He quickly located my appointment and introduced me to Frank, the estimator. Vic also went above and beyond by offering advice on how to protect my other Prius car from catalytic converter theft, which I greatly appreciated.Frank coordinated with Longos service shop to ensure my windshield replacement was completed within 24 hours. I know this required significant effort on his part, and Im grateful for his dedication. Frank was not only friendly but also very action-driven, making sure everything went smoothly.This is my first time writing a review, but I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service I received. Comment: I commend Gregory Martinez, Frank Lopez and the entire Toyota team at Toyota Longo Collision, they were extremely helpful and fought very hard for me when Aspire Insurance was being less than cooperative. To preface, I had an incident involving a traffic cone. Contacted my insurance December of 2023, was promised that it will be covered under their FULL coverage program and any subsequent charges will be paid in supplements. TL;DR, FOUR MONTHS in my case, after many lies, IGNORED phone calls, and stalling tactics by Aspire, I was only granted partial payment of what is needed to fix the vehicle. Beyond frustrated, I had accepted that my car would be held in limbo indefinitely. This is where the team over at Longo took it upon themselves to confront Aspire, as of April 30th, 2024 my vehicle is now fixed and I did not pay a penny over my deductible!

Comment: My recent experience with Longo Collision Repair Center has left me deeply dissatisfied.I reached out to Longo on April 30th to check on my car repair status and was informed by Javier Heredia that my repair was completed, but they couldn’t release my vehicle due to an outstanding balance of $237.84. I called my insurance appraiser and was told that that the had already been sent to Longo, but it was uncashed. He even forwarded the confirmation email to me. My appraiser also reached out to Longo, where George Solorzano, the estimator, assured that no further balances were outstanding. Upon arrival, I spoke to the receptionist, Paula Candelerio and George who insisted that the outstanding balance is $2900, contradicting the previous information provided. I had a copy of the estimate as well from my insurance and none their numbers were matching up. Despite presenting evidence from my estimate, they were dismissive and reluctant to double check their numbers. After much back and forth, they finally admitted that an error had been made, and the balance was actually $1600, which is still incorrect. Please note that instead of an official invoice, they wrote the amount on a small piece of paper, which was completely strange an unprofessional.After about an hour, the Office Manager, Arasi Tua, intervened to rectify the mistake and provide the correct amount owed (479.66 + my deductible). Rather than offering a sincere apology for the significant inconvenience caused by Paula and Georges incompetence, she excused their behavior as a mistake. She then had the audacity to question my frustration when all of them spoke to me condescendingly and disrespectfully. The lack of empathy and accountability displayed from the Longo team is concerning. It is evident that the team at Longo lacks the skills to ensure accurate invoicing and professional conduct. The incompetence displayed by Javier, Paula, George, and Arasi is unacceptable. Had proper procedures been followed, this situation could have been avoided.To top off this disaster, the car wouldnt start and they had to jumpstart the vehicle.I must acknowledge the professionalism displayed by Michael Chau, the Collision Repair Director. He took full accountability for his team and showed genuine concern for our dissatisfaction. Its clear why hes the director.I cannot recommend this Longo Collision Repair Center based on my experience, but if you have no alternative options, please seek assistance directly from Michael Chau for any ounce of professionalism and respect.

Comment: 3 starts only because the service manager Robert Debarr went above and beyond when trying to make a unsatisfied costumer happy. I was assigned two estimators (Gregory Martinez and Frank Lopez). I didnt received any update regarding my car process unless initiated by me. On the last day I received a call from service advisor frank that my car passed final inspection and that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived to the location only to find out that the most obvious part of the car accident wasnt replaced even after having it in paper that they did it. Had to wait extra time, and took the car back to get all my issues repaired.

I was really impressed with customer service provided by Frank and Gregory; simply stating they provided an excellent service. They both kept me informed of the progress and were always available to respond to my emails, texts and phone calls. I was also impressed with the workmanship by their master mechanics. I met with their metal technician, Raffi, and the alignment technician, Gabriel. Both were very professional and took the time to answer every question I had. I also met with Jose Reyes who is one of the onsite managers and needless to say he was another Longo employee who was very courteous and professional.Longo Collision Repair Center is truly a world class repair shop.

Comment: I recently had my bumper scratch repaired by Michael Chau, the director, at Longo Collision Repair Center, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. He did an outstanding job restoring my damaged bumper to almost its original condition as a courtesy!The customer service was very professional exceptional as well. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the repair, from the polishing to the precise bumper alignment. Michael even took care of the bulge on the bumper that we hadnt originally even mentioned, going above and beyond our expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the process, ensuring I was informed about the progress of the repair. And most importantly, this was in line with the initial conversation over the phone, which Michael said that he can polish the scratched area as a courtesy and there were no hidden fees or surprises. See the attached pictures done as a courtesy, epic!Moreover, the turnaround time was impressive; I got my vehicle back in no time, which minimized any inconvenience as we were in and out in 15 minutes. The final result was an amazing bumper that looked as almost good as new. I highly recommend this auto body shop for bumper repair – they are skilled, honest, and provide excellent service. I honestly cannot believe they just did this. This is the shop to go, going in for another car soon for repair!

Comment: When AAA insurance mentioned Longo Collision Center is one of our options to bring the vehicle for body repair due to a weird incident on the freeway when an unknown object hit our car from nowhere and part of the damage was a big hole on the rear passenger door, we right away selected Longo Collision Center to do the repair because of our previous wonderful experience with Longo Lexus Service Center.Mr Jerry Mata became our assigned estimator and he explained very well the details of what will be done to repair the damage.During the waiting time period of completion for the job which took several weeks, Mr. Jerry Mata and Mr. Enrique Estrada were very active in giving us progress updates and whenever we leave a voicemail or send an email for questions and inquires, they were quick to reply.It is our observation that from the moment you enter the Reception Area of the said collision center, the staff will give you a warm welcome and promt attention. Hoping to have this resolved sooner rather than later we reached out to our local Toyota dealer in hope of quality products. Upon first calling in I spoke with a young lady by the name of Carol who was cordial and understanding of our situation. My husband and I both work long days. She assured me they would be able to accommodate. We were able to drop off just a day after, and had the work and service done within a few days. A lot sooner than we anticipated, the cherry on top was our estimator Jerry, he was not only as thorough as Ms. Carol on the process and outcome but he was friendly and approachable. Our experience here was needless to say outstanding. Fingers crossed we won’t need further collision work to be done, but if we do we know where to go!

Comment: At 11:30 AM today, we went to the collision center at Toyota Longo after we scratched our car on our garage. When we went there, a staff member named Gilbert immediately approached us and asked what the problem was. When we explained everything, he used a wash thinner, and sanded the scratch with heavy compound, and the scratch went away like magic. It was as if it never happened. The biggest surprise was that he did not ask for anything in return, and he wouldnt even accept our tip. As a result, Gilbert and his team were amazing at providing excellent customer service, and should the occasion arise, we would definitely go back there again. I highly recommend Gilbert for his efficient, excellent performance and his outstanding customer service.

Comment: Took my LS here after a small fender bender in a parking lot. I had already set up everything through my insurance, and dropped the car off with Gregory and Frank. Both of them were great! Frank has a very keen eye and was able to prepare me for the idea of the extent of the damage. Frank kept me in the loop whenever there was an update, or if there was a delay, which I appreciated. Frank could not be there when I picked up the car, but he made sure that I was taken care of. Met with Michael, who is the director of the collision center, and spent the time to go over the car and make sure I was completely happy. The work was spectacular. I could not be more happier with the results.

Comment: Ive had the unfortunate fortune of coming here multiple times. I first used them in 2018 when I was rear ended and several more times since then. The staff is extremely friendly. Vince who is normally at the front remembered me from the first time I went and I hadnt been back for several years! Always a plus for me!The customer service Gregory Martinez provides is exemplary! He fights the insurance on getting OEM parts instead of the aftermarket garbage most companies try and approve. He follows up and is very honest with the lead times which I greatly appreciate. Nothing like being overpromised and being under delivered. It may not be the answers you want to hear always but hes very honest! He always goes above and beyond when it comes the general customer service and he genuinely cares! They also actually warranty their work. Ive only had to take my car back for warranty once and there were no issues. I scheduled a time that worked for me and had my car back in a day! Id definitely recommend having your car fixed here! Great work and customer service if you deal with Gregory!

Toyota covered the cost of a rental while my car was gone. I picked my car up today and it looks amazing. Comment: I recent took my car in after an accident. The repair process was quick and Saul Gutierrez and Yordi Reyes were very informative with the repair process. They called and emailed me to let me know every step of the repair process. Their ETA of when I was going to get my car back was on point. If they were insurance issues they we. I have kids and when I dropped off my car I knew there were a lot of food crumbs and hand prints all over the windows. Not only was my car very clean from the outside but it looks like I got some detailed cleaning in the inside of my car as well. Comment: I recently had gone to 2 local body shops for an estimate to repair my front bumper on my new Corolla, but both were above $2000. I then decided to go to Longo Collision and met Gregory. I asked for an estimate and he mentioned that he can possibly help in tightening the cover, which I thought may possibly save me some money. No brainer right!? So he took my vehicle to the back and in 5 minutes he brought it right back, with the bumper cover intact! I was so happy and surprised that my bumper was fixed. He then said “ No charge, just come ask for me if you ever need help with an insurance claim” I surely will! So glad to know that Longo Toyota has honest people working for them.

Comment: I came to this location after being involved in a rear end collision. I was greeted by Michael to help me walk through steps to get my car taken care of. He showed me what damages were needed attention to. I was then introduced to the techs that were going to handle the repairs to my car Saul and Yordi. Both were very responsive and provided updates about my car repair. My car took about 2 weeks for completion and it was earlier then what was told. The repairs came out flawless, they were able to secure me with OEM bumper, provided a car wash and also was able to find me a door handle key cover which I lost. Michael and the team handled everything with my insurance, to getting me a rental to taking care of the communication with the estimate. Thank you Michael, Saul, Yordi and the rest of the collision repair team for helping me get my car repaired with no headaches at all.

Throughout the repair, I would receive calls to let me know their discoveries regarding the extent of the damages, what the estimated duration would be, and updates on the progress of the repair. Comment: The facility is nice and looks professional. The service is professional.However they treat you like a peasant begging for help. Your repair service is at their mercy. My small bumper repair took more than 30 days and they wont return your calls or emails for any updates. All you get is the front desk forwarding you to their voice mails.When I got my car back, they promised that they only used original oem parts and that they were not delivered. The part clearly doesnt look oem at all.

Comment: Took my sienna here after an accident. I felt extremely taken care of. I had bi weekly updates on what was being done, what was needed and a time frame of whats next. Everything was upfront and honest. Alot of repair shops wait for things to happen and then explain away. But definetly not here. Thats all you really want in a repair shop. Constant communication so your not wondering what the hell is going on. But thats not even touching on the work done. My car came back basically brand new. Cant recommend this place enough!
