Comment: BUYER BEWARE - Price GougingI just had John Stevenson (aka Complete Comfort Plumbing) complete about $5400 of plumbing work on my bathroom. While the service was excellent, when I received the final bill, I had to ask for a detail invoice to show the cost breakdown of the parts. When the invoice was finally delivered, two days after I had already paid, I discovered that I was charged $1161.44 a Kohler Santa Rosa toilet that is available from Home Depot for $349.00 Retail ($800.00 less!) When I called to inquire about this, I spoke to customer service and got the run around. When I insisted on speaking to a manager, I finally received a call back from the supposed manager, I got nothing but more obfuscation and excuses. He was rude and not very professional. He finally agreed to refund me a mere $100.00 if I would agree not to post a negative review on the internet. A lousy $100.00 refund for an $800.00 overcharge! Needless to say, I didnt take it! It was an insult after this egregious price gouging. Buyers beware of this deceptive company. Check the details and insist on a full cost breakdown before you hire this company! I gave them a 1 star review because a 0 rating wasnt available. Run, dont walk to a reputable plumbing company and dont get ripped off by these guys.Maybe this why the company uses two different names....?

Comment: My HVAC stopped cooling on Sunday afternoon and Complete Comfort was able to get one of their techs out the very next morning. His name was Eric and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. We discovered my control board had gone bad. Because my system is fairly new, the parts were covered under warranty. He did all the legwork with the manufacturer, got the part, and installed it the next day on Tuesday. System is running great and I couldn’t be happier with Erik and his company. I’d seriously recommend using this company as they are hassle free, are priced well, and can knowledgeably tell you exactly why your system is performing the way it is and give you the proper recommendations without the aggressive sales pitch.

Comment: My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Had three toilets replaced and my water heater replaced which was leaking and confirmed non-repairable. Skyler was the lead on the work which was done in one day, on a Tuesday after calling for arrive on Sunday with call back on the Monday am.Work done was beautiful and I could hear how experienced Skylar was with his conversations with his team. Overall a really good experience for such a stressful expense. This feels well taken care of so I will not have any critical issues to deal with for a decade or more.

Comment: Just want to share that we started having trouble with our furnace a couple of weeks ago so I contacted a company that installed our current system to see if we could get some warranty work done. But no luck the warranty had expired to months ago. And although they could do a repair for about four thousand they really pressured us to get a new system for almost ten grand because they felt the repair would only last a year or two. However, were retired and ten grand would be difficult to handle but fortunately we were referred to Eric by a realtor friend. I cant tell you how good it felt after Eric checked out our system, found the problem (pressure switch) replaced it and thought the system still had some life left. It was our first time meeting Eric and he came across as a very honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly person. I know that at some point down the road we WiLL need a new system at which point we will call Complete Comfort.

Comment: On 10/20/22 scheduled drywall repair was done at my house. The men were on time, immediately went to work and did an excellent job of patching ceiling damage. They covered all belongings in the room where they worked and left the space above the work area neat with insulation returned to its original location. Please note that my initial reluctance to have John Stevenson do this work (see Joe for his take on our earlier conversation) was based on my expectation that the work, since it is not HVAC or plumbing, would be farmed to a subcontracter. In my experience this kind of arrangement does not lead to quality outcomes. But in fact Juan Caytan and his assistant (sorry, lost the name) were obviously motivated to maintain their companys reputation. I suggest that you let customers know that the drywall repair team that you would send is your own team and will be motivated to maintain your companys level of quality.

Comment: Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house, but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left.I cant say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. Comment: Last Friday my renter notified me that their AC had gone out the previous night. The temperature had been 95+ for the last several days and was supposed to be even hotter that day. They were going to be home with kids doing remote learning in terrible discomfort. On a recommendation I called Complete Comfort Plumbing that morning and they were able to make it out the same day in the early afternoon and fix the system quickly and clean out our older AC system. The renter was EXTREMELY impressed with the service person, Luis. Luis D. was extremely timely, knowledgeable, well spoken, hard working, and efficient restoring the AC to working condition again. Comment: Complete Comfort has been a wonderful company to work with. We have used them several times and instantly felt comfortable and confident in their service and we can truly trust everyone. I called during the summer heat wave and was excited how quick they were able to get out to me. They were concerned I could have a serious problem and I felt I was made a priority to see so things didnt worsen over the weekend. Luis was our technician, and he has come out a couple of times in the past for maintenance. This last visit was again 5 star as usual. He texted when he was on his way, arrived exactly on time, was dressed professional and clean. He was very polite and graciously listened to me awkwardly explain what was going on with my AC. What I respected most about Luis, was that after I kept pointing to the unit and the weird noise, he didnt immediately assess that. He started his assessment of my entire unit in a systemic order saving the unit for last. I really appreciated that and was 100% confident he was going to fix everything. Of course he found the problem and was able to replace/repair the broken part that day. He also showed me how dirty the outside unit was and recommended a deep clean of it and then offered to show me how to keep up the maintenance if I wanted to do it myself. It looked brand new after he spent so much time on it. My AC was back to sounding normal and running ice cold! I had to put on a sweater! haha.

Comment: Erick came to do routine maintenance on my 2-year-old system and almost instantly caused the entire thing to shut down. Eventually he jerry-rigged some wires to make it work. It shut down again after 2 1/2 days working, and, although I am a preferred customer, I waited a week for service. This time Mike came out and fixed it again (for an additional service fee) and it worked for 2 1/2 days. I was going out of town, so I called to set up an appointment but left a message for Crstal in the front office (who, incidently, rarely answers the phone) asking her to set the first available appointment. Since she did not return my call, I called her to learn that the earliest appointment is seven days out for this preferred customer with Erick, the guy who screwed the whole thing up in the first place, for another service fee. COMPLETE FAILURE.

Comment: Mike was super helpful to help us fixing our AC during a busiest hot summer day. We had a broken AC unit last week. It can happen anytime during a hot summer day, and usually, I am okay to wait for a few days to get it fixed. However, having a broken AC with a newborn in my house was a totally different story. I had to call 16 different places to get help, but none of them could help me during their busiest summer day. Krystal and Mike were awesome enough to fix our AC as soon as I called them. It only took a few hours before Mike to fix the AC unit. He was very professional, and called out all the possible problems and explained why and how. Then he fixed it all. Instead of fixing and take off right away, Mike stayed around in the yard to see everything works properly to make sure there are no further problems. I definitely recommend them to everyone. Every company that we called turned us away and said they were too busy, or, they had mark-ups on all of their labor and equipment since it was a heat wave. We talked to Laura this morning, and she said their pricing is standard regardless of if there is a heat wave or not. Within ONE HOUR, Mike was at our door and went to work. DURING A HEAT WAVE!!! I had one company tell me they could send a service technician out IN A MONTH! Im a new Customer but they earned my business for life. On top of that, Mike had a great attitude, super straight forward pricing. Our AC is about 27 years old, and instead of pushing a new unit onto us, he told us the minimum fixes we needed to get it up and running. Plus, he listed out some suggestions he had to make it more efficient along with how much it would cost. They are a small family owned business. Im going to keep their business card IN MY WALLET. Thats how much I think of these guys. I dont even carry my own business cards in my wallet.
