It didnt even stop the flow of our work, they came in quickly took away our old heavy printer (upstairs might I add) and installed our new printer that was just as heavy in under 10 minutes! Comment: The customer phone service is outstanding. The reps always repeat your statement to make sure they havent missed anything. You are always made a priority and a technician will always arrive ASAP to fix a problem. With that said, weve only had a technician help out due to operator error or operator ignorance. But there has NEVER been a problem with the equipment. The representatives always make sure to check on you without being annoying and they want be sure we are doing well and if we need anything. I love their friendliness and I enjoy chatting with them. If you want great service and if you want to feel like a VIP, Id HIGHLY recommend Compare Business Systems. I work for a commercial contractor painting company and our business wouldnt survive without their equipment. We print large scale plans and their machines are the best.

I had my system go down I had a serious error caused by my WIFI company which prevented me from scanning. Compare had Joe out within the hour and he had everything fixed. Dom our advisor came by our office on time at 1pm and began uninstalling our old copy printer and cleaned the area up and installed the new system. Comment: We were having a problem with our system after changing an email password. Kyocera directly could not assist with solving this problem, our own companies email services and web services could not solve the problem either. I reached out to compare and was helped by Shanney who quickly set up an appointment for us at 9AM the very next day. Not even 5 minutes later she called back and said she could have a service tech to the office within 10 minutes. Dominic was our service tech and in less than 5 minutes was able to find and solve the problem for very easily. If I would have called Compare first I probably could have had this problem sorted out and handled in less than an hour. They will for sure be my very first call next time. Compare Business Systems service has been great. Always helpful. We are in the mortgage business and print, fax, scan and copy tons of documents each month. The machine has been great. Jams are extremely rare. Toner last 6 months usually and they are great about getting us more when we need it within 24 hours.I would definitely recommend their service, especially for offices that do large volumes of paperwork.

It was 5 stars when our contract was still good, they took good care of us, sent tech when we need them, gave us the ink and other needed supplies with no problem..until our contract ended (but still using their printer) and was not able to re-instate it right away. We had a hard time asking for service, they wont give us ink and wont send tech until we settle/ reinstate our account with them. Every thing is back to normal (i guess we already reinstated our contract) thats why they sent out Joe. Comment: Finished our 1st lease with CBS and just starting on our 2nd lease. They are easy to do business with and are responsive to issues or problems we have with our MFP Copier. Our 1st Kyocera machine was easy to use and reliable and I expect the 2nd one to be the same. From our 1st Sales Rep (Hugo) to our current Rep (Shannay), they check on us regularly to ensure the machine is meeting our needs and to find out if were having any issues. The installer (Fernando) was excellent and made sure all our PCs were connected and that the features we use were working as expected. Andy at their home office also checks in with me occasionally to make sure everything is fine. Highly recommend this company for your copier leasing needs.

On his first visit he set up three of our employees laptops so they could print and also downloaded a flash drive so I can add the printer to our other employees laptops. On his second visit (mind you, it was the end of the day), he finished setting up our new printer and added all our employees email addresses into the printer so we can scan documents. He stayed until the job was completed which was 5P and never complained. Comment: High-pressure sales. I did not need a new printer and wanted to see options. Sales people finally convinced me to get a refurbished printer which would be as good as new--same options, same warranty. Sales people said that machine would work same as current high-volume printer in my office, a Canon, except better. Sales people never told me that the printer does not collate, does not staple, and is very loud. Further, customer service is very poor. It is difficult to get a hold of someone. You have to call in monthly to provide them the numbers on the machine instead of them sending it out. Service is poor. When you call to get service, they ask you to try and fix machine first. Accounts receivable department has poor customer service as well. They will send you an invoice that is back-dated more than 10 days upon receipt and only give you a few days to turnaround payment, or charge a hefty late charge.
