Very impressed with the whole experience. The place was clean and all Covid precautions were adhered too, I felt very safe. The instructor was knowledgeable and made the information easy to understand and relate too. I was able to sign up the night before and went home after the class with my certificate!
The instructor Patty is so informative and helpful throughout the class. She has just enough energy for the morning class. Able to practice on kneeling mats to protect your knees. Great class with all the latest information
Five years ago when I became a nurse my first BLS class was taken at C.H.A.S.E. Fast forward to 2020, every two years I’ve certified at this facility and I’ve now earned my BLS Instructor certification here also. Patty and Scott are great very thorough in their instruction, the atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. It was a great pleasure to see all of the new CDC and AHA guidelines implemented at this facility. Great place great people and I’d definitely recommend this location and facility for those looking to renew or certify for the first time.
Fantastic & professional organization! Scott is an excellent teacher and very affable. They an overall atmosphere conducive to active learning with no pressure. Pricing is super reasonable. Plus it is a lot of fun! Plenty of classes to choose from to fit your schedule. I had to renew on short notice and found a class within a day! I highly recommend these folks!

Comprehensive Health & Safe Education had extremely friendly staff. They were able to get me in and certified in a timely matter while providing detail orientated classes. I was worried about covid but they provided the opportunity to do part of the training online and when in person CDC measures were in place. I felt very safe while getting the education I needed for grad school. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back in two years! Thank you so much!
I have been coming here for my BLS renewal for 6 years. Scott is a great instructor. He simplifies the most complicated things and is very open to answer any questions. I felt very safe being in the classroom during this COVID-19 pandemic. We were socially distanced in classroom with our masks on. We were required to wash our hands. Sanitizer and supplies were at our own table. I have recommended this place to many of my healthcare colleagues and will continue to do so.
C.H.A.S.E always comes through. They offer classes every day which fits almost any schedule. I was able to sign up for a class I needed immediately. Patty was helpful and friendly as always. I have been coming here for years and will always recommend their business to anyone needing certification!
I really love this place. Patty and Scott are excellent teachers. Whether you do in person training or online and come in to skill test they have the professionalism, knowledge and patience to make sure you leave there prepared for any emergency. I look forward to seeing them every couple of years to recertify.
Comprehensive Health And Safety is an awesome business! The owners are super nice and they are really knowledgeable in every aspect of CPR and First Aid. They have done a tremendous job keeping the place clean and sanitary during these COVID 19 times. I am an instructor there and the students are very appreciative of all of things that are done to keep everyone safe.Wonderful place to work!!

Scott, from C.H.A.S.E, was an amazing instructor! Ive never enjoyed a course more. Often times re-certification can be quite boring, but he made it fun and kept the class engaged. Equipment was very up to date and really enhanced the learning experience. 10/10 recommend and will be back in 2 years :)
A really great experience for me. The instructors were really easy to talk to and amazingly friendly. The class was fun and well taught which made me feel like I got my moneys worth going here. 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs there certification.

CHASE was extremely helpful in getting my CPR and first aid certifications. I will absolutely be renewing my certifications here in the future.
Excellent! I took the BLS hybrid course and completed the online didactics and in-person skills session. It was nice to finish this as soon as possible since in-person skills sessions are offered everyday, making it quite easy to obtain the certification. Patty was great and provided clear instructions. COVID guidelines were followed. Everyone wore their masks and were kept distant from each other but the skills session still had the group feel. I would definitely consider this as an option for future recertifications.
Scott was very nice, respectful and informative. I was thankful that a class was available on Saturday morning, I was able to avoid a delay in my start date for my new job. I would recommend this course to family, friends and colleagues!!
It was easy to sign up, plenty of class spaces available, very knowledgable instructor, safety and social distancing guidelines adhered to and I left that day with proof of certification. This is the second time Ive used them for certification purposes and it has been seamless each time. Highly recommend.
Great CPR & AED class! There was lots of useful and applicable information during our session on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The class was structured well with the perfect amount of videos, lectures and hands-on training. The instructor, Chuck knows his stuff! He was friendly, kind, respectful and he made the class an enjoyable experience with his energetic teaching style.
Patricia is an excellent instructor and all around wonderful person. She went out of her way to make sure I understood every element of the class and catered to my limited schedule. I highly recommend her and will be returning to her and her facility for my next certification.
Class instructor Elizabeth was knowledgable, effective and efficient. I would recommend. FYI purchasing the booklet is not required.Just one thing, the building sits back from the street and the signage is not very visible from the street. I would suggest to place a sign at the street near the driveway. Also it didnt help that Google maps tells you to turn on a street call Long Meadow when you should really be turning into the parking lot. Thats why a sign would be helpful.
When I registered for the course it said CHASE and it was supposed to be in a church. Then the instructor called and said it was in her house. I had already signed up so I decided to go. On top of that I had to pay $85. Cash only. Which is way more expensive than other areas. On top of that the receipt is just a handwritten note with my name and course on it.I was asked to wear gloves and shoe covering. The house was 100 degrees and I was sweating the whole time. There was no social distancing maintained. The instructors mask was below her nose the whole time. The atmosphere was not comfortable at all. The mannequins and equipment were touched by the student and instructors multiple times with no concern of cleanliness. The course was very repetitive. The instructor told me on the phone that it would be less than 3 hours and it was more than 4.5 hours. I was done with the test but she insisted I wait till everyone finishes the test which does not make any sense.One of the students joined 2 hours late and she started giving him attention while wasting my time. I was just sitting there and waiting for my instructions while she was busy helping someone who was 2 hours late.I have done AHA BLS course before and this course was nowhere near professional standards. I am very disappointed and wanted to bring this to your attention.I did not sign up to go to someones house and pay cash for no respect for social distancing.
Id highly recommend coming here! This was my first CPR class and it was a positive experience. I now feel very confident that I can perform what I learned. The instructor, Patty, is awesome and will make sure youre well trained!
This is the third time I have renewed my BLS for Healthcare Providers at C.H.A.S.E. in four years. I highly recommend this course for anyone needed their certification. Scott is a fantastic instructor and keeps the class going at a great pace. I drive 45 minutes from my house to go here when Im due for renewal.
Both the BLS renewal and the BLS instructor classes at CHASE were excellent. The information was presented clearly, in a relaxed environment, with plenty of hands-on practice to feel comfortable with the skills. I hope to never have to use the skills I learned, but it is comforting to know that I could potentially help save a life!
I have renewed my CPR license twice with this company. Instructors are very knowledgeable. I love how they have classes on the weekends, it fits right into my busy work schedule. I plan to come back again.
Took their Renewal BLS CPR Class last Week, best CPR Class I have ever taken and I have taken including this Class, 14 of them, very Hands on, my Skills will definitely be sharper next time I have to use them at work or out in public, TY Scott... BEST Instructor EVER!!
Our experience with CHASE was superb!We scheduled onsite BLS recertification training for our Dentist and dental office staff. Patty, our instructor/ facilitator was fantastic! To start she accommodated our very limited availability. Then, the training session was very thorough but fun. This our second time using CHASE for our certification and I’m sure we will again in two yrs. We highly recommend Patty and her team of instructors! 5 Stars!!!
Great class. The instructor was knowledgeable and kind. Good practice of COVID protocols. The prices are better than most of the other places Ive searched for the same services. P.s I think that review about someone doing it in their home must be for a different place. This was not in anyones house.

Ive been a registered nurse for 21 years. Ive attended 12 sessions of BLS, 7 ACLS classes, & 2 instructor BLS courses over my years as a health care professional. This was by far the most informative, most relaxed, & I would say the best class Ive attended yet. I get so nervous in these classes & I was helped to be at ease. I will definitely be back. While I wont be able to attend the instructor class in October, I hope to attend the one after.Thanks so muchLaura Flavell RN

This was a comfortable learning environment, and all of the instructors are knowledgeable of what they are teaching. They are also very professional, and can handle all of your needs. I reccomend them to everyone looking for training.
The registering process was quick and smooth. They took great precautions to reduce the risk of exposure r/t the COVID outbreak. THe classroom was clean, desks spread out, instrucor using cleaning products throughout the day. My instructor was knowledgeable and kept the class interested.
I was in a pinch, needing to get my BLS instructor certificationa afteranother class with a different organization fell through. I happened upon C.H.A.S.E. and contacted them last minute to jump into a class. From beginning to end, I was happy with my experience. The team at C.H.A.S.E. truly care about the success of their students. The class was conducted in a relaxed yet thorough manner. I highly recommend this very professional organization.

I found out last minute I needed to be cpr trained for a new job and I called a few places and no one could get me in before I started my new job (3 days later). CHASE was able to work with me and explained I could do the online class and then come in to do the test portion and demonstrate that I learned the information. They were so helpful and kind to get me fit into their busy schedule the very next day!! They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back when I need my certification renewed!!

C.H.A.S.E is my go-to place for BLS renewal. I just completed my 3rd renewal with them and send all our nurses there. From finding a class time online to signing in and getting the card at the end they make it easy, informative and enjoyable.

2021-11-10I went here to renew my BLS. I can honestly say they do a great job. Patty was the instructor and she did a good job making sure everyone understood the material. Also she is very helpful while dealing with the mannequin. I would recommended to anyone who needs to take a BLS course. They give you a printed out copy of the American Heart certification and one via email.

2021-10-17I have been coming here for 8 years for my BLS training and wouldnt go anywhere else! Scott and Patty are amazing teachers and make you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door! They dont just put a video on a give you a test, they actually care and want you to learn, if you want to know how to really do good CPR go here!!
