. It wasnt very tasty.

2021-03-21This was our first experience at Coco Loco. And, likely our last. I ordered a Titos and lemonade to drink. It was terrible. So, I asked a Pepsi, their menu said Pepsi products. But, they only offer Coke. I ordered the steak fajitas for one. They offer it for two and Im glad we didnt choose that option. The fajita meat (steak), was burnt. All you could smell or taste was burnt meat. I made it aware to Vincent, our server, and it didnt appear to phase him. The couple we went with also had steak fajitas. Unfortunately, theirs was burnt, too. $21 for burnt steak fajitas and not have management come by to remedy our concerns, means well not revisit this restaurant.
