Found out about this outlet today after searching online for a jacket for my second daughter (I had ordered one for my other daughter on amazon last night thinking I got an awesome deal.) This store is AMAZING!The prices are awesome. I ended up cancelling my amazon order and getting both of my kids thick hooded fleece jackets here for about $30 total! The staff was very nice and helpful when I asked questions. I will for sure be back!
I had the most amazing shopping experience here yesterday. They have the most helpful and patient employees EVER! (I am not a fan of shopping for clothes for myself) Between gift cards, sales, and promo discounts, I saved over 50%! Heres where the star deduction comes in. I got home to find the ski jacket Id bought had a hole melted in the sleeve. I didnt notice it in the store because of it being on the backside. It was pointed out to me by a family member as I showed it off . Im praying I can exchange it since I already cut off the tags. I had to wear unmatched ski wear on my trip as a result. (First world problem, I know.)
Good stuff and good deals. But watch the sales and ask if they have a sale coming up, sometimes if you wait a few days or weeks you can get a much better deal. I had a pair of boots that failed after just a month or so and they took them back no questions asked, I did have my receipt.
Was a nice store and lots of items on sale but what I went there for there was not much available. Took me a while to find the store I was looking for. Directions were not as easy to find either. Maybe my next visit might be more inviting to shop around this visit was a cold day even though the sun was shining out the temperature was quite cold.
Just had the worst customer service experience with Kay, a self-identified manager.My wife & I went to the store to return 2 things; an item purchased online & an item purchased in-store about a month before. Both items still had the tags on & were never worn before.My wife & I entered the service line & waited our turn. There were 6-7 people waiting in line but only 2 employees at the service desk. While waiting for our turn, a girl came through the line to look at the displays.When our turn came up, we approached the desk & met Kay, our service rep. My wife explained that several weeks before, she purchased a coat but forgot she had a $20 coupon. She just wanted to return the coat & then repurchase it.Kay kept referring to the request as a price match & that the store normally didnt do price matches, especially when an item had been purchased so long ago. Kay indicated she would have to check & see what to do & went into the back of the store.While waiting for Kay, I noticed the return policy at the service desk clearly stated there was a 60 day return policy on both in store and online purchases.After several minutes, Kay finally came back & said she would have to purchase the coat first, apply the coupon, & then process the credit, which would take some extra computer work. Seeing that this was going to take some time, & noticing that the other CSR was helping others much faster, I decided to re-enter the line.While waiting in line, ironically, the girl who came through the line before was now waiting behind me. Kay had no idea what she was doing , so my wife asked if Kay could just return my item while she figured out what to do.Kay agreed so I went to the counter & provided a printout of the order summary from my online account. Kay didnt appear to know what she was doing and stated she could only process a return with the packing slip or a copy of the order email. I explained I didnt have it & that the printout contained all of the information from the website, including my order number. Kay again stated that she couldnt process the return without the slip or email. I asked to speak to a manager as I had no other information other that my order detail sheet & the credit card. Kay then stated she was the manager, the order detail printout couldnt be used, & that she couldnt help without the email or slip. I was frustrated at this point & said to just stop the return. I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.At this point, the girl that was behind me in line was now at the service desk purchasing items. She decided to speak up & state that I was rude, I shouldnt be helped because I jumped the line, & that I was trying to return used items. In addition, she stated my wife & I were very rude, she was in customer service, & Kay was the nicest CSR she knew.Things got heated from there, & Kay failed to do anything to diffuse the situation. In fact, Kay made it worse. Kay was rude to my wife & me. Kay never pointed out that I had been in line. Kay never asked the girl to stay out of our transaction.Instead of asking the girl to stay out of our transaction or mind her own business, Kay defended the other person, & actually shouted at my wife and me. In fact, Kay told us we had no right to talk to the other patron, while the patron kept making derogatory comments to us.As incident continued, the girl would not stop talking & became even more rude to my wife. I stepped between the two of them & told the girl that she would not talk to my wife that way, and that she needed to mind her own business. The girl said she was calling security & I told her that would be great.Kay disappeared, the girl finally left, & another CSR helped my wife and me out quickly, and competently. My wife & I have worked in customer service for decades. In our industries, Kay would be disciplined or fired. We will not be returning to this store any time soon!
One of the workers was very nice, but at the check out my mom was going to do Samsung pay and the lady worker, Kay, yelled at my mom. We felt this needed to be known because personally out of my 2 years of working in customer service jobs I have never once raised my voice at a customer. It was very unprofessional and rude. My mom considered not even buying the item but she didnt want to disappoint me. Our family has always enjoyed shopping at columbia and if this happens again we might have to bring our business elsewhere. Thank you.
Im so glad they asked me 2 rate this store. So okay i went 2 this place 2 get a jacket 4 a friend i was looking 4 a jacket not 2 thick not 2 thin so as i shop i feel the jacket 4 a medium texture found 1 first 4 minutes i was there so i look around another 3 mins and went 2 check out nxt n line me the cashier ring me up and say 2 me let me check 4 the buzzers b4 i put in bag i paid i get my item 2 the door i go beep beep it door goes off i stop a floor say let me check the coat they mite 4 got the buzzer she took coat back 2 and come back and say she 4 got the buzzer i felt embarrassed i was already the only black person in the store so 4 that 2 happen it was embarrassing 2 me i felt like it was a set up because i was black (SWB) b4 i check out the cashier already said let me check 4 buzzer so why she didnt catch that buzzer on jacket i feel like they wanted 2 stop me why they look on camera 2 c if i was stealing no i wasnt i give them a 1 star because i got a good deal on jacket.
Employee Kay is rude, loud, has no idea what she is doing. She indicated she was a manager which if that is the case, Columbia you got it way wrong. She needs major people skills. Everyone in the whole store could hear her. I see other complaints on here about her. Columbia please do something about this unpleasant employee.
Bought a coat and the sensor was not taken off, we didnt realize it until we got home. Unfortunately for us we live over an hour away. Only option given to us was for us to drive all the way back to the store so they could take it off. 3 hour trip- waste of time, waste of $ for gas. After that, the deal was not worth it.

2021-12-15I have been trying to contact Columbia as I purchased a jacket last year with a zipper that was very stubborn. The zipper worked ok for the last winter but then broke the first time I wore it this year. I have been trying to contact customer service in regards to whether or not this would be covered by the warranty. I have been on hold for hours and was finally able to connect with someone on their chat feature. After 45 minutes, the customer service rep signed off the chat without answering any of my questions and I was not able to meet with anyone else from customer service unless I wanted to wait for the next available representative, which would likely take another hour or so. I am still not sure if Columbia is able to repair my jacket.

2021-06-19I heard about this store that it has good sales all of the time. I have enjoy buying Columbias items over the years. The staff were very helpful in all. I did take my time and checked out everything I wanted to see. The store was very clean and busy. I did buy a pair of hiking boots, a rainjacket, downvest, and a green colored feece jacket. Just think, I just wanted to check out the store. Many thanks to the staff. They did a great job. Will come back.
